Terrible location. At least one of the delivery lanes is always broken (even though there are signs that say "both lanes open"). The past 3 times I've gone there the latte machine has been broken. This 24 hour drive through McDonalds is conveniently located on Roswell Road just north of the 285. The drive through is quick and efficient, and they do well during the crazy lunch rush when everyone is in a rush. The staff at the drive through aren't the friendliest, and they almost never smile, but they get the job done and get you on your way. Remember to check your order before you drive off, and if you want sauces or napkins, you better ask for them at the window. read more

The service at this location was absolutely deplorable!!! I was ge only oerson in line and placed my order at 11:01 a.m. I patiently waited for my order for more than 20 minutes, until 11:24, until someone finally told me that they were not serving lunch and my food (1 McChicken and a small fry) had not even begun to be prepared. I never do reviews, however I was utterly ignored and disrespected when I was being patient and understanding of the process. Please do not eat here. One of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Service is terrible, even by fast food standards. Staff doesn't seem to care about anything. My first visit, the drink machine was completely out. Rude manager and falsely advertised 24 hours. While they brag about their free wifi and laptop outlets, they can and will lock the lobby on you at precisely 11 p.m. More importantly, they're very rude about doing so. They may or may not close the drive-thru with no warning, and they will blame you for not being able to hear two of them talking through the same speaker. I may not eat McDonald's often, aside from an addiction to their sweet tea, but I will not EVER be returning to this one. read more

The people at this location were very helpful to me, more than I would expect from any other fast food chain.

I sincerely wish I could give zero stars. We waited over 10 minutes for 2 large drinks. They came with no ice and the soda was flat. It looked like there may have been a staff meeting going on. I suggest you close down your drive thrus (both were still open) if staff is unavailable to cover the orders. read more

I met the real Bon Qui Qui at this McDonalds today. She handed me my food and was filling my drink. She pulled out her cell phone and started texting. My drink was just sitting there. I asked her to hand me my drink. She turns to me and says(with big crazy eyes) "I am texting my church!" I said I don't care who you are texting hand me my drink. I have tried to go through this drive thru several times and 80% of the time it was closed or having issues. EVEN THOUGH IT IS A 24 HOUR MCDONALDS!!!!!!! When it was actually open, my friend and I finally got to eat here and we were actually excited to get McDonald's fries for once. This is the WORST MCDONALDS. The drink machines were out of almost everything. The fries were even gross!!!! They had ZERO SALT. Another time about a month later, we tried this again as we were in a hurry. I got a chicken snack wrap WHICH had a piece of cheese in it like on a cheeseburger - instead of shredded cheese - and they put ranch on it instead of honey mustard. Okay. Cool. Also, the fries had ZERO salt on them again. This is the worst set experiences I have ever had out of the probably hundreds of McDonalds I have ever been to and it appalled me that management / corporate does nothing about this despite the over 100 bad reviews. read more

I keep giving this place a chance and they continuously deliver poor service and food. I'm not from the area but come here often. I am amazed that the store is still open. I have come to this store 2 maybe three times a year for the past 4 years and every time I say to myself, it's probably a new crew, maybe they have trained their staff better but nope it's just gotten slower and the quality of the food has gone down as well. If I can give this McDonald's location zero stars I would. I tried to order food this morning at the drive thru and no one was there to take my order. So I drove up to the window to try and place an order. This lady opened the window and the first thing she tells me is no ma'am. That caught me off guard because I didn't even say anything. When I asked her if I can place an order, she said no ma'am again. Then she goes off to tell me that she's the only one there and she was busy cleaning up and trying to get breakfast ready. Keep in mind they have a 24 hour drive thru. When I asked her how long it would take and she said didn't know and closed the window. How about 3 employees decided to take a break behind the store and instead of a break it was a "marijuana break". I smelt it from the minute I stepped foot at the door and looked over and saw 2 employees smoking in the back and then another one joined them. One was a heavyset girl with long braids, another apparently a cook with a hate and rag on his head, and the other was a young kid wearing his red McD's shirt. This is not acceptable. In addition, your employees are slow, rude, and dont seem to care about their job. I will say that sometimes your male night manager is nice but thats about it.
