Forty minutes to get our food. There is just not enough staff for all the ways people can order. The staff could handle drive thru + walk in. When you add in the eating apps and the kiosk orders, they just can't keep up. Who ever runs it needs to just put the condiments out where everyone can help themselves. Having to double back to ask for salt , for ketchup, for sauce ... just ridiculous because owners are worried someone might take an extra sauce. Granted for the low pay one could understand the misery of the workers but they chose to accept the job. Visited this McDonald's twice this past weekend and for my regular coffee order of 3 creams, 3 sugars and add vanilla syrup. On Saturday, they added cream but no sugar or syrup and today, they gave me a black coffee. I should have checked my order before leaving but I would think that if someone orders only coffee, how do you mess up the order. I even had to pay extra for my custom coffee and received a black coffee. Both times I was at the drive thru. I would not recommend this McDonalds. I visit this establishment. It took 30 minutes before an employee came and took my order. Employee fixing my food was on her cellphone without gloves and face mask. If I could give a zero, I would. For a fast food place, this place gives new meaning to the term "fast." I ordered a simple McDouble, medium fries, and small drink. It took an eternity to get it at the drive through. It took so long that I witnessed the girl taking orders from 3 more cars behind me. As she was doing so, she rolled her eyes, made faces, and was very unprofessional as one of those customers asked a question. Yes, it was a Saturday night and she probably wanted to be somewhere else, but that is not the customer's business. When she handed me my food she struggled to wish me a good night. I however, believe in the "kill 'em with kindness" motto. I wished her a FABULOUS evening, said thanks, and continued down I-95 on my trip. The food is standard, it's McDonald's, nothing surprising there. The service is abominable, management has zero efficiency and zero customer service skills. They can't get your order right, the employees are rude, and the establishment is dirty. Don't go here. Don't support incompetence and inefficiency. They didn't greet us at the first window, forgot our drinks, & forgot napkins. I looked past this because it isn't a /huge/ deal. But it didn't help their case at all in the end. Oh no it was the most worst experience in the history of my 42 years of living. We waited for an hour on mistakes that the staff made and left without any resolution from the shift manager that was due in at 7:00AM but did not arrive until 9:00AM. My family and I waited and left disappointed and with no food. Charged my card and snatch my receipt because it belong to another customer. They really expected me to swipe my card again even after I verified that the charge with my bank was confirmed. My family and I stopped here driving from Florida back to the DC metro area. We line up at the drive thru around 10:25 AM today, which is a Sunday. We were wanting breakfast and knew we were cutting it close. We pull up to the order box and give our breakfast order and the lady tells me they're serving lunch. I said it was 10:28 AM and she said it's 10:31 and they stop breakfast exactly at 10:30. Now first of all, I was wearing a watch that syncs with the atomic clock in Colorado, so if they're going to shut it down right at 10:30 fine, but I still had 2 minutes. I insisted that it wasn't 10:30 yet and she said they go by their clock. What gets me is that this is the only McDonald's I've ever visited that didn't allow you to order breakfast right at 10:30 or even a couple of minutes after. They know that everyone in line at 10:30 is there for breakfast. Every one I've been to where it's close, has ALWAYS allowed me to order breakfast. A grace period if you will. I can understand 15 minutes after but 1 minute and their clock was even fast. Even after politely asking if they could accommodate us since it was only 1 minute after and just noting again that it wasn't even 10:30 yet, she didn't budge. That is the worse customer service from a McDonald's I've ever experienced. I know this review isn't going to take away their business. But if the off chance that the owner of this location or their corporate office see this, I hope they do some training with their staff and give them a reminder that leeway to simply fulfill a breakfast order 1 minute after the 10:30 cut off goes along far more than being inconvenienced for a few minutes. I'm only giving this one star because I have to. If I could give this no stars, I absolutely would. If anyone is reading this review, do yourself a favor and keep driving and patronize another McDonald's up the road. These workers need to be trained again on customer service. Because obviously, none exist at this location. And based on the other reviews that are all 1 star, it looks to be consistent. With attitude and grumpiness the lady punched in our order very slowly. Don't think she knew how to run the register, she called the manager over twice for help. Then in the middle of all this the lady is handed a pile of about 50 1s and she sat there counting them I guess not noticing the line was lengthening. This has got to be the worse McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. I went twice this weekend the first time was when I was going north on 95 to North Carolina and the lady at the drive thru got my order wrong. By the way it was around 0500 in the morning so hardly any customers. She was rude so I didn't say anything or even write a review. Then coming south this morning on 95 heading to Georgia I stopped again thinking it was probably just an off day. Well low and behold I got the same rude lady again and I sat in the drive thru menu for at least 5 minutes before I decided to just drive up to the window and ask if they were open.
