the line in the Drive-Thru was really long. That is probably the thing that I did not like the most. It took forever for me to get my food. Me and my friends ordered six egg McMuffins and it probably took about 37 minutes for us to go all the way through the drive-thru and also for us to get our food. And when we finally got our food it was missing one egg McMuffin so they made a sit and wait in front of the location for another 10 minutes so they can bring out our extra egg McMuffin they did give us the last egg McMuffin for free for the inconvenience but I just feel like it was something that could have been rectified if they would have gave us the correct one in the first place read more

I've been meaning to write this review for a very long time but was too disgusted to. About 3 months ago I took my son to this location to eat a happy meal and play in the children's indoor play gym and I was shocked to find a live ginormous cockroach crawling all over the dining areas and a large dead one right next to the kid's shoe rack. The floors were filthy, and every single time I have gone to this location they are supposedly supposed to clean the play area at the time designated on the sign, never have I seen them clean the kids play area and I have taken my son here to play a handful of times during the "designated cleaning time" over the past year (never to be cleaned or attended to during the supposed cleaning time). They have a container of wipes for kids to use before and after playing and it has always been empty each time I've gone. The bottom line is the cockroach issue is unacceptable. A kind man also taking his child to play here saw me freaking out about the cockroach and killed it for me. He told a member of the McDonald's staff about the situation. The lady didn't care whatsoever and swept up the dead carcus using a broom and slammed it into the trash without apologizing or bothering to disinfect the floor. I expected her to say something to me at least, or to the man who complained but no one working there addressed the issue or even cared. Myself, my son, and all other patrons in the children's dining area left after this situation occurred. We abandoned our food in disgust. I will never be back at this location. Endangering the health of children and allowing unsanitary conditions is inexplicable. Please do not allow your children to play at this location or eat the food from their unsanitary kitchen. read more

Never open when online it says that they are, I go there to get a food after work and they are closed at 1 when they said they would be open until 1. I have come here a couple of times in the past and the employees were rude i would not come back again and definitely would go to a different one for sure. read more

While my daughter was enjoying the awesome play area, I was afforded the opportunity to reminisce about how treacherous this location's drive-thru can be. If your order is easy, naturally, all is well. But if you order a large or specialty order that requires you to pull into the "we need more time to fix your stuff" spaces, look out. These spaces are located just past the second window at the end of the drive-thru, just as the lane turns left and narrows. So, if you drive a big vehicle, you'll end up blocking the whole lane, causing a massive traffic jam. So, a word to the wise...if you are ordering a lot, bite the bullet and go inside. It'll most likely end up saving you time and unnecessary frustration. read more

I was truly frightened by the employees that work at this location. My husband and I went on Thursday to this location. We were so pleased to see "the welcome to in house dinning". As we got out a lady told us it is only drive through. I saw an employee taking out garbage, and asked him why does your giant sign say in house dining? He rudely barked back we don't have enough workers. So we got back in our car and went through the VERY slow drive through. My husband and I ordered two Big Macs, two French fries and two cokes from voice in a menu box. She told us it was going to be $17.00 and change. We then went to window 1 and that girl told us our meals were $21 plus change. Strange different amount. We drove to door number 2. Waited and waited. Finally a truly obnoxious girl gave us our bag and quote "our coke and Diet Coke. My husband then said it should 2 cokes no diet. She slams the window (which by the way all these windows are covered so you can't see anything). Ten minutes later she opens the door hands us a new coke. As we we're trying to tell her the order was wrong ( I found that out while we were waiting I looked in the bag and we got two quarter pounders) she slammed the window in my husband's face. We sat there. He banged on the window, honked no one opened the window. Finally after another LONG wait. A manager girl opened the window and THREW a bag at us with our Big Macs. Obviously the line orders had been all mixed up. This place is horrible and the owner and shopping center owner should be run out of Scottsdale. Mc Donald's should pull their license. Please people never go there. There our ten other fast food places that welcome your business. Go to any of them. Yelp you need to look into this place and remove it from your site. read more

i love the food here. it's always cooked and never uncooked and the drinks like for example the sweet tea, it's always sweet and perfect unlike the one on talking stick which was uncooked and not sweet at all: the service is amazing everyone is so sweet. and the ambiance is comforting and lovely read more

I had a QR code today only for a free 6 piece chicken nugget today only and the lady at the window took 10 minutes to take my money and she waited till after midnight to scan my code so it didn't go through. She could have overrode it since I ordered before midnight and she took so long to greet me at the window. So ridiculous this McDonald's has absolutely no customer service skills. Can never get your order right. Every time I end up at home just to realize they shorted me something I paid for, and someone is going to be missing breakfast. Frustrating. I rarely review, but this morning was just too much. I asked the lady at the first window to read me the order back to make sure they got it right. They didn't, so we had to go over things one item at a time. At the second window the guy handed me two bags with "all the sandwiches", I asked him to make sure, he promised he did, but when I opened the bags at home I was short a breakfast burrito and a muffin. I am filled with mixed emotions writing this review. We like to visit this location because it's the closest location with a play place (and Chick Fil A is closed on sundays...) We usually grab breakfast and eat while my son plays. We get my kiddo the big breakfast with hot cakes. Today he didn't want his biscuit so I took it, excited to slather it up with jelly. Except a huge hair came out of the jelly packet and I completely lost my appetite. So I have an awful experience at SB thinking okay, my breakfast sandwich will help. Nope. The guy at the register asks if I want my receipt and I said I guess not. Shortly after realizing he should JUST GIVE THE RECEIPT AND NOT ASK, it has your order number on it. I thought no biggy one guy in front of me I 'll figure it out. She calls 124, I check the ticket and it reads one egg mcmuffin and sausage muffin so I thought okay this is mine. I get to my office and the ticket was right, not the inside of the bag!!!! I was picking up a DoorDash order and proceeded to pull to the drive-through window. Someone was there but did not acknowledge me. I waited for about a minute, and then honked my horn to get her attention. To which she walked away, and disappeared for about five minutes. You drilled that idea in my head for weeks with your incessant advertising on the sides of buses and mile high billboards with pictures of creamy, fruity smoothies that made my mouth salivate instantly. You knew that I loved smoothies so much that I would go to great and dangerous lengths to obtain one of your so called "Real Fruit Smoothies". You knew that even though I loathed you and everything you stand for, that I would risk it all, risk everything to venture into your mustard arches to try one of your smoothies. As soon as I walked in and looked around, I knew immediately that I didn't fit in. I won't get into specifics, but let's just say that many of your patrons have the "I don't have a job and I don't care because I get unemployment checks" look about them. Just sayin'. After I made my way through a throng of screaming kids running around barefoot, I finally made it to the counter. I decided to play it safe and order a strawberry banana smoothie thinking that you couldn't possibly mess that classic flavor up. I wasn't actually able to see you make this "Real Fruit Smoothie", as it was mysteriously whipped up behind the scenes in the back somewhere. I would say that next time I'll pay more attention, but unfortunately for you, there won't be a next time. After I made my way out of that hell hole and into the safety of my car, I took my first sip of your much hyped smoothie. I was instantly disappointed. By the time the liquid mush you call a smoothie hit the back of my throat, I knew that I had been duped. I took one more sip just to make sure that I hadn't missed something the first time, and threw the rest out. McDonald's....come on. Went there the other day for breakfast that was mistake number one when you order a breakfast sandwich with no cheese and all you get is cheese and no egg we have a huge problem. Then when your hash browns are so over cooked that they can literally be used as a hockey puck. Not good, I spoke to one mgr who said that was our mistake come back let me make it up to you. I called this morning to take her up on that offer to only be told I have to wait till after 8AM I explained that I start work at 6 she said that she didn't care. Came here on a whim thinking that maybe McDonald's had changed over the years. Unfortunately I was foolish to think so; the $12.99 deal, while enticing as a cost effective option of having two Big Mac burgers, 20 chicken nuggets and two orders of fries (I think medium size?) is misleading. The big mac burger patties are still small which makes you wonder how bad the protein-to-carb ratio is. I get that one does not come to McDonald's for a healthy meal, but surely their Big Mac beef patties can rival that of their quarter pounder burgers at least? In a day and age where millenials are shopping for items more relevant to what they want, I'm scratching my head as to what McDonalds' game plan is; I'm just not seeing it. read more
