This has to be the WORST McDonald's in Seattle - It's in my neighborhood and I've gone there too many times in the last four years. I've had a large number of wrong orders, lost orders, super slow orders and orders I've been overcharged for, and too many employees who are "sorry" about it even though they do nothing to fix the problem. Tonight is my last visit there. I ordered two McFlurry's. The young guy puts the stuff in the cup, then starts to stir it with a spoon as he tells me they don't have a manager and nobody ordered the spoons for the machine. He hands them to me, ice cream and toppings running all over the lids and cups. I say "Dude, are you really gonna serve those to me with crap all over them?" He looks at me and says "Well, I guess I could wipe them off." Really? I say "Maybe you should tell people you can't make a McFlurry when they order them." His response "Sorry." I'm really more annoyed with the kid's supervisor who obviously never said "Stop selling McFlurry's." I can't expect good service/quality at McDonald's, but I should be able to expect consistency with the food. Whatever, it's McDonald's, right? But that's the beauty of it - there are two more within a mile or so of this one, so I don't have to spend my money any longer at this one. Wish I'd wised up about 3.5 years ago. read more

Why the 3 stars? Why not? It is McD's after all. Going to this McDonald's is exactly what I would expect from such an establishment. I mean, expectations people! Sometimes there is fast service, sometimes there is slow service, which has always been my experience at a McD's. This is my go-to place for when I must have hot, salty, greasy McD's fries. Yum! They always screw up the order in the drive thru, 100%. Double check everything: fries, sandwiches, sauce for your nuggets. You'll always need to ask for napkins and ketchup. Just basic mistakes. read more

I know- I'm the Duchess of both 24 Hour Fitness and McDonald's. It doesn't make sense. In my defense, the dollar iced tea is really good and four little nuggets on occasion won't hurt my daughter; neither will the apple dippers. The iced coffee is convenient and decent. Besides, I can get it through the drive-thru- which means a lot to a mom with a toddler. The service is always quick and always friendly. You do have to check your bags for accuracy, which you should be doing anyways. All in all, as far as fast food goes, this place is pretty okay. read more

My kids received gift certificates for Mcdonald's and it seems like every Mcdonald's I go to, won't accept them...except for this location. Their staff is friendly and it's nice to see them hire an ethnically diverse group of all ages. This location opens late too! Every time I come here, this McDonald's is super busy! I normally order my coffee here; sometimes a sausage biscuit meal as well or something random like chicken nuggets! Everyone here is really nice and my orders have always been exactly what I ordered. If it's busy, I do see that some peoples orders are messed up; but that's too be expected when the workers are rushed or feel rushed. Also on holidays, it's hecka busy...like you better just cook at home or starve! It is pretty noisy during the day, because of kids or young adults. It does get messy as well with food everywhere on the floor or tables, but they do try to keep it clean! This is also the place where homeless people can relax and get water or order a meal, so don't be alarmed. They have to eat too! read more

They took almost 20 min for my meal and my nuggets were cold. The staff was rude and ignored me when I tried asking them for my cup. The restaurant was dirty and not presentable at all. If I was a blunt person I would have told them straight up. Never going inside the restaurant again only going through drive thru. I know this is only a fast food restaurant but this one is just... Basic McDonalds food, but when we went at 11:20 PM the line to order, the ordering, and the wait for food was exceptionally long. Would not consider this fast food in the slightest. Went because we were hungry and needed something quick, and ended up almost losing my appetite I waited so long. This McDonald's was subpar in every way, really didn't enjoy this experience. They should AT LEAST put the sign that says they're closed on the menu or drive through order box so we aren't wasting our time waiting in a drive thru line at midnight. INCREDIBLY RUDE. Ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich today and it came out old and burnt. This place does not make it fresh. One can tell it has been cooked long ago. I asked them to replace it and the workers just goofed around for a bit until taking me slightly seriously. Two minutes late it was ready again. Just when I thought I would never eat at a McDonald's again they go and put up these billboards all around town with gigantic bright pictures of healthy healthy oatmeal, looking verrrry tasty. So I'm running late for work and super hungry and I decide to give 'em another try. And everything was just like the shiny billboards and actually pretty tasty--the fresh apple pieces, the dried fruit, the maple syrup. Everything, that is, except the OATMEAL which was icky icky instant. I can boil my own water and dump it on a packet of processed oat crumbs thank you very much. This place is always filthy! They don't offer any of the deals all of the others do. The food is thrown together. And they charge a "sugar tax" on any order with a drink, without even knowing if you're going to get a diet drink, or not. If there was an option for no stars I would definitely rate this place a 0. First off, how the hell is there a line at 3am? I'll answer that for you, incompetent workers and management is the reason this location is so garbage. After they lied to us and said they can only take cash; me and my friend sat in line for 30-40 mins. Even the guy behind us got stuck for 30-40 mins, and couldn't even buy anything since they said only cash. When I got to the window the lady wasn't even working on my order, and disappeared for 5 mins for some strange reason. This McDonalds is in a very convenient location but it gets *1* star because of their sub-par hot fudge sundaes. The one thing I want out of a McDonald's is consistency! And darn it I want my hot fudge sundae to be exactly the same at every one I go to. Since this is pretty much the only selling point that McDonald's has I don't think it is too much to ask. When you order a hot fudge sundae at this location, be prepared for not enough ice cream OR hot fudge. Oh my. Worst service ever. Some of the staff is nice. Some is just incompetant. I have been here a total of 6 times and each time the service was just terrible. The staff is unable to work together. I admit some of it is the customers, I saw one drop his bag of food and just star at the cashier, like what will you do? For the record the nice girl re ordered his food and picked up the food he spilled while he stood there. So again some nice staff. But as to food and service; My order has been: wrong 4 of 6 times, cold 3 of 6 times, burned 1 of 6 times, waited over 15 minutes 5 of 6 times. Once it was actualy 40 minutes when I went through drive through, durring wich they first forgot about me for 15 minutes, then gave me the wrong order when I asked what was happening, and when they got the right one it was cold. Now again 'some' of the staff tries but they dont communicate at all, they are all doing each others jobs. Just no leadership. I pass here hungry on occasion but can drive 3 miles to the next mcdonals and get food in a reasonable time and faster than waiting here. Avoid it! read more

Orders were wrong over and over again. It took some time to correct. Also, while eating someone from the drive thru ran in because their order was wrong, 5 minutes later she came back because they couldn't get a simple order right. The attitudes were great overall by the staff but I would avoid if in a hurry. read more

I don't expect much from McDonald's as it is fast food. But at least attempt to melt the cheese in the microwave instead throwing a cold piece on a hot meal.
