I don't know what is worse the food or the T.V. commercials, but after tonight's bitter, slightly warm, and strangely soft Mc Nuggets I think the food might suck more. I can only imagine the brainiac-science that goes into deep frying, and it seems this Mc D's is more focused on the science of time-travel cooking as my Mc Nuggets seem to have been cooked in the far distant past. The confusion doesn't end there, because the fries where fine. How does that happen? What the what? Is there really more than one person in charge of the frier, or did they just pull my Mc Nuggets out of the garbage receptacle? Horrible. It's McDonald's so you should already know what to expect food wise. If not... Welcome to Earth, how long will you be staying? 4 Stars for being better than 95% of the other McDonald's that I've eaten at. They've forgotten a few things over the years in my orders, but it's a rarity. Quality of "food" (and yes the quotes are intentional) is above McAverage as well as their friendliness (which seems to be the norm in Seattle, go figure). -1 Star for the couple of times my order was botched and for closing early last summer (at like 12 through the week which caused me go to bed hungry one night after a mid-week boozing session). Preditable McDonald's fast food, hits the spot when you're in the mood. I've always been a drive thru customer at this location, and their drive thru line can (at times) get pretty long. Nevertheless, I love their chicken strips and nuggets as well as their french fries. Seriously, I believe they may have the best fast food chain fries. read more

Might be the worst McDonalds I ever made the mistake of going back too. Obviously being Seattle the food will be more expensive but you can expect to pay at least double My advertised national prices. Large fries are the same size thst used to come in a happy meal. Biggest issue is the fake hours. They have a massive 24 hour drive through sign on the building but it's just an empty promise. First time there was 2 employees smoking in the parking lot, saw me enter the drive through and just never retrurned to work. Figured I'd give them one more chance a few weeks latef, waited behind a car for about 5 minutes before I realized they had no intention of serving any customers. With thst kind of poor management probably not a good idea to trust their food anyway. read more

By far the worst McDonald's ever. I have lived here a year and every single time we order something it's wrong!! It's not like we have ordered difficult things either! Cheeseburgers with katsup only alsways comes with mustard, pickles and onions (waste because my daughter won't eat it) a sausage mcmuffin when they ask if we want egg we say no! What do we get egg or something completely different from what we ordered!! Worst experience if you try to bring it up to them. I'd suggest just not go here period. read more

Don't honor neighborhood mailed coupons, and if they do they charge 2-3x for burger ordered negating any benefit. When asked why , they say we can. read more

McDonald's has good food. Good burgers, good fries, good drinks, and also good service. McDonald's is also cheap and saves you a lot of money. The burgers and fries are also nice and hot when they come out. The cashiers are nice and always greet you with a smile. Well, sometimes. But some cashiers are always ready to work. They are also very quick at making food, sometimes they aren't but at least the food always comes out perfect. read more

Patrick, the drive thru attendant, was a true star. We asked for extra ketchup. I'm not talking about 4 extra packets, but like real exxxxxtra ketchup. And you know what Patrick did? Definately the lowest of the low when it comes to fast food. The popularity of this chain has always baffled me. Ate here again for the first time in years and it was worse than I remembered. Even other fast food joints like Wendy's, for example, are so much better in every way. And of course the country is chock full of better quality burger places. Always room for some burgers and fries.. Tried another McDonald's but wasn't as well I expected either..

So I am a student up the street at the high school and decided to head down for lunch. They were nice enough and quick. But when I got my food there was hair in my chicken nuggets and my French fries were cold. I went back to the counter and explained what happened, the lady told me she'd be right back and continued to help the other customers, while I waited off to the side. After ten minutes of waiting I went back up to the counter and asked again because I had to head back to class and didn't want to be late. But the lady was rather rude this time and told me that they had customers to help. And brushed me off so after another five minutes I went back to school without being helped. read more
