The entire burger slid around and was pretty hard to eat without it falling apart :/ also, the extra pickles for $1 are literally 2 slices of pickles on top of the bun.. I just moved here about 2 months ago and this is my go to place. I have tried multiple things from the menu in one visit- that's how good it is! I always go back for more. I think it's crazy people are saying it's too greasy , it's always the perfect amount of grease I expect to be in a burger. The seasonings are very good, there are many side sauces to choose from for your fries, the burgers themselves have very good flavor, I especially recommend the bulgogi burger! The service is fairly fast, it has a fast food atmosphere rather than a sit down place but it's a good tradeoff between speed and quality. On average people were waiting 20 minutes just to order. I waited 40 minutes for my order, realizing that the two chefs were working at an average of 5-8 minutes per order, and they were small orders. I watched them scoop a batch of fries that was overcooked, praying it wouldn't be mine. Thankfully it wasn't, but for reference it was about 6 makeup shades darker. I made an order online from yesterday to be pick up today. There were (3) burgers and mine was the Bulgogi Burger. What I've got on my burger that I didn't know if it was what I see on the picture from on their website. Mine to a tell is not the same and Not sure if it was double patties. The taste was alright. It tasted like beef jerky. Was I happy with it ? Not really. Also the phone line for asking questions are like a run around, so that you get tired of calling them about issues. Came here for a post-workout meal with a few friends, glad that this place is open late. I got their monthly special (don't remember what it was called), but it was kind of like a burger with marinara sauce and mozzarella sticks inside. It was pretty good and not too bad for the price (less than $15 IIRC). Make sure to add the basics to your burger like lettuce, because apparently they aren't included by default. Tables were kind of dirty and the staff was not that friendly. Some of our fries fell because the tray wasn't flat, and they didn't really acknowledge or try to help clean up even though we were the only customers in the restaurant. read more

When my order was finally ready, there was not a single person in there except for one girl ordering and the 2 employees. One of the employees, a young lady, was kind and asked me if I needed anything. I told her I was there to pick up my order and when they asked my name, I gave it to them. The guy, not only gave a me a look of disgusts but he also shoved my bag at me. I still said thank you and he ignored me. I get you might be short staffed or you don't want to work on a Friday, but I tried my best to be kind and I felt like I was being a burden by simply picking up my food. First and last time eating here. Food was ok but the service was awful. The woman I would assume is the manager shook the tray at me not realizing that part of my order was missing. I think it's a place you gotta try when you wanted creative burgers. We got bulgogi burger, ultimate vegan burger, Fremont troll specialty. All of them are just so good. They are very flavorful with an amazing presentation. Sides are free when you get burgers. Sides are pretty standard. We got curly fries, regular fries and sweet potato fries. They have a special sweet spicy sauce called Gangnam sauce I believe. You can ask for the staff there to get it for fries dipping. Overall, I think they offer a creative menu. Came here at 10pm and the staff is amazing. They're quick, friendly and very responsive. Portobello burger ($12) a decent burger. A bit too soggy for my liking. But the taste is amazing. The creaminess from the provolone cheese and the perfectly carmelized onions and mushrooms makes the burger just right. You can taste the quality and time it takes to make the burger Curly fries ($3.60) huge portion. Like double the amount of normal burger joints. These burgers are TASTY! It's hard to impress me with a burger, it's never my GoTo Choice but my daughter wanted something to eat and it was almost 9 PM. Most people in our party still went for their standard burger or cheeseburger...oh and did I mention they have smash burgers?! Burgers range around $12-$15 while the smash burgers are about 1/2 of with less beef 1/3 vs 1/6. Lots of fry selections...curly, regular, sweet potatoe & even truffle. We got curly & reg or crispy as they refer to them as. Lots of dipping sauce options as well but they do charge for them...I actually got some Aioli but it was the only thing that was disappointing about our whole meal. Ordering is simple for big parties since you walk in & order at the kiosk. There were plenty of tables to accommodate our large walk in party of 12. Awesome gem! I was walking around the university district after buying some Just Don't Yell at Me which is right across the street and I thought I would stop in to get dinner. I got the Southwest burger and the UW burger paired with some curly fries. Wow, the southwest burger with the jalepenos were just spot on! The other burger was pretty decent as well in terms of flavor, size, and presentation. Loved the curly fries. It was the right crispiness. Overall a pretty great place to get some burgers. Note that Just Burgers IS OPEN during Covid for TAKEOUT and DELIVERY only. They have a sign posted that says they will not have indoor dining until Phase 4. This was my second time to Just Burgers. Since I remembered not liking their beef patties, I decided to go in the opposite direction and order the Ultimate Vegan Burger- lettuce, tomato, onion, grilled pineapple and portabella, avocado, vegan mayo, & green sauce in between a fried rice bun ($12 + tax). I wish I had gone with the beef patty because this burger was worse than the last one I had here. The fried rice buns were extremely dense (about an inch thick) and were almost like eating a sushi burrito. The flavors did not go well together- the pineapple, mayo, rice, & green sauce made the burger taste overly sour. It was also very soft and did not stay together when I was eating it. Service was okay. It took about 20 minutes for me to get my burger. In terms of health and safety, they have a plastic barrier up between customers and the employees. The ordering and paying process are both completely non-contact; they have a self-serve kiosk and a card slot facing customers. There is also hand sanitizer available and social distance markings on the ground. Employees all were wearing masks, but one guy was not wearing it over his nose.
