My wife and I came to the drive thru and the wait took forever. Then the employees got the order wrong twice. They were very busy, so I can understand the wait and the confusion. However, when the employee went to give my wife our drinks, she clumsily handed both drinks at once, thus causing my wife to drop one all over her lap, making a cold, sticky mess all over her and the car. I get that things were busy and the employee was rushed but they need to take more care when handing off the drinks because neither of us appreciated half a frappe being spilled all over the place. Pretty quick breakfast service. Clean and friendly staff. My only issue was the menu pricing. I had gone to Burger King yesterday for breakfast and it was much cheaper compared to Mcds. The pancakes are 4.49 here while at BK it's 99 cents. The hash browns were 1.89 for ONE while BK had it for 99 cents for at least 10 small pieces. The egg and cheese biscuits were 2 for 6 while at BK it was 2 for 4. I guess I'll have breakfast tomorrow at BK. read more

McDonald's - Front entrance - Fast Food Near Me - Sedona, Arizona

I've probably been to more McDonald's franchises in my life than any other restaurant or fast food place. Others have said it . . . startlingly predictable and hopefully consistent for the most part including the Sedona location. The only thing unusual about this store is the teal arches in lieu of the traditional yellow . . . one of the Sedona Planning and Zoning Commissions' finest achievements! It's a small store but since they remodeled it several months ago, it seems to hold more patrons plus they added a few more outdoor tables where that little patch of real grass used to be. You can't beat their $1 ice cream cones and large soft drinks. More recently I've sampled and enjoyed the chicken wraps which are filling and pretty tasty. I know a lot of people despise McD's but not me . . . I actually crave it sometimes. Not my favorite hamburger joint by far but it has something unique that I enjoy and now that they've broaden their menu to include some healthier food items, I don't feel badly about eating here. P.S. Took our grandson and God children there for eats after a day at the pool so we had a pretty large order along with 4 adults. They charged us correctly but failed to deliver a double cheeseburger and order of fries which drives home the absolute necessity that you must inventory your delivered order especially if it's to go. They also ran out of Powerade at the soft drink fountain and took quite a bit of time to refill it. Lastly, there were a few flies buzzing around us in the dining room which was unfortunate although we've noticed the presence of flies in other establishments around town lately. read more

We had just parked our spaceship out front. Saw the teal arches from mars and had to see what the fuss was about. The arches were the best part about this McDonald's sadly. The young man behind the counter took our order and prepared my wife's coffee (it was a long trip from mars). He poured the coffee until it ran out half way, he wasn't sure what to do. So he "took the coffee to the other side of the room" and pretended he was pouring more magical invisible coffee in the cup (it was half full when she took off the lid). Oh well. He also forgot the sugar since he was so flustered by the no more coffee ordeal. There was a nice older couple to the side of us complaining that they didn't get a receipt with their order number. I thought "big deal earthlings" until she called number 208. I realized at that moment I didn't get a receipt with an order number either so I had no way of telling if that was my bag or not. I assumed it was... so I grabbed it. The cheeseburger was pretty good since I was pretty hungry. That's the end of this little adventure! read more

Teal Arches, that's cool. We stopped in for a quick bite. While I was placing my order the girl behind the counter was staring at something behind me. When I turned around I noticed her staring at my teenage daughter very rudely. Brushed it off and finished. Once my order was ready I asked her for the sauce, she rolled her eyes before giving to me. Went to this McDonald's July 1st. went through the drive through. They rang up my order before I finished ordering. So they rang it up again. I was charged for the second order but only received the first order. By the time I noticed I was miles away. The food I did get, quarter pounder with cheese was well below the standards of McDonald's which are not high. Beware the drive ups do this all the time. The menus are difficult to read so they will ring you up before you finish ordering. They need better control to give you the proper order. Half a quarter pounder for 2 people for lunch is not much! read more

We took our kids here for a quick "cheap" breakfast before we headed to a hike up the road. It was $30 for our family to eat breakfast. 2 kids and 2 adults and a baby who shared. I thought it was rather pricey for pancakes and gross eggs. The biscuits were rather dry but when I went for a drink to quench my thirst brought on my these biscuits, the straws by the soda fountain were all soaked with tea or coffee in the container that was holding them. Completely met expectations for a McDonald's, and the teal arches were fun to see. We stopped here on our way to Devil's Bridge, so it was very convenient. There was also a fun donut shop in the same plaza ("Sedonuts"). We went through the drive-thru, and I noticed that they also have a ton of parking spots so you can order on your phone for pick-up as well. McDonald's is really putting the "fast" in fast food now. Flies everywhere, most McDonald's have them but this one was particularly bad. No hash browns available after 10:30 am, so much for all day breakfast! Was asked to sit down and let another customer go ahead and wait for the manager to "test" the orange juice before placing our order. The Teal Arch is the only thing different about this McDonald's from others. The food is HOT, FRESH, and service is friendly and fast.

Can't believe I am writing a review in McDonalds but my experience two days ago was so ridiculous, I had to mention it. I was in a hurry as I had a class back at my hotel. McDonalds is only 5 minutes away so I figured I would drive through and be back in time for my class - I had about a half hour. I ordered the sausage and egg McMuffin. The gal asked if I wanted the 2 for $4 deal. I was surprised and happily agreed. I got a small fry and an iced tea as well. I paid without incident and pulled up to the last window which was strangely closed. I could see the gal talking and talking and talking. But no food. No drink. No explanation. The line behind me was building. I even honked briefly to no avail. No one even acknowledged me. I sat at that window for at least 8 minutes, possibly 10 from the TIME THAT I PAID. what the actual f*ck??? When she finally gave me my food, I asked what the problem was. She said "eggs". Sorry folks, unless you are going out to the coop for them, eggs don't take 10 minutes to make. And if they do (they don't), then move me to the parking space, ask me if I want my drink and fries and don't hold up countless others in line. And more importantly don't serve stuff you can't accommodate or hire competent cooks and counter people. Ridiculous. Ps: fries were not surprisingly COLD. sandwiches were hot and quite good. I couldn't believe that the arches was teal. Went through the drive through and placed an order. The person on the end couldn't comprehend the order. I had to repeat the order three time. When I got my order, she told me the order was complete,WRONG. My family and I had to eat our food with our fingers. No utensil or napkins.
