4 stars because 4 outta 5 times the cooks are fantastic but then the 5th time invariably rolls around. Yikes. Still best pasta (not a penne fan) & pizza shop in town. Too too much garlic juice on Parmesan bites... Yechy. Less is sometimes better choice. Keep up good cooking y'all. read more

For some reason yelp isn't letting me post a tip via my phone; so this will have to do. Placed an order online today, arrived at noon to pick it up and waited over 5 minutes to be noticed standing at the cash register waiting to pay. 2 knuckleheads in the back goofing off, no one paying attention to the front of the store until another employee came in (apparently from a smoke break?) and asked if i'd been served yet.... They seem to be doing so well that they don't need any business, which is fine. I will go elsewhere. read more

EDITED REVIEW: I'm updating due to a second incident in that the delivery driver did not have cash to make change, even though it was specifically mentioned when ordering this was a cash purchase. Once...ok oops. Twice.. you just earned $0 tip for not being prepared/attempting to scam. From now on I'll be asking for my entire change due back before offering up a tip at all, no more "keep the change". -------------------------­-------------------------­---- Lets be honest, it's standard cheap delivery pizza, so theres not a lot to rave about. You know it's not going to be amazing, but its not frozen crap either. But importantly it's super easy to order online. The coupons are always there to choose from, and the manager has even posted "bonus" deals on Facebook like 2 for 1. I can definitely tell the difference in the Dominos experience since this location was purchased by new owners. True, it's Domino's pizza...so one would expect a standard experience, but the quality of the food and the customer service in this location is excellent! Class act - all the way. I love the ability to order online. Recently I ordered a specialty pizza but without diced tomatoes. Pizza came WITH the tomatoes. The online order page was still up when the pizza arrived and so it was super easy to type the feedback about the mishap. No biggie. the pizza was still great. I did NOT ask them to remedy the situation but they did (a little surprise came in the mail!!). Thank you so much!! OH and ... 2 week prior I had ordered online and donated a buck to a charity while checking out. When I got to DOMINOES (this time to pick up the pizza) they made a point to use my first name, make eye-contact and Thank me for my 'donation'. I always order through the app, and am severely disappointed when I see certain people have began making my food. They have messed up our orders multiple times. The last time we had pizza delivered to our house they forgot our pizza at the store. Tonight we ordered delivery at 7:30ish and we weren't getting any updates on the tracker app for an hour. My mom called and was left on hold. We called again and we're told that they were short on staff tonight, which is understandable. 9 o'clock rolls around and it finally says on the tracker that our pizza left for delivery. It took them 40 mins to drive to our house. We live 10 minutes away from the store... Our food shows up cold and the driver said that he was confused because they had enough staff tonight. We thought that they might give us something for free for having our food arrive 2 hours late and cold. We didn't get anything. I'm now going to eat at the Sequim Westide Pizza and I don't usually like their pizza. read more

We've been traveling for a couple of weeks & staying in a RV Park so having a hot & delicious pizza delivered by friendly Ryan was a real treat. Typical Domino's - a great fast meal and the staff is courteous enough to help you 'find' the coupon that will help you out. Prices are higher than at the Domino's in Port Angeles - not sure what is up with that. Quick....as expected - it is why you are there for pizza. read more

We decided to try Domino's instead of going to our regular choice, per the positive reviews, but were terribly disappointed. We ordered the $7.99 special that is offered from Monday thru Thursday. It was a thin crust pizza that was clearly over baked & burned; both the crust & the topping were visibly dark, toppings shriveled, & very little sauce. I normally give great reviews for most places we have tried, so this rating is the lowest that I've ever given an establishment. We won't be back, & will return to buying the high quality pizzas that we bake at home, as we can guarantee that they will be worth a little extra $$. read more

I am disappointed. My uncle has severe celiac disease. We ordered a pizza from this not fine establishment online. We clearly placed it as GLUTEN FREE. We all saw the phone when reviewing the order of what we all wanted. When we received the order it was clearly not gluten free. But my uncle ate it anyway thinking that it was. Now he is very sick. We called this establishment to try and speak with someone about getting the pizza that we ordered and were told they'd be happy to deliver a gluten free pizza if we placed another order and paid for another pizza. They never miss a thing! Always get it right, always fast on delivery! One time I had the guy on the phone miss one item, but it was because of a large order and it was confusing. Not only did we find hair in our pizza, but our brownie cookie was burnt on the bottom and undercooked in the middle!! I called to complain and they were condescending and made excuses for hair in our food. They asked me what color the hair was I told them and they tried to tell me no one with that hair color worked there but the guy who delivered it did, and so did the guy who picked it all up! I did get my refund so that was good but at first they wanted to remake our pizza like we still wanted pizza after finding hair in it! After my refund the manager rudely hung up on me and when they came to get the food back the driver continued to make excuses needless to say we are no longer customers. read more

Every time I get pizza from here, I am seriously disappointed, for one reason or another. The ONLY reason I have continued to order is because they are one of two pizza restaurants here, and I don't always have the money to get Westside pizza. This order, my pizza was almost all sauce. There was so much that everything just slid right off, and there were two pieces that had little to no toppings at all. Last time I ordered they forgot the sauces, which were an additional $5 charge and forgot our 2 litre, another $3 or so. The time before that, they forgot all of the sauces, and the bonesless chicken came with three pieces that were clumps the size of a Nickel. I had a driver argue with me about how much change I was supposed to get, when I was using a calculator, I could just go on and on. Two thumbs down! read more

I ordered for a friend over the phone gave them her card number and yet they managed to charge my card so I will talk to my bank since they didn't help me out to u derstand why my card was being charged. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ... WORSE WASTE OF MONEY EVER! Had grandkids come visit - Dominio's seemed like a safe bet - what a mistake! Everything was old and stale. SKIMPED on everything, pizza barely had any sauce, cheese or pepperoni. Boneless chicken was little itty bitty nuggests HALF the size of McDonalds and just 7 little tiny pieces for $5.99 - DISGUSTING RIP OFF. Cheeszy bread was baked hard on the outside and burnt on the bottom. TOTALLY UNEDIBLE. I spent over $38 for this food that my teen-aged grandkids would not even eat. Had to dump the whole thing and drive them out to Taco Bell. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. BE FOREWARDED. THE TWO GOOD REVIEWS HERE HAVE TO BE "PLANTS" .... I have since asked several friends and they too have experienced the same non-quality food from this Dominios. SAD SAD SAD. I have had Domino's in every city I have lived in and never ever had anything like this terrible experience. Corporate should take a hard look here. Went in today to get a pizza and they lost my online order. So I had to wait for it to cook. All the while paying and going to sit in my car. Then coming back in to retrieve my pizza and they charged me again!!! I never got a receipt the first time so I had to pay again or get nothing. This is the second time they have messed up my order and overcharged! Exasperated I paid twice and left, never to go back again!! They are not very on the ball, Very unimpressed!!! read more

We ordered 2 pizzas and one was right and arrived plenty hot. The other pizza, though hot and fresh wasn't what we ordered, but we were hungry and decided not to complain. Within 10 minutes someone else was at the door apologizing and holding the correct pizza, which he gave us free. Great customer service! read more
