Heading to California last week and decided to get a bite before hitting the road. I ordered a Big Mac combo that came with cold fries and a regular size drink. I was shocked when charged $10.64. Are you kidding?. Going through Oregon later I saw an In And Out. I ordered a delicious double cheeseburger with grilled onions and a large drink. $5.68. Pull up to the drive thru at this McDonalds and you will be greeted by a smooth voiced woman who speaks softly and clearly, welcoming you to McDonalds and inquiring whether you might like like to try one of their new Frappes. The voice is serene and almost sexy... but not enough so to make me want to try a gross McDonald's coffee milkshake. But wait! Before you can say a word to the most clear voice you've ever heard at a drive thru you are cut off by the normal, choppy, mildly rushed, and semi unpleasant male voice of the actual McDonald's employee working the morning shift telling you to order whenever you're ready. Did the woman suddenly change gender? Did her mic get worse whilst the transgenderation was occurring? What's going on here?!?! Oh... Now before you rub your eyes and think you're imagining a 4 star Mickey D's review let me tell you it's based on the overall experience and not the bounty of flavorful goodness expelled through the drive-thru window. Would I rather have something fancy and not served in a bag? Yes!! but.... You see it's like this.... I roll up to the speaker for a quick hold-me-over because dinner isn't for a while. I'm instantly transported to 1956. The person at the other end of the wire of the talking box is speaking perfect, pronounced English. No accents, no sounding like he/she has a mouth full of marbles just discernible clear words. The verbal exchange is pleasant and I'm invited to the first of two windows where I'm greeted by the same voice as the talking box from the menu board. NOW I see what's going on. So I roll up to the second window and another equally well spoken and friendly young lady engages me in conversation and get this.... EYE CONTACT!!.... When do you get that at a quick serve establishment? It's fast food how it was designed to be. Teenage kids working to gather experience and become responsible, functional adults. You can tell there's some pride in the food they deliver to you too. It's neatly wrapped and not smashed or upside down. The fries are fresh, how and salted. An inquiry is made about sauce or ketchup (catsup if you like to spell it incorrectly) which I politely decline and away I go... Thinking to myself... "Self, this may be the best McDonald's trip you've ever had. Attention management staff at Sequim McDonald's. Whatever you did today, do it every day from here on and you're doing it right! McDonalds success is rooted in ONE thing. The companies ability to make a Big Mac taste the same in New York City, Miami Florida, Los Angeles, OR SEQUIM WA!!!!!!!! I don't eat here often...but when I do chose to go through McD's drive thru...it should be consistent...or at least not cold when I receive it. If you want to increase your likelihood of getting covid, this is a place to do so. Manager was wearing a face shield, no mask, one glove. I watched him touch his face with bare hand, dig thru my bag of food with bare hand, touch money, touch face again, breath directly into the food bag with the germ tunnel created by the shield, he got so close the shield touched the bag and collapsed, dig some more, then tried to give me the food. I got a refund and drove away. Those poor workers, they are all going to get covid. You will too by eating here, eventually. read more

Pretty sad, that the guy with the giant gauges in his ears, looks like he's the one in charge, but is the only one not wearing a mask. Didnt want to make a scene, but all my food was tossed because people handling food should lead by example and wear a mask during these rough times. But as an employee of a corporation, I know how my company is following covid rules, and I can't imagine that mcdonalds allows their employees to not wear masks right now. But this is the 3rd time I've come through and this same person was not wearing a mask. I hope this is remedied, because you guys are my favorite place to eat. And I dont want to have to go somewhere else. But, if I come through and see him without a mask on, I will gladly just go somewhere else. my friend and I went there to get our food and when we went to get handed our food the blonde manager ( don't know her name ) was rudely talking to the window worker that was clearly new to the job... was almost yelling at him where to put the drinks and he did it wrong and can't put them there now bc he is already serving them. but when customers can hear you talking very rudely to him like that is poor management!!! sad for that guy read more

Horrible service! Where do I even start? Me and my two other friends were ordering two orders (we were paying seperate). We paid and went to grab our food at the end of the drive-thru. When the lady gave us one of our orders we said that we were still waiting on the other order which was two mcchickens. She said she didn't see it on the screen and we thought the problem would sorted out with a manager. The manager came by and said we didn't have a second order. We told her to talk to the lady who took the money we PAID for to get the second order. The manager refused and dismissed our efforts to obtain our full paid for order as a couple of teens trying to prank their way into some free food. Frustrated, we were forced to leave as we would have been late to school. On the way back I called McDonalds and they did not answer. The order in front of us at the restaurant was one of our friends so we decided to call and see if they got our order and they said they got one extra order that corresponded with our order number but instead of consisting of the mcchickens, the order was a mcchicken with a no chicken patty (mayo and lettuce and bun). I then called McDonalds again to ask about the problem and the lady who answered said how may I help you. I responded by politely explaining the situation, hoping to be reimbursed. I went to this place yesterday with my little girl and she wanted a sundae with extra caramel so that's what I ordered but not what I was given . So I said no problem just run it in there and tell them I am sure they will fix it. Well about two min later she comes out crying the manager told her she was not telling the truth and told her to leave. I let her know what a nasty person she was and Shannon you should not be in charge of anything and you have no idea what customer service is and I called the owners and have gotten no response I guess making 10 year old girls cry is your policy I will never go back and will tell this story as much as I can. read more

All I wanted was a sweet tea for my drive home, a process that should have taken no more than sixty seconds at the drive through. Instead, I had to wait almost three minutes to get my drink because the conversation the attendant was having with another employee was far more important. Gross. Had a bad experience with a pink undercooked burger a few months back but we gave it another go since my kids are begging to try the new play area. The place was a filthy mess. No TP in the bathrooms. Trash on the floor. No paper towels to dry your hands on. The drink area had dry spills all over the counter. They were completely out of napkins everywhere. We got some of the last straws and all the lids were jammed and spilling out of the dispensers. The floors were a mess with straw wrappers and dirt and there was a chocolate milk spill the entire 45 minutes I was in the play area. Now my kids understand why we don't do McDonald's very often. read more

Clean bathrooms and very helpful friendly staff. My kids love this place as a treat. We don't have a McDonald's anywhere near our house so it's definitely a once a month treat. I used to take them to the port Angeles one but its closed for renovations and my kids now prefer the one in Sequim. read more

Tonight we were in a hurry to leave for out of state so we decided to "dine in" in our hometown before we headed off, we walked inside around 9pm, people waiting in line in front of us, absolutely no one to be seen besides the cook working his butt off, finally you catch a glimpse of the drive thru lady looking up at us, we think "oh she'll let someone know there are people in the lobby", no one still, 5 minutes pass, a different guy goes and scoops some fries (making eye contact with us all but not saying one word to us) you'd think he would say "one minute" or "we'll be with you as soon as we can", but no....! Nothing! Just a fast glimpse over at us and back to the window he goes. He cleared his drive thru screen about 7 times while we were waiting for the 25 minutes. Whoever was working that night has no sense of any common courtesy or better yet common sense! Ridiculous! Absolutely ridiculous! Whoever worked around 9pm-9:30pm on Thursday the 23rd should not be working and the cameras should be reviewed to see where the front lobby staff was, oh and tell your three employees who were actually working that their customer service sucks. P.S. we went to Walmart for about 35 minutes, did a quick pass thru of the parking lot on our way home and there are now MORE people there waiting....I wonder how many more bad reviews this place will get because of a few idiot employees! read more

Friendly staff, excellent service and food quality. Not many people up front causing a little slower time taking my order sence I did not want to use a kiosk the face to face interaction is what I look for when going inside a restaurant. Once my order was taken the service was amazing all smiles from beginning to end and my server brought my food out asked if I needed anything else and check up on my family shortly after seeing if we liked our food or we needed anything else. My kids cant wait to go back and I'm please to say we will be going back soon read more

So Sad. 1:45 in the afternoon and as I drove in I had a bad feeling seeing the cars lined up around the building for the drive through. When I entered there was one new person manning one register and a line to the door. I heard 1 customer ask where his order was and that he had been there waiting for at least fifteen minutes. And then the others that were waiting starting gripping as well. I ordered, wrote this review, waited some more and finally got my food. And this is why I don't eat at McDonald's but once a year. Ok so I was calling McDonald's to make a reservation for my four-year-old's birthday party and the phone answered but there is only a long beeping noise. Highly disappointed. Went to this McDonald's twice this month. First visit workers on cell phone, gossiping workers, food cold, play toy room tables and floor dirty. Second visit , ignored for 3 min while I tried to order. Didn't see any workers around. The chicken nuggets were over done, the fries were under done.They need to get it together. Arrived at this location on Friday Aug 9th 2019 at 12:15 pm. I took almost 15 minutes for our order to be taken to eat in. After sitting at our table for 18 minutes waiting for our food a finally went up to the counter and looked at the screen and our order was no where to be found. I finally was able to ask the young girl filling orders and was told they were really busy and it will be out. I than saw an order that looked like ours and asked her again and she grabbed the tray and threw it on the counter. I felt the fries and they were ice cold and asked for new ones. She grabbed the old fries, went and got new ones and threw them onto the tray. When I got back to the table we noticed the kids meal for my grandson had no apples or toy. Went back and the same clerk grabbed the two Items and threw them in the box and walked away again. Got back to the table and now it was 25 minutes since we place or order. The food was cold. We will be back in the area next Wednesday with 5 other grand kids but I will we will never return to this Macdonalds. read more

This am when came in for breakfast...dirty floor, water, and no effort to clean tables and if you are a senior you get to listen to screaming children unmanaged by parents with no door on playground.
