Went to McDonald's on a Saturday afternoon, service was good but food was totally nasty. The fries were shriveled and cold. Must have been sitting done for a while. The burgers were cold, bread was hard and stale, and were thrown togeather like no one cared where the patty and fixings landed. Very disappointed. I went to go to the micdonald drive thru and ordered some food and ice cream then they didn't give me any food for like an hour. Then they came to us to say that are order is not Even on the thingy so we had to Wait longer. And outside there was a homeless guy showing off his abs so we went inside and there was a guy throwing cups so we went back outside to find out the ice cream machine was broken. Wanted a small amount of ice cream got a hot fudge Sunday that was half the size of the last one I had maybe 6 years ago and paid almost $4 , tasted terrible more like liqueur that hot fudge and had no problem throwing out most of it , and I'm a fat so that finishes everything read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. We ordered at 1305. It was a larger order so they asked us to wait in the pick up area. We have been waiting for over 40 minutes for our order. And. Even once we got our food-- they forgot our drinks and our condiments. And knowing that-- the employees STILL managed to take care of orders behind us first and we are still waiting. They knew about the problem for 10 minutes and we're still waiting. At this point apologies mean next to nothing when they're so empty and this isn't the first time that we've had this issue. I am disgusted about the amount of money that we spent today and the service that we received. read more

I came at 9 am with my family ordered 2 hash browns, 2 oatmeal and orange juice and a hot chocolate. The orange juice they gave me was expired AND watered down. My hot chocolate was coffee. They also kept forgetting things in our order, and would get annoyed when we would let them know we were missing things. DO NOT go to this mcdonalds. worst experience i've had. Not always terrible but depends on who you get for the shift lead. I understand that being short staffed can be overwhelming but you can't hold me hostage in the drive through so the kitchen can "catch up". When I go inside to see what's going on after being in the drive through for ~30 minutes the shift lead is making jokes to the cooks that there's a long line and one of the cooks responded with "good". Not good... like come on please try to pretend like you care. Only time in my life I've made a formal corporate complaint. Last several trips have been disappointing. I've visited in the afternoon. Almost always missing food from the order, never get the sauces that are ordered, and even napkins are hiding behind the counter that must be asked for (employees have to be stopped instead of them seeing you standing and asking how they can help). It's hit or miss if any special requests are fulfilled on an order, e.g., no pickles. The place always seems to be clean, I'll give them that. Online orders used to be a mess. We go to this McDonald's regularly for coffee and sometimes food. Their Frappes are always good as is their ice coffee. The food is hot and delicious. We order in the app all time and we never have issues and I love their reward system and deals. I've saved a lot ordering through the app. Occasionally, there was an issue with an order but the staff was always very friendly and had no problem fixing it. Overall very nice McDonald's. read more

I've been to this McDonald's three times. Whether they were busy or not, the service was exceptionally slow and our orders were consistently incorrect. there was a glitch in our mobile order unbeknownst to me it didn't show up for the crew to cook..even tho my order showed on the screen After my toddlers n I had been in restaurant for 30 min. I placed my order 15 minutes in advance, and then when I got to the restaurant, I had to wait another 20 minutes for my food when there was only 5 other people in the restaurant and only 3 cars in the drive through when I pulled up. I then got home with my 4 burritos and 2 breakfast sandwiches and found a label from Burrito mix in my food. The food was inconsistent and cold. I called to complain about the label in my food and they just said, I wasn't the one making the food so it's not my fault. read more

I just left there, after watching a lady complain about her order being short a burger! She got her burger...but when I got my order... I asked if my order was completed, the girl who argued with the lady said, yes that's your order, I checked and was missing a whole thing bacon burger meal, apple slices in one of the kids meal, and no honey mustards!! Someone is definitely hungry at the back kitchen if all these orders are missing!! it cost me $45. For an incomplete meal!! They really need to stop smoking that bud! And get there act straight!! I'm uncertain why they say they're 24 hours. Most of the time the night shift is busy cleaning or doing something else when you attempt to make an order through drive-thru. It seems like unless you use the app you're going to wait at least 30 minutes. I've had to request a refund twice the last 2 months because after they make you pull forward they couldn't find my food. Most of their problems could be solved with better management. McDonalds.... This location is the home to the first McDonalds drive thru window. Recently they completed a whole new make over. The place look nice, new and the kids love the play area. This place looks hip and fun with a bunch of open seatings, touch board menus to order from if you wish. The food taste the same which is good.... The reason for two stars is there service and professionalism.... I've had to ask for my order after waiting 15 minutes for a kids meal and a Big Mac. My ice cream has came out completely melted and I had to ask for a new serving. I think it comes down to the age of the young workers, learning how to work and be productive. If you try the drive-through in the morning, be prepared to leave unhappy. I've been there three times, the first was 10 minutes after it was supposed to be open and it still wasn't open because the manager never showed up to unlock the doors. The second time the person speaking through the speaker was literally unintelligible. The third time they asked me to pull around and wait for my food by the front door when there was a gigantic tractor trailer in front of the front door so I had to go back through the drive-through a second time, only to get my food and find it it was burnt and my orange juice was not orange juice but was in fact just yellow-colored water. read more
