We placed our order on the McDonalds App we ordered a medium fries, 10 piece nuggets a large drink and a happy meal and 2 sweet and sour sauces. We placed the order for us to walk inside of the restaurant and pick in up at the counter. When we arrived all the doors were locked with the lights on. I then walked around trying to find a way to get in but all doors were locked. We decided to go through the drive through and tell them we placed our order but everything was locked. She found our order and told us to meet her at the second window. This Women at the order machine was very rude, and spoke little english . We asked if our food could be remade because we were locked out for so long and wanted our food to be warm. The lady told us there was no need to remake it and that she would see us at the second window. A little while after we pull up to the second window and she starts handing us our drink and our small drink that comes with the happy meal. We asked if we could get 1 hot mustered sauce she says yes and give us our happy meal and bag of food. We wanted to check to make sure everything was there before we drove away. We were missing our 2 sweet and sours which was no big deal so we just asked for the sauce. the lady walked away and came back telling us we had to pay for them. We told her we already payed for them and they were on our recipe. She said we would have to pay if we wanted anymore sauce because the 2 Hot mustards took place for the sweet and sour sauce. So we handed her one hot mustard and asked for a sweet and sour, she gave us one sweet and sour as trade for 1 hot mustard. As we were checking our food we also realized everything in our happy meal bag was so cold and there was no warmth to the food at all. So we asked tif our fries in our happy meal could be remade. She said yes and got us fries that were much warmer. McDonalds is slowly starting to become one of those business that don't care about their customers. You can't even go inside and order at the counter and talk to a person you have to order everything through a Kiosk or on your phone. A bunch of teens where standing in the drive threw i didnt feel safe with a seven year old in my car so i pulled up to the window to say i didnt feel safe and wanted to order at the window they told me to get back in line and order from there. I am so disappointed ...every time I order the filet o fish the fish patty is always hanging off the side of the bun. Today I decided to move back on the bun but then I noticed this. Is this a piece of cheese? Is McDonald's really standing behind this "quality" of food? Not only is it dried out but it is not even half a piece of cheese. I also ordered a chocolate milkshake and I noticed when I was handed the shake that It had a lot of liquid. I asked several times, " is this a shake" no answer then I said this is a shake not milk, right? I got a slight nod. Then to top it off! This McDonald's location has let us down countless times with their ice cream machine. Almost every time we visited this McDonald's we have been told that something is wrong with the ice cream machine. After multiple times of disappointment I finally decided it's time to leave a review. When we got into the drive-thru today we asked if their ice cream machine was working and we were told that there's a new ice cream machine that they finally installed. After ordering and waiting in line for 20 minutes we're told that their ice cream machine broke once it was our turn. Unfortunately the staff and the managers are not helpful and just create a terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend this location... at least for ice cream. read more

I would give this MCD zero star if that was an option. The error rate here is 4 out of every 5 visits. Today, we ordered at 1211 via drive thru we did not get our food until 1237. They delivered the food incrementally in 3 separate bags. Missed the drink until I went in. I went in a spoke to the manager (Matty?) and she offered to refund or get my name. I refused the refund and asked that they improve their service instead. After all that when we finally reviewed the food items in the bag, the sauces that we ordered are missing!! The other time I went they the drive thru I paid $100 bill when I got home, I noticed that the change was short by $20, I called the mcd office immediately, no answer. Left a message and requested to return my call, no one returned my call. Another visit, we ordered via drive thru- they missed to give us our water bottle. Yet another visit they forgot to give us our kids chocolate milks. I keep bringing the issues to the managers on duty hoping they will improve. It does not look like it will. So definitely not going back to this place again. It's unfortunate because this location Yosemite/118 is a convenient location to get to. Good and quick stop in when you traverse the 118! My new discovery is the Egg White Delight breakfast sandwich. Trying to eat healthy and I think that this will be the cure for my McD's visits. They don't have a two sandwich combo (which would be great) but it does come in a combo meal. The damn thing is more expensive than the other sandwiches so plan accordingly. They have a busy drive-thru so just pull in the parking lot, get your food, and hit the road. They also recently remodeled the lobby so it looks really nice. read more

Clean the tables please! Came in at lunch time. Most tables were empty but finding one clean was impossible. We asked the sweet order taker to clean a table for us. She did in between taking orders. I noticed a full staff plus the manager all behind the cashier, why could one of them clean and help out. Certainly the manager should of been on top of this. read more

This is a one time visit review. Clean updated interior. The Experience young man Paul welcomes us and offered help with putting in our order electronically. The breakfast we ordered was the best and freshest we've ever had at any McD. Lots of times breakfast burritos are dry, but this one was so fresh and moist. My boyfriend and me both enjoyed the food. Seriously just ordered a cheeseburger and asked for only mustard and pickles but got a bun (no meat) with cheese, ketchup and onions. I brought it back and told them what I wanted and they replaced my burger with almost the same thing, they added the meat but still wrong and i just asked for mustard and pickles and they handed me the mustard dipping nugget sauce. Today, 9-10-20, at about 4:00 PM, I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 vanilla cones. I watched the tall, around 20ish man, make the cones with NO GLOVES ON . The cones he got had a lot of ice cream on them. I asked him nicely if he would please put gloves on and get me new cones. He did. BUT- he put very little ice cream in them. I ordered a drink that I saw online on the McDonald's website. The cashier said that they didn't have the ingredients required to make it so I ordered a medium of a different beverage. When they gave me the beverage it was in a small cup. Mind you I paid almost $5 for a medium and clarified with the cashier that I ordered a medium, not a small. She proceeded to lie and tell me that it was a medium and on the cup it is labeled with an S for small! I feel very ripped off that not only was this over priced, but I paid $5 for a 12 OZ coffee!! I gave this fast food location a lot of chances. The workers are always making mistake. Today, I had to go back 2 times because they didn't get my order correctly. I ordered 3 plain cheese burgers and 2 large meat patty. When I checked my order, they only gave me 1 meat patty so I had to go back. Finally, when I checked my order again, they still didn't get my order right. They gave 2 small meat patty. Based upon my observation, since a lot of employee looks like from high school.
