I love the convenience of the kiosk ordering. Service was very quick, and everyone on staff was so kind and helpful. I was blown away by their gluten-free menu. They offer gluten-free buns for burgers and sandwiches, gluten-free crispy chicken, and even gluten-free desserts. I tried the Turtle Pie and the Lemon Raspberry Pie--both were delicious, but the Turtle Pie was truly to die for. This was hands down one of the best burgers and fries I've ever had. Gluten-free bread can really make or break a meal, and this place does it right. The gluten-free bun tasted fresh and delicious, the burger itself was incredibly juicy and flavorful, and the basil aioli was insanely good. I also ordered their specialty Cherry Cream Cola, and it was so good that I had to get a second one. It tasted like a fresh, sweet Cherry Coke and was the perfect accompaniment to the meal. I sat outside and brought my dog, and one of the staff members even came out with a bowl of water for him. Such a thoughtful touch that made us feel so welcome. It being dog-friendly is definitely a huge bonus for me. Amazing food, wonderful service, and one of the best gluten-free experiences I've had. I can't wait to come back!

Here's the updated review:…read more If you're in New Paltz and craving a great burger, Burger Box is definitely worth a visit! My husband and I stopped by for lunch, and we both left impressed. I ordered the Spicy Blue, which had the perfect balance of heat and bold blue cheese flavor. It was juicy, fresh, and cooked perfectly. My husband went with the Burger Box signature burger, and he absolutely loved it. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in every bite. One thing I really appreciated is that they also have a kids' menu, making it a great spot for families. I've also been here several times with friends, and every single one of them has loved it too. It's one of those places that's consistently delicious no matter who you bring. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, the staff is friendly, and it's clear they take pride in using fresh, local ingredients. Whether you're a local or just visiting the beautiful town of New Paltz, Burger Box is a place I'd happily return to again and again. Highly recommend!

I don't know how they keep coming up with such incredible burgers but they hit it out of the park month after month. Where is food network at?! Diners, Drive ins, and Dives...hello?!! Why has no one filmed this establishment yet and when will they come out with their own burger cook book!? Also to note, the staff was extremely friendly and awesome! I met one of the co owners and she was just so incredibly kind. Also we got dessert here for the first time. I am so mad I didn't take a picture but it was a crème brûlée cheesecake and it was incredible. If you have the room for it definitely order it you will not be disappointed!!!

Since we were dining in, they gave us a table number and we placed it in the holder so staff know where to bring the food. Our order didn't take very long to arrive to our table, just about 10 minutes. After finishing your meal, you bus your own table. The menu has options for burgers, hot dogs, fries, salads, shakes, floats, and desserts. I ordered a Yellow Label Burger ($13.45) and a Strawberry shake ($6.75). My husband and I shared a Farm Salad ($9.75). The Yellow Label Burger comprises of USDA Prime Beef, homemade fried mac n cheese patty, lettuce, tomato on a potato bun. This was delicious! I liked how after biting into the crispy, breaded exterior it gives way to a hot, molten cheese center that oozes perfectly over beef. The Farm Salad which consisted of spring mix, tomato, blue cheese crumbles, sliced almonds, dried cranberries, and raspberry vinaigrette on the side was also very very very tasty, fresh, and a good portion. The strawberry shake was also very good and had pieces of strawberries. Black Label Burgers pride on only using USDA Prime Angus beef that comes from a single source, Double R Ranch, located in Washington State, a family-owned farm known for its responsible practices and superior beef. You can definitely taste the richness and juiciness of the beef. My husband had the Red Label Burger ($13.25) and the PB&J shake ($7.75). He really enjoyed his meal as well. I really liked the inside decor and the laid back vibes. Black Label Burgers is great for a quick lunch, a night out with friends, or a family dinner. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I liked the local (Long Island) themed decor, friendly service, spacious parking lot, wide variety of self-serve beverages (tangy lemonade - yay!) and nicely padded booths. Definitely a cut above competitors like Shake Shack in that regard. I chose the signature black label burger made with dry aged beef and regular fries. While the hand cut fries were wonderfully crispy and flavorful, the burger was kind of disappointing - not terrible, but the bun tasted stale and the meat was very bland. Also I ordered the burger cooked medium but it came out pink in the center, not my preference for chopped meat. Maybe I ordered the wrong item? I plan to try other menu items in the future to see if they hit my taste buds differently.

The chicken wings had a good crisp, the side salad I asked for was fresh, the cheese steak roll was pillowy soft and was nicely cheesy, and most importantly, the gentleman behind the bar who took our order was a fantastically nice guy The cons. The garlic parm sauce on the wings were a bit lacking and the amount of meat on the cheese steak was only half enough to really fill that long roll. And the most irksome thing was the 2,23 % "technology fee". No offense but WTH is that?????? If it was to use the credit card, it wasn't explained at all. Look, if you like a funky bar with good food and you are in the area, I would say check it out once in your life and form your opinion. But, for me, I just don't know how often
