Guadalupe the manager is horrible. Went in for door dash waited 29 minutes, another dasher was there 40 and regular customer waited 45 minutes for a vanilla shake. There was also 5 other people in lobby waiting for orders. They would only take drive thru orders and completely ignored the people in lobby. If and when we were paid any attention to the night manager would only freak out in Spanish which I personally don't understand. Swinging her arms around. Walked away and started throwing things around like a 4 year old. The Spanish door dasher said that she stated, she doesn't care, she has no employees ( 7 plus her is 8) and she won't rush for anyone. This is not the first time I have had to deal with this woman. She is horrible with no people skills and obviously can't mutli task. Would love to speak to a GM but no contact information is ever allowed to be given. I don't know if the employees here purposely act like they are unintelligent or if that's a requirement for being employed at this specific location. Everytime you go here your order will always be wrong, and you will have to put up a fight at the drive thru speaker for your order to even be put in the system properly. read more

Unfortunately my teenager and her friends wanted McDonald's. I didn't feel like driving all the way to Sturbridge at 9pm so I went to this McDonald's in town. I told myself I'd never ever go back here but here I am. So I place my order everything's fine. I get to the pickup window and all hell breaks loose. She read me back someone else's order and I tell her that's not my food. She proceeds to tell me I owe an additional 7 bucks for some reason. Meanwhile my card was charged 34 bucks already. So I pay it, she then refunds me for some reason 28 bucks back, charges my card an additional 34 bucks another 20 bucks and then charges another 15 bucks!!!! For two meals! I tell her WTF are you doing !!! She Kept swiping my card like it's her own personal card! This women is the manager. Probably the one that replaced Mcfry lickin girl. I didn't have a problem here, got my coffee and egg mcmuffin speedily and made fresh. Both the coffee and sandwich were good and the restaurant is clean. I stop by this McDonalds a few times a week to get my coffee, and this location has far and away the best service of any fast food restaurant I've been to. The employees are extremely polite and if there is any sort of extended wait time, they apologize. I highly recommend it and stop here even though there are numerous other McDonalds locations on my commute. read more

Of course, there were times where the food was great but often more times than not, there wasn't enough sauce on the burgers which made it taste like just bread. I can't comment on the food because I wouldn't eat at this McDonald's. It is nasty, and rats are seen walking around. Vermin is present in food preparation areas which makes closing necessary.
