The lady the was working the drive thru had nails so long they were curling and (to me) that is disgusting. then we were told to pull into the 1 wait spot and waited for 10 min. and they screwed up the order on top of that. Terrible. It's McDonalds, there's no guesswork. You're told how to cook the food and for how long. So why is it that every time I've ordered food from here the fries aren't cooked? When I asked that the fries be cooked fully, the employee was glad to oblige, but then got yelled at by the manager/ or owner about the line, which there was none (drive thru). Quality of food doesn't have to be sacrificed for fast service. Although, this location doesn't have fast service either. The employees, aside from that one older gentleman who was either the manager or owner, have been friendly and helpful. From now on, I'll drive the extra 20 minutes to go to McDonald's in Green Cove Springs. read more

This mcdonalds I go to very often and they provide greet service. But today I noticed that there was a new girl with long blonde hair(I didn't get her name) at the window and she messed up something on the computer. Her manager came back there and called her stupid infront of us and talked down on her for one mistake. She's new. This location is very slow! Every time I do stop and order food, the order is wrong. I have to return to the line because the teenagers working in here don't care about customer service and making sure they are entering the orders correctly. don't expect much from this mcdonalds! the service is terrible and there is little to no respect for the customers. They supposedly close at 12:30 but were physically locking people outside and it was only 10:30 when i was there. Came to this Mc Donalds around 9:20 pm and stayed in drive the for more than 5 minutes and no one came to microphone to get our order , then we drove up and she was there and not once looked on the window and when she finally saw us she just ignored us. Tonight we waited in the Drive Thru Lane 1 while watching 2 cars get service ahead of us in Lane 2. We backed up and went to Lane 2 for service, obviously realizing there was a problem with Lane 1. We were then told to leave and go to Burger King because we backed up from Lane 1 and were laughing in the car. I would have thought laughing was a much better alternative than being angry about watching 2 other clients receiving service before we did, although we were clearly the first car waiting. I was very confused that I was told to leave because my family of 5 was laughing because we seemed to have chosen the wrong lane. Whoever came up with the new inside concept has a McBrain the size of a Happy Meal. 4 kiosk's, 1 cash register going and most people are ordering at the counter. This is a nice location because it's so new BUT they often mess up orders. I've only been a hand full of times (usually through the drive-thru) and I think something has been wrong every time. They don't even deserve one star. By far, the absolute WORST & SLOWEST McDonald's I've ever been to! As others have stated, line constantly wrapped around building, and it takes FOREVER to order! If you're in a hurry, DO NOT GO HERE! I don't know what going on inside, but changes need to be made ASAP! It's ridiculous! I've also yet to order a single sandwich that I don't have to open up and rebuild because it's all over the place! The employees, minus a few that are very nice (esp the young man with the ponytail), are rude, short and unfriendly. They ,most visits, haven't even said a single word when handing over the food, just shut the window. I wrote this review while sitting in line waiting for a single med black coffee. Seventeen minutes later, I get to window, my coffee hasn't even been poured. Young man left me sitting for a good 3-4 MORE minutes (with the window open) before even turning around to make it, never speaking a word. I have to add that, this time, the morning rush was over so the line only expanded a couple cars past the menu board, and it still took about 20 minutes total to get a coffee....This place should be shut down if changes aren't made! read more

Coming from the Washington D.C. area, this McDonald's has relatively quick service, and I have never had to wait more than 5 mins when going inside to place an order..and I have been there during lunchtime! The drive through has more of a wait time than ordering inside though..Overall, this establishment has good service and it's quick and clean. The only issue I have noticed is the sweet iced tea. Sometimes there is some funky taste, which I end up pouring the tea out. They need to check that out..Maybe clean the pictures better? read more

If you want crappy service this is the place to go. I work at firehouse and I know how customers should be treated. But these workers here do not. I ordered on the screen instead of going to the counter. After I payed for my order I went up to the counter to ask for two large cups. After the tall girl who was on cash got done taking the ladies order who was in front of me she glanced at me and then walked away. I guess talking to her friend working the coffee/slushy station was more important than helping a customer. After I finally got my cup I went to go get sweet tea and the one in the lobby was out of tea, so I had to go back to the counter to ask for sweet tea. When I got back to my table and drank the tea it tasted like straight water. I also ordered a double quarter pounder no ketch up, no mustard, extra pickles add mayo. Instead I got a double quarter pounder with extra mayo I'm talking an inch of mayo and 3 pickles. Very disappointed and I will not be returning to this McDonald's. read more

I'm the person that you can give me a piece of hair in my food and I won't complain. Everybody makes mistakes. But this is honestly one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I come here often, at least 1-3 times a week or more. Like another reviewer mentioned, the food is usually a 50/50 chance of freshness. But recently it's almost every single time old food. I don't even bother with the French fries because 95% of the time I can taste that they have been sitting out for a minimum of 30 minutes to an hour. I've waited 15 minutes for a burger and fries only to unwrap food that has been sitting out so long the cheese won't even melt on the burger. This is usually at night. The employees are almost all under the age of 18 and do not care that they are handing people old food. They stand around on the phone and talk to each other about the latest high school drama. Sorry, I work a full time job, I work hard for my money and when I come here I'm expecting fresh hot food because that is what I'm paying for. Please do better and hire people who have standards and can maintain a smooth running restaurant and give people what they are paying for. read more
