Just visited the drive thru. Sat at the sign and waited about 3 minutes before we able to place our order. I said hello she said please wait a minute! So we waited! I then finally placed our order 2 medium shamrock shakes and 2 mc chickens with extra mayo. My total was $ 9.41. I proceed to to the window to pay. I gave her $ 10.00 and expected my change within a few seconds like usual at any other drive thru. Well not the case at this particular MC Donald's! She said just a minute for your change I said ok and waited. We waited for 6 minutes waiting for someone to get the girl change so I can get my change and get my food and get the heck out of this awful place!!!!! The manager finally got her some change so I thought I would get my change. I did not she closed the drawer and walked away. The girl talking orders took 2 more orders then finally proceeded to attempt to give me my change!!! She cannot multi task. So I finally got my change and drove up to the next window to get our food. We sat there for 2 minutes while there was someone at the drink machine putting caps on the drinks coming out of the machine! Just ignoring us! Then finally he looked at us opened the window and said what did you order? I repeated my order to him then we finally got our food! Someone peed in the play area and the staff refused to put a sign on the door shutting down the play area and didn't even clean it up. I just waited in line for 15 minutes at the counter waiting by myself. The workers made eye contact with me and actively ignored me. Every couple minutes I would clear my throat and say excuse me can I get some help? After about 15 minutes an African-American woman walked into McDonald's and the workers helped her right away. That is when I realized that this was about the color of my skin. All of the employees working for African-American and what they were doing I would not consider work. The drive-through was full of customers and they were laughing singing and doing everything but work so I get why the line was so long at the drive-through. I will never go to this location again after experiencing racism like this. These kids have a lot to learn if they are ever going to do anything with their lives. I can't think of a time that I've gone here where I haven't had something wrong with my order. They're not exactly up to date on their machinery either. One time when I bought a vanilla shake, there was pumpkin spice in the bottom. They tried to tell me that this happens all the time with shake machines but from experience, I know this is a filter problem. To speak on their customer service, they didn't even offer me a new shake or a refund. They just basically smiled and shooed me away. The food itself has never been bad I suppose so there's a plus. Overall, if you don't really care about service or getting the right food, this place will be fine for you. Wow, a one-star review for a McDonald's. Surprising right? I've never really had a "good" experience at a McDonald's, but I've come to accept that it's probably just because it's a cheap fast-food chain and working there must be pretty dull. However, that doesn't excuse the god-awful service that this McDonald's provides. About a year ago, I drove to this McDonald's at around 10 PM. Keep in mind that this location is open 24 hours. I pull up to the drive thru and wait. And that's it. I waited for nearly 10 full minutes, and I was never helped. As I was leaving, I pass the window and can clearly see employees standing around, doing nothing. I shake my head and go to Arby's. Fast forward to just a few days ago. My cousin and I were hungry for some McDonald's breakfast at midnight. Unfortunately, no McDonald's around me participate in breakfast at midnight... except this one. We glance at each other nervously and both take a deep breath. We're going to try the drive thru. When I first got there I almost immediately started taking pictures of the place, because I thought it was a enormous fish fly. No, to my disappointment, it was a McDonalds with a thick coat of fish flies completely covering the building. Not really their fault, but it doesn't help this place look more attractive. We pull up to the speaker and roll down my window. A family of fish flies enters my car and beings looking at real estate around the inside of my vehicle. I wait. And wait. Uh oh.. is this going to be a repeat of the never-ending wait from a year before? I begin to tear up as the memory comes flooding back, but then I hear a voice. "Can I help you?" Success! There's someone alive on the other side! Tears of joy stream down my face as I tell the wonderful soul my order. "Can I have two orders of hotcakes with sausage, and a hashbrown?" "Anything else?" "No thanks." "Your total is blahblahblah." "Thank you." I pull up to the first window and pay, and then move on to the second to receive my food- the moment of joy that I never got to experience last time. But then the memory comes back to haunt me. I wait. And wait. And wait. I glance at my cousin, who I notice now has stubble on his face. How long have we been waiting? I begin to doze off. Suddenly the window swings open, startling me. What time is it? I glance at the window and there's a young man staring back, but with no food. "Y'all had hotcakes?" "Yes.." "Alright one moment. I'm gonna have you pull up there." He points to a parking spot. Uh oh. Not one of these situations. I reluctantly do so, but am wondering why I need to wait like this? There's no one else at the restaurant, nothing causing the orders to get backed up. My stomach growls and I figure since I paid, I might as well wait it out. I'm not sure how much time had passed (15 minutes), but my cousin and I were now examining our full-grown beards in the rear view mirrors. Honestly, I had forgotten what we had even ordered food. Suddenly there was a knock on my window, startling me yet again. I roll it down and it's the young man... with our food!! I gladly accept it and thank him and dig through the bag to find... hotcakes, but not hashbrown. "Um, we had a hashbrown as well." "A hashbrown? Alright one minute." He leaves. We sit in silence. 5 minutes. 10 minutes. I think I see my hair turning gray. Finally, the young man returns once more. "Here's your hashbrown, sorry about that. Have a good night." We leave. What should have been a no more than 5 minute stay turned into over a half hour wait for some frozen pancakes and a hashbrown. Irritated, tired, and hungry, I decided that I should just be happy that I got my food at all this time. We arrive home and we prepare to eat. My cousin looks in the bag, and then back at me. I come here with my kids (3 and 4) on occasion because they like the play place. Every time they ask to come here I dread it! The playplace room has no heat in the winter and it's freezing! I can't even stay in there with them it's so cold and uncomfortable. I have to watch them through TNT window inside the restaurant. The entire restaurant looks and feels dirty too. This is the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been too. I took my daughters here for ice cream and to play in the play place. The place is filthy. The employees are rude and slow as hell. I waited 30 minutes by the counter for TWO ICE CREAM CONES! Was told "one second" five times with 5 minutes between each time. The best part of it all... finally after 30 minutes they hand me two small CUPS of vanilla ice cream. If I could give this McDonald's 0 stars I would. I have never made it through this drive through on less than 15 minutes regardless of time of day, and my order is often wrong. Who ever is "managing" this place should be fired because there is zero accountability for their employees. No one ever apologizes, or even acknowledges you with a simple "I'll be with you in a moment". You know it's bad when the sign doesn't say "how was your service" but instead says "call this number for complaints", no joke. If it weren't for my wife's pregnancy cravings we would have stopped coming a long time ago. I sometimes stop in for breakfast. I don't know why. The morning staff is rude. They take forever. The lady who takes the order at the drive through takes forever to answer the intercom. Sometimes you will sit there and she won't even answer. If you do order she is never polite or friendly. The food is never ready. It's like the staff just found out they serve hash browns. Every time without fail they say it's going to be a wait they didn't make any. Countless times the order has been wrong. No one cares there. The one time I stopped inside i along with other customers watched as a employee dropped cups on the dirty floor. He licked them up and put the back in the stack to serve to people. The guy in front of me reached around and grabbed the and tossed them out since none of the employees cared. I highly recommend skipping this location. She indicated the receipt had expired (the receipt date is printed (06/27/2021, which expires 07/27/2021). Rather than argue, I gave her another one. She indicated that also had also expired (WHAT, the expiration date on that receipt was (07/05/2021). She referred the matter to her trainer. The trainer asked me "When did I receive the receipt?" I told her to look at the receipt for the date. Only then, did they process my order. The cashier attempted to give me back that receipt. I informed her that she needs that receipt for cashing out. New facelift, same CRAP services. I've came here on three separate occasions over the last three years. Right around 5am. After getting out of work. Every time, I was told they were closed. I know that is BS just lazy employees. Happened again tonight. And the couple times I did get served. Lazy employees. Dirty facilities tables and food isn't up to par with other McDonald's. HORRIBLE! The place is pretty clean but that is something McDonald's seems to have down. Both my grandchildren had the chicken nugget kid's meals and got sick (We ordered one chicken and one cheeseburger!). We maybe got the wrong order because the young lady behind the counter kept smacking her gum loudly while rolling her eyes and shaking her head. I noticed other's orders taken after ours were served first when the kid's menu items had already been made. I would say this McDonald's is a below average McDonald's. They get my order wrong 6/10 times. They always give me honey mustard sauce when I ask for tarter sauce. Most of the time the chicken nuggets are soggy or aren't very crispy at all. Normally the fries aren't very crispy. I went to a McDonald's a couple miles away and the nuggets and the fries were crispy and the burgers were warm, unlike this McDonald's. I should mention that McDonald's shakes are my favorite around. They aren't anything amazing, but I think they are a good shake. I rate this McDonald's 1/5 stars.
