This place has zero sense of urgency. My order was sitting in the back counter for over 8 minutes before somebody checked the front counter. I made all kinds of noise trying to get the attention until 5 minutes later. Their priority is the Drive thru and not inside the store. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes to order with only two cars in front of me. It was obvious something was wrong so I backed out and called my wife to place a mobile order. When I go inside to pick up my mobile order I was told I had to go to the drive thru. Nothing more than that. It didn't make sense but I did it. When I get to the window the same guy that told me to go to the drive thru is there and tells me they don't make the food when you place the order online. So I needed to tell the drive thru operator the order number and then they make it. So I went to this McDonalds to grab a quick dinner at 7:00 PM in a Sunday night and I got nothing. Why?!? No service. It wasn't that busy - there were about 4 cars in the drive through and a few people at the counter waiting for their food or place an order. I waited for ten minutes and no employee came to the counter to take my order. So I walked out. It wasn't like they were over run with people. This is way I always go to In-n-Out for a quick burger . In-n-Out is always busy at meal time but still they'll get your order within a minute or two inside the store and you'll get your food freshly cooked in less than ten. McDonalds - you need to take care of your costumers - or you'll loose them. read more

I take into account that it is COVID, but McDonald's is a fast food drive thru restaurant... We went to McDonalds here and ordered $60 of food. When we got to the window we paid and we were issued a receipt, we got to the second window and the employee had our drinks, but asked us to pull around. When my husband asked what spot, the employee told us just pull around front. So we sat there out front and my husband had to yell out the window to the employee and the employee said, "oh we gave your order to someone else, so we have to remake it, can you give me your receipt?" ‍. So he provided them a receipt and we waited for another 20 minutes and he went into the McDonalds, and they still didn't have our food. They brought the food and still didn't have our drinks, so they went back for that, and still forgot a drink..... we got home (5 minutes later) and all the food was old, it was clearly under the warmer and the receipt was burned. It was a clear disappointment, they had so many people working there and moving in and out of the establishment, it was not a staffing issue as far as bodies are concerned.... the stars don't lie! McDonald's in Trinity Parkway in Stockton, California. I come to this location from time to time to have a drink and chill outside. I really do love outside seating and I just love drinking a coffee or a tea here. I normally only order drinks here. It's slowly has been becoming one of my favorite McDonald's. The staff is cool but nothing ever stood out. The places is very clean when I come here. Tip: Free WiFi. So yeah I'll be back be when the weather gets a bit warmer. This is my third bad experience at this location. Been coming here for a few years but it seems like only my last few visits they're consistently messing up in some way. They start off by asking "is that it" after every single item you order. They always have issues with the deals on the App and then say they can't do anything about trouble shooting the issue. Even though they're the ones that manage putting in the codes? Also wouldn't recommend pick up in the front, they take 20-30 minutes to bring you your food. Drive thru said their credit card machine wasn't working (not an issue since I always carry cash) and they were out of Coke(this was a small issue because I really like their Coke but I settled for a Sprite). I ordered a #1 and a 20 piece chicken nugget. I got my order and checked my bag (at least I thought I did) and got home and discovered no nuggets- just BBQ sauce for the nuggets. And a burger that I didn't order. I drive back to the drive thru and waited behind 4 cars. I told the person taking orders my situation and was told just go to the second window. I go to the second window, explained my situation and give them my receipt. They come back stating they cannot find my order(not sure how this is even possible when there's an order # on the receipt) and that I would have to go inside so they can fix my order. By this time my food was cold so I ask them to remake my entire order. I go inside and explained everything for the second time. They gave me a fresh order but still no nuggets!!!! And the hamburger that I never ordered in the first place was still in the bag! At this point I was very upset and my food was getting cold AGAIN!!!! I was finally given my nuggets. Then the guy with a half shaved head and a pony tail working NOVEMBER 22 at 8 pm had the audacity to throw the food at me and give me attitude while doing it. All four times I've been disappointed. 3 out of the four times they had me park my car to wait which took forever. I understand it gets busy but there wasn't much of a line to begin with. Then there's the cashier taking orders at the drive through who will rush you to order your food and half the time doesn't understand you, so I end up yelling at the monitor and repeating myself and it gets annoying.
