I always go through the drive thru here so I can't speak to the dining experience but they are mostly efficient through this method. The food is as fresh as you can expect from McDonald's and the cashiers are usually friendly as well. I'm glad to see young people working and making money and that's always a pleasant sight because they could be lazy or in the streets otherwise. Most of the time this is their first job so as long as they're nice I have a lot of grace if something goes wrong. read more

The food is good atmosphere is good management is way below poor I've been in there almost everyday and when this one particular woman is very rude on every occasion has gone as far as telling me that the amount of money I spend isn't worth my visits to the facility and has told me to just leave those are her words and it was done in a unprofessional manor as she had done it on the presence of other patrons it left me feeling less then a valued customer and embarrassed I feel strongly that something needs to be done about her to put this McDonald's in a category that the founders worked hard to make it a place families want to visit I've talked to other customer's that have experienced the same treatment granted I'm a homeless person due to life set backs and struggles the money I do make is little more valuable to me then the average person and for me to want to spend it there it is a good place to eat but the treatment me and others have been subjected to has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Lady in red shirt crazy false lashes decided to give us unnecessary attitude. Her behavior was unacceptable. We told her we had three mobile orders to pick up but she ended the call on us. We had to reverse and pull up again to active the sensor so she would take our order. We pull to the second window and she pushes the guy to the side to be rude when we have been nothing but nice and understanding of her time. She yelled "NEXT TIME COME INSIDE!" We learned that everytime we do come inside, no one ever pays attention to the front desk. There is often a long line waiting for someone to come and let us pay. We have placed multiple mobile orders before (up to 4 in 1 car) but never experienced this attitude before. Food was good. Horrible service. We asked for food not feedback. read more

Common sense does not work here and can't keep your word unless a computer tells you so. I wanted to add fries to my order last min and I had a coupon for them to be free at first the girl said it was fine and then she said no I had to go all the way around because she started to take an order she said i couldn't wait til she was done because the system would mess her up ... common sense word of mouth tell your coworkers you know teamwork on any quick changes . I go thru the drive thru, order, pay, get my food, and go to take a bite of my hash brown and it is legit frozen! I look at my sandwich and it's the wrong one. I am stating right off that I am not a regular customer: I am an out of towner. My experience was on Thanksgiving going through the drive thru in the early afternoon. McD's was the only game open. This location is off the freeway I-5 and in its own building in front of Walmart. With that said, the drive thru crew was awesome. They had pleasant attitudes. I ordered food and a bunch of drinks, some McCafé and some not. They apologized for the wait.
