If I could give no stars, I would. I try to give the benefit of the doubt to any fast food place, but this store in particular always always ALWAYS disappoints. If it wasn't around the corner from my house, I wouldn't come here. For starters, even if the drive thru is empty, they'll have you park in the front & wait for your order & 9 times out of 10 they forget what order you literally JUST placed. To be specific, I came here around 10 AM, only one car in front of me & they ended up having to park in the front as well. I wait there for over 10 min till finally out comes a worker w/ 2 bags, neither of them mine nor the car in front of me. The worker comes up to my window MULTIPLE TIMES to ask me what I ordered...... I'll say they have one positive trait, they're reasonably consistent. What's bad is the food and the wait times. The wait for a coffee can run over 20 minutes, I like to get a caramel coffee, but no more, it's bitter, seldom taste the caramel, the last time was really the last time, so bad I brought it back in and left it on the counter, I wonder if they got the clue. I've purchased the filet of fish and the bun isn't steamed, and fries are usually old. This is the worst McDonald's in all of Stockton. First of all I have complained recently of getting cheeseburgers with ice cold cheese on them and was never contacted by anyone with the franchise. I went there twice now to get a fruit and yogurt parfait and both times they were out. By far one of the worst McDonald's that I've been to! I went to the drive-thru to get some fries (with no salt) and a sweet tea. They had me wait for nearly 10 mins and after I got my order, I immediately left. When I ate a couple of pieces of fries, I tasted a bunch of salt in there. I came here on a Friday night right after work. I ordered 20 McChickens with 2 BQQ sauces and 2 Sweet and Sour sauces through the drive through. It took me 15 minutes to pay. Then they asked me to pull into the parking lot to wait for my food. It was at least another 15 minutes until they walked my food out. They then didn't give me the right sauces. Service was great in the beginning but has seemed to diminish in the last few times we have stopped by. It ranges from forgetting straws/napkins to forgetting our fries. My latest problem is not getting the sauce I want with my nuggets. They always assume we want BBQ sauce and even when I tell them sweet 'n sour, there is always BBQ in my bag (are they pre filling these bags or what???) On 3/21/2020, I ordered breakfast and my order was incomplete. I spoke to a manager and she asked if I can comeback in. It was already too late, so the manager said just to mention the "mix up" next time you come through. Fast forward to 5/10/2020 at 9:30Am I spoke to an employee bringing food out to a customer, and he said he would check with the manager. He never came back out. I'm not a frequent visitor of McDonald's to begin with. This particular location however has some of the slowest staff I've ever seen. The excel at not engaging the customer. Looking everywhere else except at the customer. The few glances you do get are never ones that feel welcoming or appreciative that you are a customer in their location(using the word "restaurant" would be an insult to other actual restaurants). The staff never says hello or welcome and I think that they are well trained in never saying thank you. Heaven help you if you dare ask for anything additional like napkins, straws and such. They have messed up on their services one too many times. It would go from forgetting an item that we ordered to not including our order on the bill to the point where we would have to go up to tell them and they'd have to ring us up on a new order. It really pisses me off when they get the sauces wrong especially when I go through a drive through and I tell them SPECIFICALLY that I want HONEY MUSTARD AND RANCH but somehow I either get all ranch and no honey mustard or all honey mustard but no ranch.
