If I could leave no stars I would. Got here at 6:30pm on 1/9/2023. No one in front of me and no one inside. Ordered my food at the window. She says please repeat, so I repeat my order, 2 meals. Get to the 1st window to pay and the girl is standing there on her phone and I sit and just stare until she looks up, she opens the window and says "yeah" I say I need to pay for the order you just took at the speaker and she just had a deer in the headlights look. Go to the second window to get my food and no one there. 6 minutes later, yes I timed it. Girl comes up and opens the window and asked you had the sprite? I respond yes as I am the only car in the line. She looks all annoyed. Get my drinks and sit and sit. She finally comes back and says I need you to go to the next window for your food. Seriously! Go and sit again and wait. Finally get my food at 6:57pm almost a half hour. I ask for a receipt and she says why? I say because I need one for all purchases. Comes back and just shoves at me. This place has not been open for a month yet and they have all these young 20's girls and boys working here and no manager anywhere to be seen. This store will not be open long with the horrible customer service they have. Maybe put a phone number and manager name on your receipts like all the other fast foods locations have. I would not recommend anyone giving them their money. Avoid this location all together Waddell neighbors. read more

They suck, They gave me half my drinks and got my order completely wrong we ordered 3 not 1 three!!! things of 20 piece chicken nuggets and they gave us 3, 10 pices and dont even get me started on our soggy fries, the hospitality was ridiculous and how rude the worker was about us grabbing our own straws. Just drove my daughter to this new location to grab fries and a drink. Went through the drive through at about 10:15 pm. Two cars ahead of us. Took too long to have order taken. Took too long to get up to the window, but whatever. I drove up to the window and no one was around. A girl finally appeared but made no eye contact and went to wash her hands. She then started doing other things never making eye contact and never asking me to pay. She finally opened the window and shoved the drink at me saying not a word. Window closed. Window opens back up and a bag and straw is shoved at me. Window closes. I had not paid. As I'm putting my purse in the back seat, window opens and she says sorry and asks me for $4.25. I hand her a quarter and then 4 dollar bills which she clearly didn't grab, so two of them flew away. I had to get out of my car and only found one, so I let the other go and just got another one out of my wallet. Instead of getting a thank you or some sort of interaction, again the window just shuts. I'm about to drive off all frustrated when the window opens again and the receipt is handed to me. I think she did actually say have a good night or something like that, but I was too annoyed to pay attention. By that time it was 10:35 pm. I know they just opened, but really, a little personality and friendly attitude would be nice. No idea why it took so long to get fries and a soda, and then on top of that, the fries were not hot. read more

Had high hopes for this McDonald's since it's closer than the one on bell. My order had two fries with it, when we arrived home the fries were half cooked and soggy so they went in the trash, we were not going to go back so with that said waisted $7. Very disappointed in this location. read more

Came here for ice cream with the family and we'll probably the worst experience I've had at a McDonalds... The line took forever, and when we got our ice cream, McFlurrys, the girl was kind of rude, the cup wasn't even half full, and it was almost all melted. Granted it is new and mistakes happen but for the staff to have attitude like that is a bad sign of how it will be. read more

Ordered and got my food within 6 minutes. I was impressed and happy. Went thru the bag to make sure my order was correct and........ it wasn't. No fries and no drink. This place is TRASH!!!!!!! If you're willing to wait at least 40 minutes for a meal then i think this is your go-to spot. When (OR IF YOU GET THE CHANCE TO) ask them about your food, they just stare at you like they've ingested lead paint. It's probably faster to buy your own grill and make the burgers yourself. It's kind of impressive how the staff manages to mess up orders every time. It's almost a skill to hire such incompetent workers. read more

As I could not even bite into the sausage biscuit I got today from the drive thru, it was rick hard. Showed up at 9:20pm and no one was able to answer at the mic, decided to just drive past the windows and there was clearly 4 people or so working. Looped back around and finally someone answered to take our order of a happy meal and that's it. Drove up to the first window . No one was there , just a boy who walked past who seemed to be cleaning. Drove up to the second window , sat there for about two minutes and finally a girl showed up preparing the drinks . As she takes our payment she had to notify one of the other workers to assist her in completing the order, to me it seemed as tho she was the only one truly working while you could hear the rest of the workers just chatting in the background not helping her. Either way hope they hire a night manager or supervisor because I also saw another review with a similar issue of it seeming as tho no one was there. read more

I was so happy when this McDonalds opened as it was super close to my house and I'm kind of addicted to McDonalds Diet Coke. I have been there more than 30 times and I have accepted how horribly slow their drive thru is. If you are in a hurry and have a thought like "well, maybe this is the time it will be fast", banish that thought from your head. It will never be fast until something changes. Not sure what that "something" needs to be. Today was depressing though. I placed my order in the app and decided to try curbside. After arriving and updating my curbside spot in the app, I waited for no less than 25 minutes to get my food. Other people came and left and there I sat. I finally went inside and you could tell they were stressed (even with one of the two drive thru lanes closed with cones blocking the entrance). I showed them my order and they quickly made it for me and apologized. I never got a receipt (otherwise I would fill out a McDonalds survey) and didn't want to dig in to what happened because they were obviously busy. I don't fault the workers that were there. I don't know if the manager or the owner of the franchise or McDonalds as a whole is to blame. But someone has to be aware of the issues at this McDonalds and should be taking steps to eliminate them. Instead, it seems like they are ignoring them because its McDonalds and people will always stop. read more

service is terrible with nobody answering the drive up box, nobody at the pay window. cashier telling me my order wrong after i've corrected her. another customer wasn't being heard and had to raise their voice making it very uncomfortable when the person behind the counter was yelling back and somehow my order got lost on the way to the front so i spent 20 minutes in a drive through when i used your app to avoid that. the staff team feels like they aren't there to help customers. my fries were the freshest thing in the bag which is fine but when i don't get any sauce on a sandwich the way it's advertised just feels lazy. and i haven't opened my burgers yet but i only had one order note "no onion" and that was followed so extra star for the people behind the scenes,somehow it feels like the grill line cares more than the people just handing out food and drinks. pretty sad i couldn't have just pulled through to get my food. read more
