The hashbrown was not hot all the way through. The Orange Juice was as expected. As you can see in the picture, my Sausage Egg McMuffin was missing a chunk of it english muffin & the sausage was burnt to black edges. I was in a rush to get to an appointment and was not able to address it with the establishment. Considering skyrocketing costs, shrinkage if the food portions and severe decline in food quality.... Went through the drive thru and ordered a spicy deluxe chicken, regular spicy chicken, a hamburger and fry. They forgot the hamburger and we had to add it at the window then told us we ordered 2 spicy deluxes, after coming here enough times we just took them because they either try to argue or take forever to get us the right food. We checked the food and the sandwiches were completely wrong anyway, the fries were cold and gave us a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger. This place is a mess. I don't know if it is the kiosk or what is going on. I ordered my meal through the kiosk and waited about 25 minutes and others were waiting as well. The poor young lady in the front was trying to manage all of the complaints and even helping with the orders. Looking around in the back it looked like a bunch of confused and disorganized people. I stopped in here on Saturday December 2nd and was very impressed with the food and the service. My meal was handed to me about 50 seconds after I ordered and paid for it. The food was very good and the service was great. I only paid $6.64 for a Big Mac and a large drink. I later gave the lady at the counter a tip of 10 one dollar bills and told her to keep part of it and share the rest of that tip with the staff in the kitchen. Great McDonald's location. read more

My husband , my dog and I went to McDonald's today at 1pm. We told the staff that we were heading to the veterinarian to put our beautiful yellow Labrador Rita down. Rita had been suffering with breast cancer... We wanted her to have a special treat for her last meal a bacon cheeseburger. I had a bite of her burger and it was delicious. The staff were so kind; they filled our order with tears in their eyes. They made her whipped cream and chicken nuggets. Thank you for your kindness. Wow. Very disorganized store. We ordered side at 1139 and got most of our order at 1158. I ended walking out after they didn't put milk in the Happy Meal so we had to re enter to ask for that. Then they made 2 out of 3 coffees. Finally they didn't put the sauces into the McNuggets. After the milk, then sauce mistakes I left rather than wait fir the third coffee. read more

We stopped inside to eat and it was about 20 degrees inside. It was mich warmer outside in the cold 36 degrees weather. McDonald's is not necessarily my first choice for food but for a road trip breakfast food it's not bad. This particular location was also an easy on and off on our route, along with the typical breakfast food options you expect to find at any other macie-d's on the continent. The drive thru order girl was prompt professional and understandable over the speaker system. She took our orders quickly and invited us to pull up to the first window. There, another server called back our orders and handed us our drinks and change back promptly. In less than two minutes our food was delivered to us bagged, hot and fresh - we were on our way. Our breakfast sandwiches were both above average to better for a McDonald's breakfast sandwich - scrambled egg, cheese and breakfast meat on a crisp muffin, the hash browns golden brown, hot and crunchy, coffee black and piping hot. We had drive thru take out. My Sister and I had the Fried Chicken Sandwiches. She didn't like it. All it is is a piece of fried Chicken with a grilled bun and two very small pickles. The workers are nice and friendly and efficent! The brand-new modern style decor has it's merits, but there are some things we hate about it! First thing is the lighting is way too bright! (We came in for early breakfast while it was dark outside.) The low hanging pendant lights over the table are especially painful to the eyes! Sort like an interrogation! (Those lights need to be half as bright and raised a foot or two!) Then there is the lighted menu board! The lettering is hard to read and made worse because it keeps changing before we can make our choice! read more

Last year in December I came out to Eugene Oregon to visit family and we are one hour from our final destination and decided to make 1 last stop to get a bite to eat... I told the guy "then you should have told me that before even ordering"... Now here we are almost exactly one year later headed on that same trip to Oregon decided to stop 1 last time to get a bit to eat, got off the freeway and realize that's the same McDonald's. Not a big deal though! this time we went in used the restroom and order our food on the kiosk, when the food was ready, THEN we were told that the carbonation was once again out! ! So very frustatedly we decided on other drinks, then come to find out the HC punch was messed up... The manager assured me its showing full in the back and can't understand why it's coming out water from both machines.... This was the worst Mcdonald's we have ever been to. The restrooms were filthy, with no toilet paper in some stalls. The garbage overflowed onto the floor, and the sink was dirty too. We had a very long drive and just wanted to pick up lunch but the dining room was filthy, not one table cleaned off. The food was horrible too, the fries were cold, and the chicken sandwich was overdone and dry. We were the only family in the restaurant and we stood there for a good 10 minutes before they took our order. There were several people behind the counter. Worst McDonalds EVER! Fries are always cold and you can tell they've been refried. Getting fresh fries is impossible at this place! More often than not they have to "wait for your food" and you're sent to the drive thru parking spots. You'll then sit there for a good 5 mins watching at least half dozen cars leave before they take their time walking out to give you your food. They can't manage to get your sauces in the bag either. This McDonalds has extremely friendly service (beyond that of most I've been through). If I were rating this solely on service, I'd give a five. But I dock two stars for the fact that McDonalds in general still needs a lot of work for my favor. What the hell ever happened to their Boca burger? Ten years ago they had them on the menu. They were good! They even had a black bean burger back then that was decent.
