I mean it's a typical McDonald's. Wanted lunch and got here a little earlier so waited around with my husband. We don't normally eat fast food but had time to kill before catching a flight and this is much cheaper than air port food. Overall the wait and the food wasn't bad. But the staff behind the counter was very loud and unprofessional. A few time I heard profanity and it's like they were all yelling at each other. At one point I thought they were physically fighting. I think if the girls at the front acted a little more professional then this wouldn't be a bad place we all. read more

This McDonalds has recently been renovated to reflect the new McCafe image. The restaurant is sleek and clean. They now have a bar top perfect for completing work with outlets for plugging in your laptop. With the free wi-fi this isn't a bad place to get surf the net or get some work done. I didn't review the food because anyone who has ever eaten at McDonald's knows what to expect from this fast food joint. The menu is constantly expanding though to give customers more cafe options to add to the mix of the traditional burger and fries. read more

Slowest McDonald's. I have to wait in the parking lot when I go to the drive thru every time without fail. Caspers company does not know how to run a restaurant. We have complained so many times, everyone I know agrees this McDonald's location is terrible, and nothing ever changes. Corporate needs to do something. read more

About once or twice a month I go to McDonald's to get a simple burger and I've always been disappointed because there are like two little onion chunks, and ketchup about the size of my thumbnail (which is quite small) so all it is is meat with bread. Not very yummy. But whoever was working around 10:30 on the night of 2/4/19- give them a raise because my burger was perfectly slathered with ketchup and just plain delicious. Now I know what customers tasted then they the concept started! Also, every time I come there, they are very polite. So whoever did the hiring process, give them a raise too. :) read more

I was served a disgusting, half-eaten quarter pounder sandwich from this McDonald's drive through at around 11PM on 28 May 2016. I only found out after I got home and opened the box. I immediately sent an email (with a picture of the food, and the receipt) to the area supervisor's email address on the receipt. I later submitted a complaint on the McDonald's feedback website as well: http://www.mcdonalds.com/content/us/en/contact_us/restaurant_feedback.html I then drove back to the restaurant, expecting a refund and an apology. It was after hours so I had to go through the drive-through again. The manager denied that they served the sandwich that way, and said she would not be issuing a refund. I had no choice but to leave. I called the restaurant again when I got home, to try and get the manager's name. I got her on the phone, but she hung up the phone on me as soon as she realized that I was the one calling. The manager did not ask for my information or for when exactly it happened to try to look into it, which to me means that this could very well happen again. This is food that has been touched and eaten by another person, and then served again to a customer. Very disturbing. McDonald's - This is what I saw when I opened the Quarter Pounder sandwich box when I got home - Fast Food Near Me - Tampa, Florida

I have been going to this location over the majority of 35 years. I have seen many redesigns and changes in management and I have many memorable memories here. Historically this was one of the best locations in Tampa regardless of the time of day, day of the week or amount of traffic. But that is all lost. The latest redesign took far longer than it should have and wasn't much of an improvement. But the biggest issue as a whole is behind the counter. The customer service has plummeted from the staff and especially the management. However the quality of the food has plummeted to the worst in its history with me. Because of my history there I have given them a multitude of additional opportunities, but each resulted in equally bad or even worse experiences. I have had food recooked 2 or 3 times before giving up and just realizing that this establishment was no longer capable or interested in cooking and providing quality food. It's even more disappointing when the systems and processes make it harder to fail than to succeed. I don't know what has happened, but it needs to be corrected. The upside is I eat less McDonald's now. Maybe they will get another chance someday we'll down the road. Until then I will frequent a different company or at least drive much farther for a better location if I feel the urge for some fries. Basically, don't go here or at least set yourself up with low expectations. An update to this review... it may be a month since the above review was completed so I figured I'd give it another shot. The inside decor was new, again, and is quite nice so I was hoping the food would improve. I took time before providing my order to the manager, to explain when I last came and why and explained my expectations. I was left extremely disappointed. I was given the explanation that the reason my fries were undercooked and grease ladened was because it was fresh grease. So the fries were cooked 30seconds long and were still not close to being cooked right and at 730pm on a Thursday. Why new grease at this time? My guess is the spend all day ruining their grease by putting salted food back into their grease. It's too incredibly difficult to mess up fries this bad especially when given the right roadmap to cook the perfect McDs fries which all other McDs succeed with, so this has to be a specific issue with this establishment. I'm pretty sure most dogs would have rejected this pit of greasy, disgusting mess. Thus, I felt the need to update and maintain my worst possible score and share this with the store manager. I'd give half a star if it was an option. I live 4 blocks from them and have had issues twice with their drive through service. I waited 30 minutes to be told at the window they were only accepting cash. The employees were rude and speaking poorly of their manager and how much they hate their jobs. Oh, as other employees talked on their cell phones, as I waited at the window. Food was cold and order was wrong. It was so bad I emailed corporate and no one got back with me. I imagine they have a stack of complaints and haven't enough time to respond to all of them. I actually drive a mile in lieu of 4 blocks to another McDonalds for food. It's that AWFUL !!! read more

Worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. At 11:30, 30 minutes before their drive thru closes, we were rudely yelled at told we can not do 3 separate orders for a car of 5 people. While I can understand store policy, it was not what I was told, it was how it was yelled at me. Then, after ordering and then apologizing to the first woman at the window for the confusion and 2 orders, she rudely went silent and didn't say a word from then on including taking 2 payments and giving change back. While it did benefit us in the end, she also gave us 25¢ extra in change. While a small increment, if she did this for every car, hundred of dollars would be lost per day. Then, the second woman not only took at least 15 minutes to make 5 cheeseburgers, 3 fries and 10 nuggets. I can understand that there may have been a mix up in the process of making the food or even if it just was a lot to handle for 2 or 3 people. However... we were told that when she was making the drinks she "will not make anyone any water cups". Then, told us that she already gave us ranch when we asked for 3 and for sweet 'N' sour sauce and seemed very frustrated with us asking for sauce. Next, because we had ordered 2 separate orders and only had one small bag. We politely questioned her and asked if there was more food coming. She replied with "I gave you what u ordered". So when we showed her the second receipt, she once again questioned us and finally gave up and gave us the food, that once again, we ordered and paid for. I agree with some of the previous reviews, which are less than satisfactory. The drive-through was defectively designed and constructed - it is too narrow and too winding. It shouldn't be too hard to re-construct it to make it easier to get through. More importantly, the customer service needs to be improved. I went there recently and ordered coffee, and clearly stated that I wanted it with no sugar. The girl at the window handed me the coffee, which was loaded with sugar. I went through again, and asked for what I ordered. Another employee gave me another coffee, made as I originally ordered, but she made no apology, and seemed annoyed. This is at least the second time that I received an incorrect order at this location. The other three McDonald's locations I go to, in less prestigious neighborhoods, have much better customer service. read more

This morning while headed to work I stopped at McDonalds like I do every other morning ,so around 7:36am . I pull out of the drive thru and began drinking my drink(mocha frappe). As i Wisk the mocha frappe thru my mouth this I felt a foreign object I suspected to be a chip of ice. But later discovered it wasn't once my mouth wasn't filled with the cold drink. I proceeded in turning around and heading back to the restaurant, after confronting the drive thru person who had made and handed me the drink she chuckled a little and told another manager who acted as if she didn't care and proceeded to go to the back and get another manager acting as if I wasn't standing there . Before walking into the store I made sure I gathered myself and wasn't completely irate. But the level of seriousness and professionalism only lead me to believe things like this happened all the time. Shortly after a woman who I believe is the general manager came out to do an incident report on was instructed that I will get a call back within 48 hrs. The way this was handled was completely unprofessional and I feel there should be some kind of investigation done on this place so that things like this don't happen again. read more
