A small sample at 8:30pm of the remnant of customers waiting an hour for a burger?

Of course the food is good... seemed consistent with other Five Guys locations. Problem is significantly understaffed, out of ketchup at 6pm and no process in place to move orders. So, AVERAGE wait times were well over 30 Minutes?! For a burger and fries? One DoorDash driver literally waited an hour! Its a management issue and poor customer service. I'm

a table full of food and paper bags

The diner is a terrible mess, the service sucks... ordered a sandwich, they made it with crap... you have no idea what was going on in the restroom, I had to go to another place to get something to eat...

4 Stars for being my go-to hangover cure. Nope, not Pedialyte; not Acai bowls (not today anyway). Five Guys cooks up a decently greasy, overwhelmingly scrumptious cheeseburger. This most recent visit wasn't my best experience (my cheese was barely melted for some reason) but on average, Five Guys as a burger joint is good at what they do. I can usually fill up on a little cheeseburger (a single patty as opposed to the regular which is a double cheeseburger). And as others have said, one order of fries will feed at least two people, as they basically scoop as many fries as will fit in the container. The container then goes into a brown paper bag... that bag will later turn into a wet piece of paper due to the residual fry grease. The parking lot at this location is a little annoying as it is small and shared by many other businesses, but when you hangry, don't let parking woes stop you. The guys that work at this location definitely work like they're on a burger mission, and that makes me smile. Thanks for replenishing my nutrients today...high five for Five Guys!

Typical five guys. Greasy burgers and delicious salty fries, and with a combination like that, you are bound to have a good nap after! However, the service here was terrible. The cashier was very friendly when I walked up and there was four people working however it took them forever to make my very simple order. There was maybe six other people in the restaurant with me. Good spot but very slow service

Because who doesn't just love 5 guys? No, no, this is not the cheesy start of some adult film, this is burgers. Pure, simple, consistent, juicy, delicious burgers. I was first blown away by Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Brooklyn a few years ago, and was stoked when I came across this location in Tampa. When you walk in the first thing you realize is that your path to the register is paved with massive bags of potatoes and a huge bucket of peanuts. These two items tie perfectly into what makes Five Guys so great: freshness and absolutely no skimping on the fries. The business model has survived since the first store opened and they use fresh ingredients. They actually open those dated and numbered bags of potatoes each day to make the fries. The meat is always fresh and the buns are amazing and delicious. You won't find any pre-made, sitting in the warmer, soggy burgers which are common at lower end burger chains. Speaking of lower end, you'll pay a premium for these burgers, but it's very well worth it. This place used to be advertised as the $5 burger, but now thanks to inflation, that's no longer the case. Moving on to the fries. Even the "smaller" fries consists of a full cup which overflows into the bottom 1/3 of your paper bag. Go ahead, eat one on your way home. Eat two. Heck, eat 15 on the road home and you'll still have tons left over for your burger. The interior of this place is spotless and the service is superb. I've literally walked in 15 minutes to close (yea, I was THAT guy) right after a full blown Tropical Storm had hit, and the employees were cheerful, welcoming and attentive. The customer service, smiles, and courtesy are never lacking here.

Over priced with closed dining. No signage. Can't eat peanuts inside. Any more restrictions, might as well eat at home.

This is a good place for a big, Instagram-ready burger…read more My son really wanted to try TNT burger having heard about it from friends. We went, hoping to have a great burger and support a local business. They don't serve alcohol, and they only offer one flavor of milkshake (Nutella on the day we visited). You order at the counter if eating out, or the server will take your order from your table if you are dining in. There are only a few seats in the whole place, and the largest table is for 6. I ordered a nacho burger. My daughter ordered a side of fries and the quail eggs. My son ordered the COVID-19 burger. My husband ordered a classic cheeseburger with a side of fries. The food took a reasonable amount of time to come out. The server was running the cash register, taking orders, and delivering food, so the food came out one plate at a time in between his other work. My daughter's quail eggs were overboiled and served cold. She ate them all, but they were pretty blah. The fries were good. We only received one order, rather than the two. Not sure where the miscommunication was in the kitchen, the server was surprised and confused when we pointed it out when the check came. My burger was excellent. It was salty and crunchy and cooked to a medium as requested. My only complaint was that the bun was served cold. If you can't grill or toast it, at least steam it so it isn't cold? My main complaint is the price is closer to a real restaurant price, but the restaurant setting is more like a fast food place. I'm not sure that sitting in very uncomfortable seats while ordering from a folding paper menu justifies prices double that of Shake Shack or BurgerFi. The burgers were good, but I'd also like the ability to drink a beer with my burger, which I can do at Shake Shack or BurgerFi.

Both were a 5/5 imo. The lemon pepper as a unique flavor of a little sweetness plus that lemon kick. Really good! The medium is described as "is hot" and I'd say that it was the perfect amount of spice. Little sister got the mild medium boneless which were also a great flavor if you don't want a little kick of spicyness to them. We sat outside for dinner and it was super nice as they have fans directly above the outdoor tables. They also had trivia night happening. The waitress was very kind but wasn't around a whole lot however she was very kind. The parking lot gets filled up very quickly and they do have multiple parking spot locations.
