    found a bug in my food and the customer service was not friendly on all parts.... do better

    not friendly and there was a bug found in my food. usually don't have a big problem with it considering their customer service has never been the best but this and the last 2 times i've gone it's only gotten worse!!

    (Permit me to say that I know that there are bigger problems in our world than horrible fast food, but I want to complain anyway). As frequent McDonalds customers, we (usually) like the spicy crispy sandwich. We ordered two meals. (We decided to use the drive-thru because of time constraints). As soon as we got on the freeway, we realized that the colas we ordered were no good. (No syrup) The sandwiches were served in foil bags instead of the usual boxes. The sandwiches were oddly dried out as well steamed and gooey! It seemed like they might have been made ahead a long time ago. The "spicy sauce" was a comical small dab in the center of both sandwiches. $20 + and completely inedible. Well, we wanted to bring this to the attention of the restaurant's management by making a complaint, but we discovered that we were not given a receipt. Ok, did they intentionally leave it out to make it difficult for customers to complain? It seems likely, especially by reading some of the reviews for this location. It goes without saying, we'll never return here. For those interested, our order was placed on 4/27/23 in the area of 6:14 pm.

    Ordered two sausage mcmuffins, a sausage burrito with mild sauce, and a medium strawberry banana smoothie in the drive thru on 10/17/20. We paid for our order just fine, picked it up at the second window. My husband asked for mild because he didn't see any in the bag, and the girl at the window gives him hot. When he said he asked for mild and she given him hot, she flipped him attitude and argued with him saying he'd asked for hot. I get it, you're cold working the drive thru, with that frustrating plexiglass in the way. Still doesn't excuse rude behavior when you make a mistake.

    The food was on point :) we went to this location instead of the other location on W Sixth St. I prefer this McDonald's over the other.

    Food was ok, got our order wrong. Biggest turn off was the ants on the drink station and flies EVERYWHERE!

Just to give you some background, I'm from California and have been to almost every Taco Bell in Cali (including the Cantinas). I'm an OG rewards member and am the highest level. I also worked for Taco Bell when I was 19. My first review of this Taco Bell was actually on another platform (Google) over a month ago. I explained how my order was wrong, the beef was the incorrect color, and my Crunchwrap was ridiculously skimpy. After writing this review, I decided to give this location several chances to redeem themselves, and each has been worse than the last. On three separate occasions, they've straight up ripped me off by completely leaving out the main ingredient, whether it was meat or beans. On one occasion, they left the beef out of a Chalupa. On another, they left the black beans out of a Gordita. On another occasion, they left the potatoes out of an item for which potatoes were the main protein. Three times is way too many to have accidentally forgotten the protein. Since I worked for Taco Bell as a teen, I know the manager gets bonuses for ingredient surpluses. I very highly suspect that the manager at this location has directed staff to routinely leave out the protein in order to make their food usage look low, so that they get bigger bonus checks. I also strongly suspect that this Taco Bell intentionally retaliates against people who write bad reviews, which is a horrible and immature business practice which always leads to a loss in revenue. Instead of trying to do better, they've messed up every order I've put in through the app. After I complained about my $7 Luxe box, they seem to have removed it from their menu by marking it as unavailable. I'm still able to order it from other locations, but not theirs. Last time I came in, I ordered the loaded beef nachos, sub potatoes for beef. There was no beef or potatoes. There were ten chips that didn't even cover the bottom of the tray. The tray was not even 25% full. These mistakes cost the business money since I ended up complaining and getting free items. I'll be redeeming them at a different location, though. This Taco Bell is so bad that I literally went to McDonald's for the first time in over a year and Dairy Queen for the first time in many years-- they literally drove me away to their nearby competitors. The Taco Bell corporation needs to take a serious look into what is going on with the management at this location and consider closing the store until it's staffed by at least one person who isn't constantly harming Taco Bell's reputation.

I kindly asked her to please change gloves before she touched my food again I know food safety and I know that is what she was supposed to do. But she had a terrible attitude after I asked her to practice food safety and not touch my food after touching a dirty register. As she proceeded to sloppily slap my sub together angrily i asked her if she had an issue with me asking her to do her job bc at this point she is just throwing stuff on my sub clearly irritated she then proceeded to tell me im being rude (which if me telling her the specifics on my sandwich and asking her to practice food safety in a cool calm voice makes me rude then I don't know). After she had finished throwing my sandwich together I asked her name and she refused to tell it to me I eventually got it from the gentleman working with her. I am so disappointed in the service I received tonight and it will make me think twice about eating at subway because of how bad it was. I couldn't even eat my sandwich when I got back home because it feels like it was made with hate.
