This spot to me is easily the best McDonalds of the 4 I've been to in Tracy. They're quick to take your order, and haven't gotten my order short/wrong as many times as the other 3. I stopped at this McDonald's before heading home. I went through the drive-thru. I was the third vehicle in line and it took 10 minutes just to give my mobile app code. Pulled forward and crept to the first window after about 5 minutes then waited another 5 to get my order. I was so hungry, I opened my breakfast sandwich and took a bite into a lukewarm/cold sandwich, the hash browns was cold as well. I would've gone back to complain but I had to get home as soon as I could. Won't go there again. read more

This store ALWAYS delays curbside pick up orders and never take priority in this type of service to everyone!!! Everyone has to wait 15-30 mins until we have to go inside and claim our food inside and complain. If I get lucky to get my food to my car on curbside pickup, the food will be either cold, melted or taste bad because it was either sitting on the side for a long time, or rushed, messed up food order quality. When I complained to the MOD Alexandria about the issue inside the store, her excuse was they were short staffed and didn'tknow what else to say with a carless expression. Only excuses and lies since the store was packed with people inside the store and serving people at the tables. It nearly took 30 mins to get my order today, and only because I went inside for pickup and it was sitting in the back getting cold. Do something about this bs please. read more

Stopped here on our way to Sacramento. It was around 1pm on a Friday and we were able to easily park. The restrooms are open and you don't need a code to get in. The restroom stall I used didn't fully lock but I pushed the door to just keep it closed. You do have to order at a kiosk which I don't mind, you're able to customize your order easier that way. Our order came out super fast and the sandwiches we ordered were super fresh. They also hand deliver orders to guests who are dining in. Overall a good experience! read more

I'm glad I didn't read the reviews prior to coming here as this was my first time to this location. My experience was pretty pleasant. I ordered through the McDs app, parked in the stall, and waited about 5 minutes for our food. They have plenty of stalls btw. Our breakfast items were hot, they threw in some ketchup (w/o me asking), and the lady who came out was friendly. We had 2 drinks and she brought them out in a holder, also b/c there's no way she could carry 2 drinks AND a bag of food. My only thing is my biscuit breakfast sandwich had no cheese, just sausage and egg. I just placed an mobile order for my autistic child who specifically wanted a frappe. When we got home, my child nearly threw up after tasting it. I also sampled the frappe, and it was absolutely disgusting. I am concerned that there might be an issue with the machine or, worse, that someone thought it was amusing to tamper with our drink, which is completely unacceptable. I have been a customer of this restaurant for years and have rarely encountered problems when I want to break from cooking for my kids. I always aim to leave positive feedback about the places I visit, but this situation is entirely different. As a parent of a special needs child, I find this experience not only disturbing but also unacceptable. I intend to contact the manager tomorrow, along with the district manager, because this drink poses a risk to others as well. If you do not have any frappes available, please be upfront with your customers instead of compromising their drinks in such a careless manner. read more

i ordered a meal and it came with no sauce and the drink was super watered down. usually if this happens i just let it go but since i was still close to the store i decided to go back. the manager working today at 1:55pm did give me my sauce and did fix my drink but was SO RUDE about that it made me feel as if i had done something wrong for bringing it to their attention. i come here a lot and dont normally have too many issues, at the end of the day its a mcdonald's not that serious but as a manger you should b treating your customers with some decency. i was super nice to this lady and she even closed the door in my face cus i was nicely telling her i think they may need to change the soda. so rude and makes me not want to come here anymore read more

For me, it's your average McDonalds. Burgers, fries, and the occasional overworked minimum wage employee trying their best, hopefully. From previous reviews however, even employees had a sour taste for this franchise in particular. Even a basic plain cheeseburger occasionally has toppings from previous burgers stuck to it, and thats one of the tamer things that happened. The worst McDonald's ever! You might have a 40% chance of actually getting your order right at this location. This is not a new issue at this property. This time I ordered the QVC thing, a double 1/4-pound burger that includes Jalapeño peppers. Instead of a soft drink I asked for a chocolate shake. Chocolate shake looked to be 1/2 vanilla: 2 layers and not blended. The burger was a standard ¼-pounder, over salted, no peppers. The frys were half full. Now I understand why the Jack-in-the-Box across the street had a long line at the drive up. They just remodeled this location, but I fear they just put lipstick on a pig. read more

Horrible service. "The manager " at the time Nicole was extremely rude. She tried to hand me an iced caramel macchiato that literally had no espresso in it. It was all milk. Ordered during business day lunch rush... Double Cheeseburger.... had to have been sitting for at least an hour or so, as the meat patties were dried out and mashed together. The bun was clearly stale. Certainly NOT what a their double cheeseburger used to be. Big Mac - thrown together in the box with little to no care, as the entire sandwich fell completely apart upon trying to pick it up. By the time I was through, my hands were literally covered in special sauce. Rediculousness. Fries were mediocre at best. Diet Coke was perfect. This franchise used to pride itself on Quality. I just ordered a couple meals from this location on doordash. I did not receive half of my order and the two meals I did receive the meat on the quarter pounders was raw and I didn't realize until I already bit into it. That is a huge food safety violation and I could've gotten very sick if I hadn't noticed when I did. I do not suggest ordering or receiving food from this location. They clearly are not following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure they are serving safe food. read more

I also asked for only ketchup sauce and got only 2 ketchup packet- for 5 meals only 2 packets. I don't live close enough to drive and get my meal and I tried calling multiple times and the operator continues to say that they are busy and try again at a later time. The service was great by everyone except the tall man who rang me up. Looked like an owner or a manager. The drinks were wrong which was a simple and fixable mistake. The lady who fixed my soda was nice and had great customer service.The true crime is once I got home I realized the French fries were completely raw and mushy after waiting inside for my order.
