First and for most if I could put a half to zero stars I would. Customer service at this location is abysmal at best. Nobody greets you when you walk in, nobody Is that the front counter to take your order, if they look at you they don't say anything, and the manager is in the front and they don't even greet the customer. I don't know why but every time I come in here to order food it takes forever and also the customer service is never good! I think that corporate need to come visit this franchise and reteach customer service. I understand it's a McDonald's, but you should take pride in your work and make sure that your customers are happy. I think that the managers should take more pride in teaching their staff how to talk to customers and how to make sure they leave with a smile. My second issue is the charging for the sauce is which is ridiculous. I understand that corporate makes you charge for this stuff but there should be a complaint box for the customer so they can go ahead and write into corporate saying how much this is such a bad idea. Other franchises of other chains do not charge for sauces and that's why I don't visit McDonald's often. Lastly, I was helped by one gentleman who is actually on his break that came out of his break to make sure that I was helped. He's the only one that greeted me. And he's also the only one that got me what I needed from the back of the counter. His name was Christian and I know that he was off the clock on his break but went above and beyond to help me out even though he was on a break. I would like him to be recognized for his help. This place deserves ZERO STARS. They told us to wait on our number came to bring the food, delivered it to the wrong car had to wait an additional 20 mins for our food. Just for them to not bring us everything on our order. Tried to go in apparently they didn't charge us for the fries we ordered so they didn't want to give them to us. My son loves the occasional cheeseburger happy meal, but we will never come back here. The staff is rude when you ask for specifications, and tries to rush you as you're ordering. When I went to the first window to pay, the woman took my card, swiped it, handed it back with a receipt and never said anything to me the whole time. At the second window there was a mix up with my order so I had to wait. It's fine, I'm understanding but I could see the filth inside the store. This was not from one day of working, it looks like they haven't properly cleaned or sanitized in MONTHS. The last straw was when the young girl handed us our food, her fingernails were black from dirt. I threw the food away and took a shower when I got home. I am disgusted. read more

I swear this McDonalds is the worst of them. I frequent this particular one because it's the closest and I happen to like the option of "Fast Food." But everytime I go here, I regret it instantly. 90% of the time they get your order wrong. I use to work at McDonalds when I was younger and I can say that also over 90% of the staff there don't know how to run a two lane drive thru. Just today this happened and the person made me out to be like the asshole for eventually having to pull forward. This then followed up with the next window parking us for 15 minutes to bring out a happy meal and double quarter pounder in which was a single and missing the rest of the condiments I added to it. They did temember to label it as special, though. They've often forgotten one side of the drive thru, however, forcing us after 3 cars served to just pull ahead to put in and order at the window. If you order through the app, over 80% of the time if it isn't only McDoubles expect to be asked to park while they take their time to bring out your order. In a couple of instances they completely forgot we were parked or told us the wrong number to park at, or the best - was when they didn't have an item due to one of their machines being down so they just decided to not even address this - which lead to my wife having to go in to inquire about the wait. The app and the drive thru pretty much are rendered useless if you're going to make people wait even longer for their food or have to come in because you forgot them in general. A word of advice, don't ever order coffee from here of any kind. Half the time they're out any special ice blends but have ingredients to make it's equivalent counter part and they will not be making another batch of hot coffee after the morning. They will simply fill your cup with a quarter coffee and fill the rest with as much milk, creamer, or water possible for it to at least fill the rest of the cup. This also applies to their French fries. If you time it just right, you might make it there to get a fresh unsalted batch but if not, expect whatever is left in the tray. Doesn't matter if it's been sitting there a couple of hours and it's only enough to fill a child sized container when your meal comes with a medium sized. First come, first served is their french fry motto. It's just sad nothing can be done about places like this. McDonalds doesn't care about these reviews and everytime I've visited this particular one, the staff is always different which also shows they probably don't care about their employees. The incompetence of this particular McDonalds definitely gives a bad name to all the others and probably the reason people laugh about their employees wanting higher wages. read more

Its actually pretty outrageous that I've avoided posting a yelp review and just reached out through their customer service line, yet nothing changes. So, though I feel this review will not change anything if anyone is able to, drive to the other mcdonalds on south tracy Blvd. They are always kind and do a great job. The current manager needs to be fired. Almost every time I go there after 10:30 am.. the coffee is HORRIBLE..cold and many times has grounds in the cup. If coffee is on the menu all day..then she should make her staff brew new pots at least every 20-30 minutes OR.. tell the patron to wait a few minutes for a fresh brew. The children she hires could care less about patrons. Also, almost every time I go inside, most of the eating areas are filthy. You can tell no worker has taken a look around for a long time. Although their ice coffee's are standardly overly sweet (5 sugars and 5 creams), the staff informed me of this and gave me a choice to reduce the amount of sugar in the ice coffee. Fries are stale and taste like it is day old, chicken nuggets are overcooked and hard, they gave the wrong dipping sauces. Just to update my review... I saw a sign in the dining room area that said there was a time limit for consuming the food, no more than 30 minutes, in the dining area (right under No Loitering). I had 7 people in my party and we sat down and ate our food and it took us more than 30 minutes to eat. I don't get it, if you are a paying customer and you want to sit down and enjoy your breakfast/lunch/dinner etc. I know I stop into this location for breakfast quite a few times and I see regulars who sit in the back and drink their coffee and chat. I'm sure they sit there for more than 30 minutes. But I get it, it's for those kids who come in and just want to hang out.
