Horrible religious/racial discrimination from the management. They got my order wrong and I don't care. It's McDonalds. But the manager proceeded to yell at me for his the confusion of the employee. I apologized, asked for my money back so I could just go to work. There was a long line building up in the drive through and was being courteous although I would go to work without food. He refused to give me my money back, charged me twice, and still got the order wrong. So I went inside to make it right, and I said he has bad customer service, he yelled at me to never come back. I got to work and noticed I still had the order wrong. I called to ask the managers name and the lady who answered didn't want to give it to me. I asked if it were a secret, a she said no but insisted to know what it was about. Finally, she gave me the name, Mel. All this, I'm wondering if it is because I wear religious attire. Shame on you, McDonalds, for your discriminating behavior. I kept saying that I am like everyone else. The manager said no I am not. If you don't wear religious clothing, you might be ok to go. This is one of the worst rudest McDonalds I have seen. Went through the drive thru at 6:12AM on Friday May 2nd. When I pulled up I received the most unfriendly greeting ever. Not a "good morning" or a "how are you" or "what can I get you?" or anything like that. Seriously just a "hello" is the most monotone voice ever. The lady needs to drink some coffee or something. Nice resturaunt appearance. Clean environment and fast service overall. The only thing that makes me dislike this place is a day shift leader named Robyn. She is extremly rude. This location has the most incompetent staff/manager that I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. In the early morning hours of 12/30/2019 ,After an Overnight Shift at the airport , I decided to stop at this location to grab myself andy Fiancé some breakfast at the Tualatin Location. I made our order on the McDonalds App before I headed there from Portland. When I arrived there not only did they not have our order, but I was met with rude, condescending, and downright disrespectful questions from the staff and manager who was on duty. Questions and comments that included "are you sure you ordered with mcdonalds", are you sure you have the right location?, it's not on our screen, please move you are holding up the line. Keep in mind I had the confirmation pulled up on my phone showing the location and confirmation on the McDonalds app. They couldint even show the common decency/customer service skills to try and help one of their very loyal customers figure out exactly what went wrong with their order. They showed no empathy, provided no solutions and completely disrespected me. We will never go to this location ever again. My daughter and I stopped to get some food tonight and had the worst service I have ever recieved. My 11 year old was so astonished in the ladys attitude. Im not sure what happened in her day to treat someone so horrible. Not sure I would want that kind of customer service at my establishment. I would never allow that behavior to represent my team. We didnt receive any dip with our order of 3 different meals 2 of which were nuggets. When I went to this McDonald's I got horrible service, the lady that was taking my order was sick and was coughing everywhere and when I got my food I asked for a large fry and I got a small, I paid the large price but got a small fry and when I opened the bag of fries there was black hair everywhere, so I took it to the worker and she just threw it away and didn't tell the manager, and she didn't have her hair up it was down, so I got a new fry and when I was done there was BLACK hair in my mouth and I don't have black hair I have blonde hair. Can I rate no stars?! Slowest lobby service ever! Only two of us in the lobby and took nearly 15 minutes to get our orders (simple, small orders no less...). At least 6 employees, where only 1 or 2 appeared to be working, the rest just sitting on various counter tops shootin' the breeze. I think one of the counter top sitters notice my shock at length of time waiting and asked which order was mine... And decided to actually give me the two drink cups I was supposed to get. But after he was done doing that, he went to assist the window.... Grabbed a bag, placed fries into the bag then decided to walk over to a bent over employee and set the bag on the top of their head.... Then nicely deliver it to the window. Sweet. Went through the drive-thru and had no issues. The outside is very pretty and nice looking. The only downside to this McDonald's I had was the entrance and exit which is very confusing if you don't know how to get there. It's one of those locations where you can see where you want to go but the city through one way's and islands prevents you from reaching it. You have to go around the block and come in from behind it on a small side street with no sign indicating you need to turn there to get to it. read more

I don't know what appealed to me the most as I tried to enter the establishment. Was it the transients throwing the tennis ball over cars, against the McDonalds wall, playing a form of misguided handball, or was it the teenagers hangin' in the parking lot blaring their car horns in a chorus of shrieking competition? It was hard to decide, but both helped to foreshadow the sheer delight that I experienced within the restaurant. The wait was long, but it did enable me to observe the fun that the friends of the employees were having as they laughingly took customers' receipts from the counter, shuffled them about, and then handed them to the cashier claiming that they never received their order. And I must say, it is always delightful to see the guy who is dishing up the fries reach over the counter and pinch a girls butt. She yelped in delight, so my assumption is that they were familiar with one another. The manager must of noticed my look of concern, for she bellowed "Stop!" before climbing obliviously back behind the grill. Her enthusiasm to serve my meal must have caused her to forget half of my fries though, as the bag was rather light. She quickly corrected this oversight however, when I commented more loudly than I intended. You see, I was struggling to be heard over the hearty laughter of the employees and their fun loving friends. As I left the parking lot, no winner had been declared in the battle of the car horns, as they continued to blare intermittently.
