Two patties, melty cheese, mustard and ketchup doing exactly what they're supposed to. Simple and satisfying. Fries were fresh, which honestly made the whole thing. The Frozen Coke was perfect. Ice cold, sweet, thick, perfect way to close out a long night. Hit different at 2am than it would at noon. Nothing groundbreaking. We ordered a $5.00 value meal, which was to include a small fry, a small drink, a four-piece nugget box, and a sandwich of choice (spicy chicken sandwiches for us). We ordered two of the exact same meal, with a request of slivered onions to be added. What we ended up receiving were fries that were cold, soggy, and oozed grease to the touch. We received nuggets that did not feel like they were ever put on a warmer, but rather the counter. With those two completely inedible items, the sandwich did not even seem worth the effort. Further, the cashier/Associate who took our order barely acknowledged us, and we received no receipt, so there was no option to leave a survey or report our feedback to the Franchisee without returning to the restaurant, which we will not be doing any time soon. My car broke down in their drive thru before we could order. It had to be pushed out of the way. My children were with me and still hungry. I went to the door to see if I could order food and was directed to the app. I could not get food from the app because I didn't have my card to pay with. I rang the bell for assistance at the door and when I explained my situation to the employee at the door (with my children standing next to me), she said she would not allow me to order and pay cash from the door. At this location however a manager by the name of Hector was a very poor representation of his company. He was extremely rude, snide, and disrespectful. I treat everyone I meet daily with respect and kindness especially people in the fast food in history because I know their jobs are difficult. Don't come here. Your food WILL be topped with spit. A lovely lady here named YASSIN spits in customers food. After my son got ill a few times, I went again and saw and heard Yassin spit into my food. I'm not one to complain but I contacted corporate. There were two employees who witnessed it. I went there tonight with my to-be wife for a couple mcflurries. We ordered a regular m&m mcflurry, and a snack mcflurry (same flavor). I was expecting the order to be somewhere around $4.40 give or take after tax. (Just across the state line a snack size is 1 dollar, and a regular is 2 dollars). No. The total. 5 dollars 40 cents. FINE I said to my to-be wife. We roll up to the second window and receive our flurries. The regular was no more then 3/4's full, and the snack was honestly just a tad over 1/2 full. Terrible service. There was a long line at the drive thru as they had one lane blocked off. I said hello a few times at the order menu and waited but no response so I pulled up to the first window and no one was there either. At the second window there were three employees. I said no one took my order and he said very rudely "I told you to wait(he didn't) we can't take your order here you have to go back through the line". I came here 2 days ago just yesterday morning (Sunday) on our family road trip up to Seattle. Being on a busy driving schedule, we did the drive-thru, but was greatly disappointed at what I got. I think I made a simple order - 2 McChicken sandwiches with no mayo for myself and an Oreo McFlurry for my son, and a cup of water. I have ordered McChicken sandwiches with no mayo at countless McDonalds for the last 10 years across the US, and they get it right about 95%+ of the time. This time, however, as I started munching on the sandwiches while continuing our drive up I-5, we noticed that BOTH sandwiches not only missed the NO mayo request, but BOTH sandwiches had DOUBLE mayo, both on top and below the chicken patty. Instead of a NO mayo option, I ended up with a QUADRUPLE mayo-portions for the day. It was too late to go back and complain and request a correction. I was too hungry too, so I just ate them both, but felt my heart clogging up for the rest of the afternoon. My order did show up correct on the order confirmation screen in the Drive-Thru window, and the order did print up correctly on my receipt, but the totally incorrect product turned up in my bag unfortunately. I'll call the feedback number on the receipt to report the incident so they can hopefully figure out where they went wrong. I believe the rest of their operations is probably good, but I am commenting on my specific incident here, which was my only visit to this McDonald's. read more
