I've spent a lot of money at this location over the last six weeks!! I stopped this morning at approximately 3:20am 7/23/2018. When I arrived at drive thru a woman said "we're only taking cash at this time". I said "Okay" then she said "SHE SAID OKAY" to someone inside. I sit and wait, wait, wait, wait. About 6 minutes later or so MIND YOU .... NO ONE IS IN LINE. I said "WOW YOU MUST BE BUSY" NO response!! I continue to SIT and wait with NO response!!! I then start to drive off as she apparently didn't want to do her JOB!!! Then as I was driving out I decided I wanted to see if there was a corporate number on any of the windows so I drove around the building AGAIN!! She then opened the window like I was PUTTING HER OUT!!! I said ooo I was just looking for a corporate number!!! She then closed the window!! Rudest pos who CLEARLY doesn't want to do her job!!! It's LACK of customer service such as this that will make me think at least TWICE before I EVER return to this LOCATION!!!! 7/26/2018 approximately 6:15am I return to this location and ask to speak to a manager. The "GENERAL MANAGER" comes to the window I explain I'm pretty upset about this situation that happened and the ZERO follow through from post above. He then proceeds to tell me that they DON'T check on YELP reviews!! I said well you may WANT to as the rating for this location is TERRIBLE!! He said they don't check them and won't!!! What a joke!!! The incompetence of the staff is bananas. Not even just poor customer service, but straight up rude service. There's a reason this McDonald's is 1 star overall. Perhaps Store Owner should be removed from McDonalds Franchise, since they can't seem to fix the consistent issues. read more

Slowest McDonalds ever. Most of the time friendly, but not always. Go to the one on fourth plain by Clark College. Their service is fast and friendly 100% of the time. read more

I have to say this is one of the best McDonalds that we have ever been to. They gave us our food quick, within 8 minutes tops. The staff was very nice and helpful, food was perfect & the place was very clean. At the end of everything one of the servers gave us and a few other customers a free apple pie because they were soon to expire read more

When this McDonald's first opened the service and glitches were horrible so I stopped coming. Granted, I don't actually eat McDonald's food (it's my least favorite fast food on the planet) but I do enjoy their inexpensive coffee and soda. So about a week ago my husband and I started having morning coffee dates here before work and have been surprisingly impressed. The restaurant is always clean, quiet and they haven't messed up my order in a very long time (how hard can coffee be, though). To top it off, usually someone will walk around filing our coffee up too. Wow, do I ever feel like an old geezer talking about morning coffee in a McDonald's, but this is certainly more pleasant than Starbucks and for the price, I think they may have won me over. The food is ok, just your average McDonald's, but their hours are terrible. They have "24 hour drive-thru" signs in their parking lot, but they only have 24 hour drive thru hours on Fridays and Saturdays. They rarely ever turn off their outdoor logo lights. It's like they want to continue to advertise McDonald's even though they're closed. Service is ok, I've experienced worse at other places but it should be a lot better. A few of the drive thru workers have no ability to multitask. I wanted to order one cheeseburger, just one and nothing else. The guy asked me what I wanted then put me on hold, and then asked me again. I went to the window to pay and he had to re-read my order of just one cheeseburger back to me and then asked if he got it right. Then I held my debit card out waiting while he took the order of other people before swiping it. It was just ridiculous. read more

EVery. single . time . we come we HAVE to check our bags before we leave. And then we still get home with at least one thing wrong. Like if we are in a hurry and don't have time to check , we have things missing (like last night when I came home and I got my sweet and sour sauce but NO mcnuggets??). Or if we do check, come home to find the burger we asked for no onions came home with extra onions. We double check to make sure the error was not on our end (the little tags they put on special orders and the receipt) and sure enough they do say exactly we ordered. I know it's busy there.. But why can every other fast food place get your order right at least 90% of the time and yet mcds gets your order WRONG about 90% of the time? read more

GreY McDonald's! Sutton is the best Customer Service Representative odder. Always makes sure your order is correct and he does it with a beautiful smile. This location also offers a Military Discount, so, vets, don't forget to ask for it. It's always clean and I always come away with a pleasurable meal experience. read more

After my first contact of ordering then paying, the young man working at this McDonalds was awesome! He was friendly and very pleasant. Then I get to the pick up window! Wow, first the girl with glasses, hair up who was at the window gave me a dirty look when I asked her to please wipe the soda off the sides of my cup. She tosses my bag of food towards me and when I looked in the bag I asked her "Can I please get some extra napkins" she snapped at me and said there were napkins in the bag. I again asked her if I could please have some extra napkins, she begrudgingly gave me 2 extra, which was fine. She was EXTREMELY RUDE! I parked my car to eat my lunch and of course the food was old and cold as was my burger. Not only that but there was so much salt on both the cheeseburger and fries I had to throw them out....gross! DON'T go to this McDonalds worst ever! The only reason I gave it two stars was because of the excellent employee at the pay here window! read more

I come here often because it is very close. While the people there are very nice and helpful i have the same issue. Every time i order it is ALWAYS wrong. ALWAYS. I ordered a chicken wrap plain no cheese crispy. I get lettuce sauce and grilled. I ordered fries and got apple slices. This is just one of many errors they make. I would not come here again or recomend it. This is the only location that gets my order wrong that many times. read more

Went through the drive through, only one other car around. Asked for a coffee, parfait, and oatmeal. Got to the window and there was a guy in a seahawks tshirt. I don't expect upmost professionalism because it's Mcdonalds, but you can't wear a company shirt at work? He hands me a bag and said have a good day. Well, I thought it was impossible to mess up putting salt on fries and yet these location manages to screw that up all 3 times I've been there. If you ever had good tasting McDonald's fries, this location is hit and miss (for me it's been a miss 100%). I'm giving it a one because they also forgot to put the cheese inside the burger and decided to put it on top/outside the bun. Out nation's finest at work! read more

Worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant! Warning: Ranting Sesh I went through the drive through, they sent me to the second window to wait for my hash browns, waited for about ten minutes when a lady comes to the window and says are you waiting for something, I said yeah my order I've been waiting for for about ten minutes. She says I'm so sorry I'll have it out to you as soon as I can. 5 more minutes go by and a guy says sorry about your wait we gave you an apple pie for your wait. I grab the bag and drive home. Get home and they forgot my sausage sandwich. I drive all the way back and wait in line to ask if they can make me a whole new order bc now it is cold, as I wait for another 10 minutes I still have no order, I'm like hello I've been waiting for quit awhile and still don't have my remake order. They guys like ok what's your order. By that point I almost just left but that would have been a waste of my time and money. Waited another 5 minutes and finally got my order without any apologies or anything. All this trouble for a sausage muffin/burrito and 4 hash browns. read more

After undergoing a visit to this establishment, I was thoroughly disappointed in the food in which I was served. First, they forgot a vital ingredient to the item I ordered. After arriving at my residency, I discovered the missing ingredient and called the establishment. After returning to this location, I was presented with a replacement to my order and promised extra toppings to compensate. When I arrived home for the second time, I was unhappy to find that said "compensation toppings" were not added to my order. My advice to myself and others is to always check the bag before leaving the restaurant. read more
