The worst mcdonalds i have ever been to. Today was the second time i been there and i must admit i should of learned my lesson the first time. They just cant seem to get an order right. The first time i asked for no cheese and they gave me cheese. This time i asked for the same and they literally just gave me meat and the wrong burger and wen they fixed it my meat was so darn red it was rediculous. Dont get me wrong i like med rare but not from a fast food place. One employee was venting to another employee cussing and calling people that were outside creeps. And wen i told her this is the second time they did this shit , she then tells me i dont have to cuss. So then i asked her didnt u just cus and she just ignored me and told an employee make the burger with no cheese i dont want to hear this guy complain. Worst service ever. Wont be goin back ever. Do not get me wrong McDonald's has some good food for example fries and chicken nuggets but their service takes a very long time and should be sped up I can be extremely hungry and we always have to park also I do not like how they only have breakfast for a certain amount of time I personally do not like their breakfast and in the morning I would rather like some chicken nuggets with fries. read more

I showed up 10 minutes before 11pm and they had already locked up. Then they let us in "cause they felt bad". Then we stood in line for 5 minutes without being helped. We walked out. Then as soon as we walked in it smelled terrible like a strong smell of rotten cheese and as you got closer to the register it smelled worse. As my daughter and I parked four Homeless folks at the front door entrance. Like in front of the Doors. Once inside only two people in dinning room. We ordered , that went well. Looking around all the tables were still dirty, floors disgusting, trash cans over flowing with trash. The young man (homeless) opens the door and blows his cigarette/ pot smoke in the lobby. At this time manager sitting at a table on break , not noticing that incident and the mess Everywhere. This establishment needs some workers to get in gear and Keep the standards up at McDonalds . This McDonalds is so sloppy! Their drive through has been only accepting cash for a week now. I went in for breakfast and got 6 sausage egg mcmuffins and it took them 25 minutes for me to get my food. When i got into the car the egg of the sandwich was crumbling apart. I went there at 10:50 pm thru the drive thru 2 cars in front of me and I did not leave the drive thru until 11:15 pm the wait time is unacceptable. Worst place ever! I was standing in line behind an employee, when he went to order he shouted to the back to "make it fresh". That's pretty bad that a manager ordering at his own restaurant has to ask for it fresh knowing how old the food is! The wait at this location is inexplicably long, even if you're the only one there so early. Every time I take the chance here, its ridiculous. I ordered egg white delight muffin, drove to work just in time to eat it, unwrapped it and its missing the egg. Just cheese, ham and muffin, and the cheese had specks and an eyelash on it. this mcdonald's is easily the worst place i've ever gotten food from. the workers were cooking WITHOUT gloves, i saw a worker scratch her eye then touch the food, the nuggets are over cooked, it took them twenty minutes to get us twenty nuggets and three drinks. there was an open straw in the straw holder, the seats and tables were awfully dirty and not being cleaned, it smelled like bleach in there, the lady taking our order took over a minute to get us change, we kept saying "twenty nuggets and three large drinks" and she kept saying, "twenty nuggets?" and couldn't understand us telling her to add drinks when we were saying it VERY clearly. i would not recommend this place to anyone i know, or anyone in general. read more

I came in and it was like any other restaurant, but as I proceeded to get in line, I got to the register and waited 2 minutes for someone to take my order. When my order was taken, the employee was unenthusiastic, and didn't even give me my receipt, or cup, my friend had to ask for his cup and receipt as well! I am not one to do reviews or anything or yelp, but after this experience I was forced to let people know to NOT go to this particular location! I just went through the drive thru and got my food basically tossed through my window! That should've been the first red flag! I got them not even 10 minutes ago. I ordered 3 kid's meals (all chicken nuggets) and when I got back to the office I gave the kids their food. One of the kids said her baggy didn't have chicken nuggets in it. I looked and she did not have her food in there just a toy and fries! So I called back to the location and first of all I told the worker about my situation and she handed me to the manager. This manager accused me of lying. I told her I got 3 orders all chicken nuggets and ONE of the bags had missing chicken nuggets! She took it as me saying all 3 were missing. She didn't believe I went through the drive thru. I said it hasn't even been 10 minutes! And she said well bring your receipt and we'll see what we can do about it! 2:15 p.m. where to begin...dirty restroom, lacking supplies as well. Moved to 4 different tables trying to find a clean one that did not have a puddle of soda under it. Sticky floor throughout the restaurant. We had to clean the bottom of our shoes before we came into our home. Floor had debris as well. While I waited with my grandson for our food, several older male teens were gathering at a nearby table. It became apparent that they worked there and they came for their paychecks. A worker in uniform joined them and proceeded to drop several f-bombs about how he felt about working there. Talk how you want in private, but in public and in uniform makes you are the face of the business. I looked around this dirty Mc Donalds and decided that since I live within a few miles I was going take my grandson to the clean , safe comfort of my home. If I could give this a negative star I would. This is consistently the WORST McDonalds I've ever been in. Unfortunately I let my 3 grandsons talk me into going there last Tuesday after we saw Trolls. They wanted a Troll toy. The store was filthy, they were understaffed, and the staff that was there didn't care. They had no Troll toys and said my grandsons would get Ninja Turtle toys. It was even on my receipt. When they FINALLY got our food (I don't eat their stuff) all three kid meals had girl toys. The cashier acted like I offended her when I pointed out they were boys and wanted different toys. They gave the boys a Nerf toy and their body language told me they were lucky to get that. I also asked for yogurt in all three meals and one had apples. The workers there just don't care. This is typical of this branch of the franchise. Take the Troll poster down, hire new and adequate staff and clean the place up! You're a disgrace. read more
