Complained to the manager that the price for a piece of cheese was 1.39...when I asked the manager she screened at me. 2 days later I called and talked to the head manager Mike. Told him the story and he was dead silent about his manager screening at me. He didn't say a word. Ok so I went to mcdonald's with my homie and we ask for a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a McFlurry and pickles on the side and also on the sandwich, everything else went fine when we realized the sandwich was not in fact spicy and that they didn't put any extra pickles on the side because I wanted to try and eat the flurry with a pickle and fry on it and to say the least I was disappointed. read more

We live about 5 minutes from this location. Staff ALWAYS have their masks on and while at night the lines can oddly be long (when everyone gets those late night cravings) the staff are consistently friendly. My girlfriend always asks for "fresh fries" and the staff always abolish. I would recommend this location along with the perk of the gas station attached. read more

Extra charges on a lot of items such as switching out sausage for bacon or Canadian bacon on Egg McMuffins the no substitution scam is back! they make the big money on nickel-and-diming for garbage to begin with. I went there on my way home from work around 7:30pm. So I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with only lettuce and tomato and I got my husband a double bacon burger and they were so confused. I had to ask them over and over to repeat my order and when I got up to the window I again had to ask them to repeat my order. They were so confused about the bacon because I guess they never have to put bacon on a sandwich it took them 15 minutes to get my order ready. So I will never go back there again.The girl at the window did not understand basic English she had to call for her manager to help put the order in correctly. I really didn't think it was going to be that hard just to put a piece of bacon on a cheeseburger but I guess it was. And they dont know basic English which to me is a shame. Good grief at least company's should hired employees that can speak basic English. read more

I have been to this McDonald's multiple times because it is the only one close to my home. Every time I go there is always something either missing or not correct with my order. This time I went for a simple order of unsalted fries....got my order of fries and it was barely half full. When I gave the fries back and told the employees it was not even a full order they just giggle and have me wait while they made more fries. Management and their employees just don't seem to care at this location. Worst McDonald's ever check your orders before you leave they will be missing something. Guaranteed. I never write reviews..only look at them. This has to be known. I ate a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with ranch and that was about 5pm. It is now 10 pm and I am STUCK on the toilet..(Sorry for tmi!) I'm pretty sure I have food poisoning from them. Only reason that makes me think this is because I took a bite out of one chicken nugget and there was something weird about it but i decided to disregard it because I thought that it maybe could have been cartilage or something of that sort in it. I was wrong. An entire area of that one chicken nugget was undercooked and here I am experiencing nausea, diarrhea, chills, and shaking of both hands and legs. I knew this place had some issues, but this is the end for me. I understand that food poisoning does happen and its a pretty common thing but the employees should be making sure the food is properly cooked. I frequently stop here in the morning on my way to work. I rarely have issues when going through the drive-thru, but when I have gone inside - the service is appalling! The staff is extremely rude, to ALL customers. Most of the time, it seems as if the customers waiting to order are invisible and then when someone finally decides to take your order, it's as if you are imposing on THEM! How rude of us to go into their McDonald's and place an order! I've witnessed multiple orders get messed up and when the customer points out the mistake, the staff gets mad at the customer! As if it were our fault!! And this is all being portrayed by long-time employees. Someone new, I could understand and be patient with. But there is one woman in particular that should be working on a submarine, away from human interaction. This morning was the last straw. I ordered my usual meal along with a Large Iced Coffee. The girl mistakenly rung me up for a regular coffee (not iced). I then told the woman I ordered an Iced Coffee, which I know I clearly stated and she proceeded to charge me for the difference! NOT MY MISTAKE LADY! That is the last time I will EVER go to this McDonald's. Shame on these people. I wish I knew the name of the woman who seems to be in charge there. I would most definitely report her to Corporate. She is a disgrace to the community. And who the hell wants to deal with that attitude on the way to work in the morning?! I stopped here on my way home from work. I ordered some ice cream and two sandwiches, one cheeseburger and one mcchicken. I bite into my cheeseburger and there was a piece of hair in it about 1 1/2" long. Not my first time at McDonald's never had a problem so I called and told the mananger told her i didn't want anything in return, I just wanted her to know. Ok fine whatever, I didn't check my bfs mcChicken so I figured before he found it I would look sure enough multiple pieces of hair! Same kind and length called the manager and said I just want my money back. She informed me that I could be refunded since I didn't take the receipt from the first window! Normally I don't get hair in my food and receipts add up in my purse.
