its all american fast food. its cheap. its always there and always ready. my favorites are the Snack Wraps, the Teas, and the good old standard McDonalds French Fries. Today I wanted a snack... $1.49 each for Two grilled Chicken w/ honey mustard Snack wrap. $1 for a small French Fry, and $1 for a large Mickey D's Unsweetened Ice Tea - no ice. the grilled chick snack wraps are essentially 1-2 pc of grilled chicken with shredded cheese, lettuce, with choice of sauce - my favorite is the honey mustard - wrapped in a tortilla. the french fries - in my humble opinion - are the best damn fast food french fries on this tiny blue planet. McD's Sweet & unsweet Ice Tea. I don't care for the Sweet version so much as they use HFCS. But I opt for the Unsweet version with out ice - then I add a couple packets of Splenda (sucralose) which I keep in my car. As for this location - the parking lot is crap. there are pot holes all over. the drive thru is a pain in the ass to get through as it curves in such a way my SUV seems to always go over a curb. And its on Haggerty which is a pain in itself being 2 lanes that are always busy. It is open 24hrs (drive thru) however. read more

I just went here and the guy at the window didn't take our order at the speaker and made us repeat it multiple times at the window and took 10 minutes to even come to the window. When we got our food the order was wrong so we went back and were told that it wasn't wrong and were cussed out by the guy at the window. This place is a joke don't go there. I know to most a receipt isn't needed.. but for those of us that expense meals...we need a receipt... Avoid at all costs at night time, they take substantially longer than other locations to complete the same orders. This could be excused if they communicated politely or even appropriately, at times sitting in silence at the speaker. The quality of food was also less than average. read more

Went through drive thru. Had to place the order four times. Took 20 minutes to get through because the orders were handled one at a time. I was charged for a different order and the employee got the manager to refund me. Manager did not say one word to me and left the charge on the card. When I called to talk to her, her communication was nill and she refused to accept responsibility for any of the poor service I received. Then she yelled at me. Twice. When I yelled back telling her not to talk to me like that, she hung up on me and then took the phone off of the hook for the rest of the evening. I called the next day asking for the general managers contact info. She told me she couldn't give it to me and hung up on me again. I contacted corporate to get my refund. Extremely unprofessional, run like a day care, never going again. Just went through the drive through at 9:30 pm on a Saturday. Was told to wait a minute then heard about 3 minutes of laughter and swearing over the intercom. Had to repeat my order 3 times and the person taking my order kept saying "Oh my God whatever". Order was still wrong after I paid and got handed my drink. "Manager" popped her head out of the window, didn't say anything. I asked if there was anyone paying attention back there and the kid who handed me my drinks said "not them back there" meaning the people taking the orders. Probably the worst McDonald's in Michigan. Nobody speaks English. Very rude and unprofessional staff. I had to explain over and over what a 10 piece chicken McNugget value meal is. it took her over five minutes to understand it is not a happy meal I am ordering. The place is filthy. I got a yelp pretty much to give this McDonalds a bad review. The service at this place is ridiculous, often they'll have 5 people working (as seen through the window), but no one can answer the drive thru com. This has happened on multiple occasions. They stopped serving Snack Wraps at 10 Pm once and tried to tell me that's the new policy at all McDonalds. They are the epitome of "rats they forgot-" and "Wait I ordered blank but got-". It's the closest mcdonalds to my house so I go often only because im lazy. Everything's always broken, half the time they only take cash, and don't even get me started on the wait time. (They forgot I ordered and paid once, so I sat for 15 min at the pick up window before I knocked). The personnel is always changing but the service never does. If I was the owner/manager I would take a good look at turning some things around there. read more

Yikes! The service is terribly slow. There was no lunch rush or anything. We ordered after being told to wait for five minutes. We paid. We waited another five minutes. We drive to the last window. We wait another five or six minutes. And then we hear them only start our order after waiting at the open window for another five minutes. We are told to pull around. Currently waiting at the five minute mark. I've been here before and it's always slow but this is awful. As we waited, a line formed and looped around the building. The staff is rude and obviously poorly trained or just don't care! In three visits we have waited an average of 30 minutes each time to get our food. 10 of those minutes is waiting to get your order taken! Why wait? you say! I am sorry, but after seven years of every morning coffee and frequently lunches two or three times every week, I am done. This Mac location is mostly slow in service, but usually has a good attitude crews. But over the last several months the service, the attitude, even the quality has fallen. Way down. This morning, just coffee. Four minutes to be approached for my order. De-cafe, Black. That is at 8:37am. Four minutes later my coffee is ready. But it is not hot, not ever warm, really just room temp. I sent it back. Very later, 8:52am, finally the coffee was ready. Except, the coffee is still the same as before, not even warm. The crewman seemed to not care whether or not the coffee was hot. I ask for my money back and I went home and I brewed a hot coffee. Too bad. read more

very irritated with this location, first off the manager was yelling at young employees as if they were slaves or dogs, for 8.15 an hour i told this employee he could do better, minimum wage jobs are a dime a dozen and these leople need to realize that when they mistreat their employees. secondly, i was with my son and grandson who is a year old. he needed a diaper change so went to the bathroom to change him, no changing table, nor was there one in the mens bathroom, i had to take the baby back to my car and change him on the seat. in this day and age there should be at least one changing table. it just makes me say to myself, this place is not where i want to spend my money if they cannot even accomodate the simple needs of a place to change a baby, just about every place i have been to has one. when i said something to the manager she just. said i dont know and turned her back to me as if i was dirt under her shoe. probably will never revisit this location again, may have even soured my taste for any of the locations in the future read more
