The service here is excellent! I was with a group of seven people. They took our orders and the person taking the order was very patient and kind. She also delivered all the entrees to our table. That was so nice of her. I wish I got her name because I would love to give her a shout out and say thanks! The food was really good. We all enjoyed our meals that included sandwiches, salad and soups. I had the Fuji apple salad and I am already craving it again. Panera had a few less than stellar years, but they think they are back in their game. This is a busy location and they still deliver great service and good food. read more

I recently signed up for the unlimited sips program at the local Panera Bread. Initially you sign up on the app and pay $4 for four months of unlimited drinks @ Panera,After four months,your monthly subscription goes up to $15 monthly afterwards. You're allowed free refills when you're dining in,and drink refills every 2 hours on drive thru. The staff is friendly,and the hot & cold drinks are delicious. I'd highly recommend getting in on the unlimited sips at your local Panera Bread...and DEFINITELY try the blueberry lavender lemonade!!!! It's incredible. read more

I guess I'll be the first review for this Panera. It used to be across the street but since has moved. This review is only for the drive-thru. I'm a member of their unlimited sip club, which now includes lemonades, and I was at the Target nearby so I stopped by this one to get my lemonade yesterday. It has a very odd drive-thru setup - instead of just circling around to the back of the building, you have to circle a bit farther and then the drive-thru is kind of S-shaped. I have a small sedan and it was hard to navigate. That being said, I didn't have to wait long, and my order (passion papaya green tea, also included) was correct. This is my first time coming to the new location. I did enjoy the location when it was across the street. I believe they moved in order to have a drive-thru. I was here for a large bread in order to make the "tik tok" grinder and knew they would have a huge loaf which they did. It is a nice looking Panera with plenty of spots to sit. The people working here were nice and pleasant. I did not truly inspect their entire supply of bread and bagels (I am usually here for a bagel pack and cream cheese for family breakfast) so I would need to come back and see. I was also not here for their coffee (which I do often like to get, especially when it is self-serve to have with a bagel with the kids). But I did notice they have a new (or at least new to me) set of drinks that I really wanted to try. First we did have our usual slew of questions. My daughter wanted a blended drink and was interested in the smoothies. They did have a green passion smoothie that sounded good to her (passion fruit, either peach or mango, I forgot, and spinach). She decided to get that next time and went for the frozen strawberry lemonade. I noticed they had some charged lemonades. That was new to me. It looks like their version of a "refresher" since it is caffeinated with green coffee extract and guarana. I do love refreshers so I needed to try one. They had three flavors here: apple cranberry, strawberry lemon mint, and mango yuzu. I went for half strawberry mint half mango yuzu. It was very good! I am a fan! Since I do love a good lemonade I will come back for more and promised to take my other child here to try one as well. As for the frozen lemonade, they have a window to pick up your food located past the serve-yourself drinks. They call your name to come pick it up. They also have an area for mobile orders against the wall as well. It was very convenient and well-run. We got the frozen drink and it was so good! It was made well and tasted like something you get at an amusement park. We are fans and we will be back. read more

Since we moved here, we discovered quite a variety of shops and restaurants within a short distance; and one of them is this Panera location. It seems to be on the way to/from any place we go to. So it made perfect sense to join their Sip Club. Going to Home Depot, Sip Club Drive Thru. Doctor appointment, Sip Club Drive Thru. Costco, Sip Club Drive Thru. See the pattern? Half of our visits have been Drive Thru, sometimes just for a drink. We have gotten to like several of their Breakfast Sandwiches, Scones, and later in the day the Soups. The drive thru attendants have all been friendly and efficient. It's like they take a "friendly" pill at the start of their shift. The Drive Thru does involve a couple of tight turns but I manage easily with a Dodge Durango. For dining in, the dining area is warm and inviting, never loud or rowdy, and the interactions with staff have always been friendly. read more

This was not a good Panera. Service was awful, left out over half of our order, sides were missing, cookies were not there. Half of the menu was "out of stock and unavailable" they seemed to be out of everything. Only a few options. Lemonade was all out, and bakery was out of cookies? The server had really messy dreads and no hair net, none of the servers had hair nets and when we asked for the part of our order we were missing they were rude about it. There was a few people eating but not that many. Newer Panera, but not even good. How do you mess up a chain like Panera? read more

The woman who was working the drive-thru speaker at 2:30pm on Monday, May 12th should not be working in customer service and Panera will only keep her employed if they want to lose business. We pulled into the drive-thru and I asked for a minute to look over the menu. My boyfriend is extremely sick, so it took him a second to tell me what he wanted to eat. She comes back on the loud speaker shortly after, "Hi welcome to Panera, were you ready to order yet..?" I reply, "No, I'm sorry just give me one more second." The worker says, "Ok? I guess just let me know when you're ready?" In the most rude, condescending tone. I reply with, "yeah I plan to." Then we're finally ready and I begin ordering and she cuts me off "oh! I'm not ready, one second!" What's with the petty, unprovoked attitude? Your job description is to quite literally *wait* on people. Mind you, there's not a single other person in the drive-thru in front of us, or behind us, so it's not like we were holding up other customers. I've worked in the service industry for the past 10 years and still do, that behavior is unacceptable for any business who wishes to thrive. Should probably clean house so employees like her aren't projecting their miserable life onto other people. read more

Just went through the drive-through for a $5 mocha coffee. One car in front of me waited five minutes only to be greeted with a employee who was short with me. Pulled around, she took my card. No greeting. Instead handed me my mocha while making no eye contact and spoke no words, & no receipt. She closed the windows on me before I could even ask for a napkin. I never met a more rude manager then Glen at this location. I didn't even ask for him and was doing fine talking to the cashier but he stepped in and began berating me. A couple of friends told me he doesn't like Arabs and I'm definitely one. If it's true that's got to end. Plus the drive thru at 1:30 on a Friday was a hot mess. Took over 20 minutes to get the food and people were pissed I was parked where Panera told me to wait. I got yelled at by 2 people and I honestly don't blame them. It's a huge problem. I've now done rapid pick up orders 3 times for this location. The first time everything was correct and fine. Last time, I ordered a soup in a bread bowl and a bowl of soup. They forgot the bread bowl. Today, same thing...ordered a bread bowl and bowl of soup. I peaked in the bag before I left and saw the bread bowl so I thought the order was right. Oh no. I open it up and the person mixed up the soups. The larger size soup was the one that went with the bread bowl and smaller size(meant for the bread bowl) was the "bowl" of soup. My husband had a tiny soup and hunk of bread while I had the big bowl of soup in the bread bowl with baguette. I would have just given him my soup but his was not vegetarian so I couldn't. My advice: if you get a carry out order(in store or drive thru) check your order before you leave. They aren't doing great on accuracy. read more
