I'm not from the area. I was here for an appointment stopped in at this McDonald's, a little after 6 PM on a Thursday night. They were really busy after waiting on myself and placing my order. I finally get the order and was shocked That my fries and chicken mcnuggets we're barely warm, considering how busy they were i figured at least my food would be fresh and Apparently, I hit dirty Dr. Pepper by accident. Thinking, I was just gonna get a Dr. Pepper. And she brought it over to me, and I asked her what the white stuff on the top was, and she told me, and she said, that's a dirty Dr. Pepper, that's what you wanted. And I said, oh, I'm sorry I must have hit the wrong button. And she's like, well, if you don't want it Just let me know and then walks away. Took us over 25 minutes to get two breakfast sandwiches, hashbrowns and a coffee. Apparently the screens weren't working while I was there. Thankfully I ordered through the cashier but it still took a very long time. Very disorganized and the poor kids have no management to help guide them. Absolutely disgusting. This is, without question, the worst McDonald's we've ever visited. The dining area was filthy--dirty tables, trash and paper scattered across the floors, and an overall appearance of complete neglect. The food quality was terrible and well below what anyone should expect. The restrooms were just as bad: no soap available, paper all over the floor, and clearly not being maintained. This location has serious sanitation issues and should be inspected by the Health Department. Until major improvements are made, we would strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant. Stopped in here on our way from northern NY to NYC for breakfast to start our day! Easy to find with plenty of parking. Not too busy considering early morning after Christmas. Due to our roadtrip we needed to use the restrooms. Some of the more clean ones we have seen for a McDonald's. The restaurant as a whole was cleaned up well so plus there as well! We ordered from the kiosk and food/drink was delivered quickly and correctly. Food was hot and well made. Good experience for a McDonald's. If you need something quick especially for a longer drive give this location a try. No complaints from me during our stop here. read more

The only saving grace was the food. Otherwise not all the kiosk order machines were not functioning. The wait to order your food was too long. They need more staff. Once order is placed, the register receipt needed repair. Too many tables needed to be cleaned properly. Corporate needs an Undercover Boss to access and correct the problems. read more

You don't typically wait more than 7 minutes for your food considering it's fast food. Duh! However, here you wait more than 15 minutes for a darn small fries which are not salted and cold. I know it's crazy but hear me out, if you give this place a chance be prepared for a dirty ambiance to a point of garbage on the tables and floor. Over flowing trash is just the top of the sundae! No wonder you pay over $5 for their sundaes. Makes sense where that money is going. Also if you give it a shot, be ready for employees to take their time just to get your order out as well as the drive thru continues to grow. So... This is the most disgusting place I have ever been! I was so disturbed by the way the staff was talking to eachother and their failure to wear hair nets and beard nets as well as gloves. I witnessed an employee who was wearing gloves pick up a dirty receipt off of the dirty floor put it on the dirty counter and then continue making a cheeseburger. I would also like to address the fact there there were dozens of black flies both in the dining area and behind the counter! I stopped to get breakfast at this McDonald's but instead found the employees joking about NOT waiting on the customers. One employee who seemed to be on the window for the drive through was laughing so hard because the last person who was there before me apparently went behind the counter and served himself after waiting and no one coming to the counter to wait on him. I was in the store a total of ten minutes and no one came to the counter to wait on me so I walked out without being served. I will NEVER go back to that store and it seems each and every time I go to a McDonald, I have been so disappointed anyway so I'm thinking I will probably never go back to another McDonald's ever! Ordered six cheeseburgers and nuggets. Left store And went to eat. Two of the hamburgers had no hamburger on them just rolls pickles and catsup. Went back & told them two of the burgers had no meat. They said OK will make you some more. They did not seem shocked at all??? This did not seem surprised them at all either? Does this happen here a lot? I was shocked that no one was surprised. Left the store in bewilderment that no one seem to give a care at all. Is this something they do all the time?? This McDonald's gets a lot of travelers for Customers. People grab the food and get back on the highway. I would assume most don't turn around on the highway and go back an exit or two And get the problem resolved. Seriously for a McDonald's I've never rated a location with 1 star but service was terrible, disorganized with my food almost given to someone else had I not said anything (attentive during my wait). What really is gross is that when I stopped off the thruway this place was loaded with flies! It wasn't until I got closer to the counter that I noticed all the flies. Why the hell did I still order? This is the best McDonalds in the world besides maybe the two story one in Crystal City VA. Everyone that works here is super nice and they even have a drive thru worker who wears an interesting train conductor suit. Also the food is consistently good (for McDonald's). I have yet to get bad fries here which is pretty much the standard. In my McDonald's rating, this is the only current 10/10. Much better than Queensbury McDonald's by a long shot. read more

Out of all the McDonald's in the area, warrensburg is by far the worst. I'm not really sure how hard it is to ensure fresh food is being handed out to your customers when it's all set to grill and go. An assembly line, if you will. This is not my first time being extremely disappointed. Tonight I got fries that were probably made at 3pm when I ordered at 9pm. God forbid you get the sauces you ask for. This was one of the worst McDonald's I have been in. As a former employee at other franchisees, I was extremely disappointed. The young man at the register did not speak English as his primary language and there for messed up our order. When we received our order the food was lukewarm at best and we noticed that the order was wrong. The new electronic menu board does not show all options at one time, making it difficult to see options. The bathroom was filthy. It smelled of urine and toilet paper was on the floor and the toilets didn't flush properly. The worst offense was that the handicap spots all had orange cones in front of them preventing me from parking in a spot for my legally blind nephew. My husband and I eat at this McDonald's a few times a week. The only reason I'm giving it one star is because they have successfully debunked chaos theory. Chaos theory would tell us that at some point they would get an order correct, even if by mistake. From not putting the order in correctly, to the sandwiches coming out with the tomatoes in the box, not on the sandwich, I have never recieved a meal that wasn't somehow messed up. The only reason I have kept going there is it's close to home and I'm hoping by pure chance they get it right someday. They do have some TVs with photos that appear to be taken both locally and around the world. My suggestion to the owner is maybe take a few less trips for pictures around the world and pay attention to your store. I'm sure the employees are sick of constantly saying "sorry". We are close ,but not in Canada for Christ's sake. I also appreciate that they hire foreign workers during the busy summer months, but if they have difficulty understanding and speaking English, please don't put them on the front register. Complete abject incompetence. Went into Warrensburg NY McDonalds at 4:17PM on 25 March. Cashier was flummoxed and unable to deliver correct change. Restaurant was in complete chaos but not particularly busy. Crew was unable to deliver any orders for about 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, I walked out without my order. I have three suggestions: (1) McDonalds should cancel the franchise. They don't know what they are doing, (2) Fire the managers, (3) Fire the crew. read more
