These aren't croissants are airy and light as they should be. Now to my fave - the kouign-amann with a twist. It wasn't until yesterday that I went to the shop with her to see for myself. From the outside, you see a house and there are three shops inside. The Uptown Tea Shop is in a medium size bedroom which has been converted to a little store. Here against the walls are nearly every flavor and types of loose leaf teas you can imagine. I typically like herbal teas and caffeine free teas and finding something new was fairly easy. There are also tea accessories such as canisters to keep your teas fresh. The prices I found to be inline with the quality of the teas. The customer service associate was polite, helpful and welcoming; needless to say I will be supporting this small business in the future.

If I'm not mistaken, parking was free (maybe because it was Sunday), and if you plan to fish, you do need to get a wristband and pay.
