What an order.. this morning an ordered at the counter ..the young lady at the register missed adding a 3rd large coffee 2 sugars to the order, as busy as the place was I then decided to use the kiosk fyo reorder the missed coffee 2 sugars thinking it would be faster... nope the kiosk would not work properly so I go to the resister to pay for the missed coffee 2 sugars .. waiting ..waiting .. delivered . Small coffee....not what I needed... I then chose not to complain ... and ordered and paid a large coffee 2 sugars for the 3rd time ... waited .. waited... large coffee thinking on counter . Super excited.... Get home large with coffee 2 creamers... DISAPPOINTED..... read more

When we stopped in the McDonalds was very busy at the drive in, so we decided to order and eat inside. I hate using a kiosk, so we waited and waited to order at the counter. Our order was simple - 2 Quarter Pounder with Cheese meals. It took almost 10 minutes to get our food which was delivered to our table which was a nice touch. The burgers and fries were cold and to top it off the burgers were overcooked. We went back to the counter, ignored while our cold food was getting colder. We had been on the road for hours and were starved and ate part of the burgers and fries and tossed away the rest. When leaving my wife found a worker at the counter who was unapologetic. We also noticed this location has many orders of fries already boxed/bagged sitting and waiting to be put in a bag for an order. At other locations they are hot and fresh. Needless to say we will never frequent this location again. read more

Wow, there has never been a better experience for introverts. You did not even have to TALK to the employees, this is an introverts paradise! Honestly this changed my life, we were going down south to Madison and GET THIS, the cheeseburgers, I don't know what they put in those darn things but they were just transformative. The sign said delicious burgers, they were not wrong. Oh and don't even get me started on the location, WOAH there was a goldmine of gas stations with FOOD, and you can get a tub of ice cream and leave it in a bus for hours, (speaking from experience) oh OH OH MY GOSH DILDLY DARN GOODNESS, there was seats outside and you can give French fries to unsuspecting victims. And there was like good drinks, I didn't get one but man, it looked like it could kill you (in a good way).anyway my camel rates this 5 stars, peace out pranksters read more

Everytime we come to this McDonald's location the service is worse and worse. The workers very rude and always feels like that we're inconveniencing them by coming there. They also stop serving a lot of things on their menu hours before they are even gonna close. read more

RUDEST employee in my lifetime.... absolutely horrible. Over thirty years we would stop for gas in Westfield Wisconsin anytime we drove up to northern Wisconsin. We will never spend another penny at this location. Went through drive through and asked for no drink carrier. Whoever was passing out food at the window on April 16 at 12:07 needs to be fired! I don't care if she was management or just a counter employee. To speak that way to a customer especially when it's a small community and people are cutting back on extra spending. I pulled into the drive-through to order, they tell me to pull up to the first window and then nobody's there till I see a guy playing on his phone I got his attention but he then continued ignoring me so I pulled to the second window where I got my food. I paid and left halfway through my drive home. I opened up my big mac box and there was nothing inside, so I turned around and went back to the McDonald's. To get a refund, but they wouldn't refund me no matter what I did or said, so now, here I am writing this paragraph for you. Do not put yourself though this terrible experience. read more

My car broke down on the highway and I made it to the hotel in westfield. I walked to the Mcdonalds to get a burger and they wouldn't let me in the dining room "due to staffing issues" even tho the door said they didn't close the dining room for another 2 hours. I told them my situation and the one guy said to walk to the window. I walked to the window and I stood there and as I watched inside they managed to print fliers that said dining room close before they even asked what I wanted to eat. Another kid opens the window and tells me he can't serve me as a walk up guest. I walked to Arby's where they don't give you the runaround over some cheap 1/16 pound burger. read more

I love burgers and this one was so bad I threw it away. Cooked to order? What a joke that is. I ordered a quarter cheese no bun because I need rto have gluten free. I got one on a bed of lettuce, no ketchup, mustard or pickle. I have never see a quarter pounder served with lettuce. Worst of all it was cold, dried up like it had been cooked hours earlier. The slice of cheese was right out of the fridge, cold and no sign of being melted. I believe they took the burger from a prior order that had been sitting there, put a slice of cheese on it, threw away the bun and set it on a bed of lettuce. Can;t prove it but this was so cold and dry I threw it away. read more

We stood at the counter for at least seven minutes waiting for somebody to service to people working drive-through never came up to us to tell us I will be right with you but we asked are you not taking orders from the front they said can't you see that will busy so they've got some real attitude here and some serious customer relation issues at this without don't recommend it read more

Last time I ordered there was no sauce that I asked for as well as cold fries. was NOT satisfied
