Not only was she rude but it was their mistake on my coffee they made but she was acting like it was my fault and decided to make me wait 25 min for an iced mocha . Typical McDonald's inside and out. Until you actually order food that is. I ordered on my app before I walked in. Typical cheeseburger and fries. No drinks. I was the 2nd order on the board. Only one other couple waiting before me. It took 25 minutes to get our food. The drive-through was closed so there was no service or food being prepared for the drive-through. I have mixed feelings about this particular franchise. The place was pretty clean and tidy especially for a McDonald. The employees were also friendly. They also tried to make the customers seem more like guests by calling their name instead of a number. However with that said, their service is very slow and inefficient. Actually one of the nicer McD's we've stopped at. They have a few specials going on. 2 for 2.50, choice of McDouble burger, fries, spicey chicken or grilled chicken. The two of us are for $5.39. It's McDonald's, so we didn't expect anything except what it is as far as the food. Bathrooms were clean, dining room clean, and food delivered fast. read more

Neat, clean and friendly staff. Came here for a quick bite today since there was an accident at the same NB off ramp. I mean a piss stop with some chicken nuggets and a Big Mac. It's been awhile because it always seem like their sandwiches has gotten smaller and soggy. Lucky for me taking a chance here (I was that hungry), proves otherwise. I literally just left this McDonald's location. It's a Sunny Sunday Afternoon. We stopped here in our way back home after going to Disneyland this weekend. So seeing that there advertising Disney Toys; we decided to stop and buy my daughter a Happy Meal and myself a Ice coffee. The young gentleman who took our order was also cleaning tables in between customers. Any-who for just those those items we waited over 20 mins. And upon receiving the Happy Meal I check as I always do which toy she received. Well it was the Disney Toys... so I kindly asked this young women who by the way seems tired and out of it; if we could switch it for a Disney Toy. But I was told they didn't have any. I said so your telling me your advertising as well as put up a Display of all the ones you can collect and you don't have any!? She said no. And walked away. I understand it's busy and if that's really the case then it's Management's fault for putting the Display up if they aren't intending in giving those toys away. There for Im giving this location 3 stars. Cause the ones working up front seem to be maybe in High School. And at this age you they don't need to hear about my ass complaining. Hey at least they were respectful there just trying to make it to the end peacefully. So the 2 stars are for them cause at the end of the day they were friendly. -1 star for not having the Disney collection. -2 stars for management even putting up the display before having the proper toys. read more

July 20th, 2011 at 6:00 pm I usually don't yelp fast food establishments because they are pretty much the same. After a long drive from San Diego, we decided to get some gas and some fast food. I had to use the rest room and it was disgusting. I have seen cleaner bathrooms at dive bars. A friend once told me that you can tell a lot from a restaurant from their restroom. If the restrooms aren't clean how clean do you think they would handle their food? Aren't they suppose to clean their restrooms every hour? So, I ordered the filet of fish and chicken nuggets. The nuggets tasted stale. The filet fish just didn't taste good. It seemed like they just threw a dollop of tartar sauce with an unmelted cheese and a stale filet. It wasn't good. It was so off that we decided to keep the receipt to show proof we ate here so that we might sue for food poisoning. I wanted a diet coke but their soda machine was broken. What else can possibly go wrong at this place. Shouldn't the owner have some kind of pride of ownership? This McDonald's was so bad that I am not eating at any McDonald's for a while. I love their sausage mcmuffin with egg and hash brown on occasion but this place might have stopped me from going back to any McDonald's. read more
