Placing the order was easy, but getting the order right was apparently not. An order was placed for 2 small coffees, one regular and one decaf...Who would've thought that an issue would ensue from this? Upon getting the order I noticed that both coffees were labeled premium roast coffee, neither labeled decaf. I proceeded to go ask the Latino kid in the front with the mustache and braces which was the decaf one, to which he stated that it would be on the label. I showed him that both labels were the same and neither had decaf listed in the description, he proceeded to tell me to try them? She brought the coffee to the table and apologized, but as my mother in law grabbed the coffee she exclaimed it was cold! She had replaced her coffee with an old cold coffee deliberately. I was going to ask for it to be warmed but my mother in law said that I'd better not or else they might just spit in it this time around.
