Ordered the onion rings (best crunch hands down) grilled cheese with bacon and tomatoes, and the Club. Sweet potato fries delicious. Home made ranch topped it all off! Great diner food. Waitresses are so friendly. Great stop on the Route!

What is a cool town I. The mountains is also a big tourist area! The dinner has great outdoor and indoor seating along with shops! Service is ok, food is spendy, quality is good not great! The pulled pork and brisket are good and decent size portions! Make sure to ask what they are out of before figuring out your meal!

If you're looking for a great cup of coffee and tasty food in an old school diner then definitely try this spot. No frills or fancy fusion meals... just all your basic diner staples made fresh. Service was great, food came out quickly and my cup of coffee was always filled and hot. The place has a great vibe with tons of memorabilia all over the walls. It's definitely an older building but well maintained and clean (with exception of the bathrooms-- they could definitely use a refresh).

So I'm in Williams, Arizona, to ride the Grand Canyon Railway. As I'm walking around town, I spot this classic Route 66 diner since Williams is a classic Route 66 town. Well, I gotta eat here because this kind of place represents Real Americana to me. And I'm so glad I did! Walking in, you just know you're in the classic American diner. Booths along the windows. The counter seating overlooking the kitchen. The decor. All of it. Perfection. Got myself a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a chocolate malt because DINER, duh! They also serve breakfast all day, which looked mighty tempting, too. I need to come back to Williams because my traintrip to the Grand Canyon rim on the train was squelched by clouds & snow. This means I'll get to come back to Goldie's, and that's just fine with me.

Wasn't too busy when we stopped by on a Sunday afternoon after a family day in Bearizona! Quint little spot. Our food was good, no complaints! The best part was the rootbeer float!!!

This is an old school diner on the tourist loop. Very 50s vibe. Menu is American comfort food. I had the daily special huevos rancheros. It was solid. Very flavorful. Came with a fresh tortilla. Staff was very nice, service was within acceptable standards for fresh cooked food. It is clearly a local place with a booth reserved for the loafers. ( not in any way a complaint)

After not going here for at least 3 years, we decided to give this place a-go again... and so far have been in twice in the past month, and honestly everything has been great... The service as well as the food. **The reason why we stopped coming in, was because a previous worker there that was taking care of us that particular day... happened to not handle our food properly. That day, my husband and I sat at the bar and ordered our food. So of course we have a good view of the service area... well, the waitress we had that day (as our food was coming out) itched her nose and then scratched her head, then proceeded to grab my toast and handle our food without cleaning off or washing her hands... to be frank, I don't think she did it on purpose... more likely out of habit... BUT I was pregnant... and the sight and thought of it was enough to throw me off and disgust me for a quite a while. But like I said, now a few years down the road we decided to try it out and the food is still as yummy and the service still as great.

We can to Goldies for the first time and we are a group of 10 people. They made sure we had our seats ready right away and waiting for us. Ordering was quick and easy! The food came and we were very happy with all the food. Thank you Goodies for the great time!

Obviously, this place looks awesome. Diner decor, slightly 50's with a route 66 flair. Really loved how it looked. Service was quick, very friendly. Had a burger and man, you just can't beat a diner burger. It was buttery, big, plenty of bacon. Just god damn delicious, great fries too. Nothing bad to say, had a great meal. Props.

Great diner food and ambiance. I would stop again if I'm driving Route 66 no question.

I asked for coffee and she handed me a menu and she asked if I knew what I wanted to eat. I said I needed some time to look at the menu and she frowned and walked away without saying a word. It was obvious she thought I was going to be there a while and didn't want me sitting at the table long. She returned with the coffee and said "You know if it gets busy...." leaving the sentence hanging. I replied I would leave if it did (the restaurant only had maybe 3 tables full at that point, by the time I left at 640 there were two tables empty). After eating the food, which was quite good, I promptly packed up and left as soon as I could 25 minutes after being seated. I walked down to Brewed Awakenings, got a coffee there and sat down at my computer to do some work. In a small restaurant I totally understand that you need to keep tables moving so there is not a wait, but there is a polite and subtle way to message to a patron that they need to move along so other folks can sit down. You can deliver the check early, ask if you are finished, ask if there is anything else you need. Ways to communicate to a patron that they need the table. This was certainly not it. I eat out often, I tip very well, but I have to say this is the first time I felt unwelcome and rushed at a place in a very, very long time. While the food was good, this was not the way to start off day 2 of my roadtrip. In today's economy, making your customers feel like they need to eat and run, and doing so in a rude way, is a master class in how to make your restaurant fail. I do not recommend this place.

The space still has that nice rustic charm with plenty of seating inside and outside on their nice patio. Ordering, however, has changed. Beers, cocktails, nonalcoholic beverages, cans to-go, and food is all ordered up at the bar. There was 1 lone employee working the bar; taking orders, pouring beers, mixing cocktails, and closing people out at the register. This was so incredibly inefficient, particularly on such a busy day. I stood in line 3 separate times (once to initially order two pints, a second time to order a flight of other beers we wanted to taste, and a final time to purchase two cans to-go and close out my tab); each time in line took between 15-25 minutes. The girl behind the bar was very friendly and she was working as quickly as possible while maintaining a relatively happy attitude, but boy did I feel bad for her. Management really messed this up; someone needed to step in and help. With such a big celebration in town that day, there needed to be a minimum of 3 employees manning the bar to take orders and get drinks. As for the beer itself, as usual it's just average. Great if you're looking for something cold to enjoy, but not memorable if you're a craft beer nerd. We went in knowing what the quality would be, but still wanted to try all the new beers since we hadn't been in a couple of years. We didn't eat while there, but in the past when we have, the food is good. The knock of two stars was simply for the horrible management of orders. I don't know when they decided to get rid of waiters and put all the pressure onto the bartender, but geez what an awful decision that was.

The big fireplace and water stream make it feel so cozy. As we usually do, we saddled up at the bar. Service was okay; bartender seemed tired and wasn't overly friendly. He was fairly attentive though which was nice. We each ordered 2 pints of beer; Sacred Saguaro Mexican Lager, Haute Lager, Beach Camp Honey Kolsch, and the Prickly Pear IPA. If you're a craft beer enthusiast like my husband and I, you'll find their beers to be about average quality, but still hits the spot after a long day outside. For dinner, I ordered the Caprese Chicken Sandwich ($15) which was quite good with a large piece of grilled chicken and a soft bun; I'd order this again! My husband had the Beast Brat ($15) and thoroughly enjoyed it. We then ordered a basket of tater tots to share ($5) and it was a huge portion; we almost needed a 3rd person to help haha. We then ordered dessert to go - Sweet Fry Bread ($10) which curbed our sweet craving when we got back to the hotel. Overall, everything we ate was honestly very good; however, I will say for the price, the sandwiches and brats should automatically come with a side of fries or tots. For a la carte handhelds, I feel the price should have been $12 each. The sweet fry bread was also a very small portion for the price which also left us feeling a price point of $6 would've been more appropriate. Despite our small issue with the price point and so-so service, we'll be back. Can't go to Grand Canyon NP without stopping into Grand Canyon Brewing for an ice cold beer and maybe some food too.
