I went to the McDonald's with the specific intention of having a new frozen strawberry lemonade. I have ordered these countless times and I know the standard amount of strawberry syurp is never enough, so I order extra syurp and pay the price. I get to the window and receive my lemonade, it looks nothing like the poster. I tell the cashier, I ordered extra syurp. She takes the lemonade to the manager who promptly brings it back to me and says there is already extra. Doesn't look like it to me, her reply "trust me there's extra" yea right how about you just give what I ask for? Disgusting!!! I ordered a chicken sandwich and found a large chunk of cartilage in my chicken! I will never go here again! Service is horrible, especially when they are busy, it's like none of the employees can function. The night employees at this specific McDonald's branch were not pleasant. More specifically I'm talking about two female employees that were working the front cash register and the drive thru window. I ordered a sweet tea and the first employee (working the cash register) gave me an empty cup. I went to fill it up at the beverage station only to find that there was no sweet tea to fill my cup with. When I went back and told the cash register, she took two whole orders before asking someone else to fill it up for me. No one did. I asked again and finally I got some sweet tea. I made another order for desert: ice cream and yummy McDonald's cookies - hands down, McDonald's has the best cookies. Before actually getting this order, I stood at the counter for a while. An employee (working the drive thru window) she was quite busy and equally quite rude. She totally saw me waiting to make an order and she didn't notify anyone else to help me. When she herself helped me, it was like she had never worked at McDonald's before. When I asked for a tote she just stared at my face like she didn't know what that was. I said "cookie tote" and she became all-knowing and was like "all chocolate chip?". Gosh. The wait time for this order was so long btw. This review is based on my experience tonight. Idk why but it felt like this these two employees just didn't like me. Management here really sucks, had an issue with one of the managers Gilbert(Beige button shirt and a blue wrist band support). I had an issue with an previous order and one of the manager Yareli was going to help me but she wasn't here today. So the person taking my order was trying to see what I order and if Yareli had wrote anything down, so she asks Gilbert the manager and he said yes it's Yareli and to give me just a free meal. Okay fine I'll take anything at this point. So she was very nice to me as she took my order and while I was waiting in line I was check my emails on my phone and Gilbert kept calling my number #178 and he looks at me and says "Are you 178" and I said "Yes" and he forcefully grand my bag of food and slide sit on the table and the same with my drinks and with a rude attitude "Here you go and have a nice day". If you're a manager you should not be giving you're customers such additives and taking personal phone calls while making coffee for customers. read more

I know you're not supposed to expect much from McDonald's ,but cmon! You're a customer paying for something , you're not getting it for free or at a discount, therefor I at least expect to get what I pay for! This is the only McDonald's closest to the school where I take evening classes and for time reasons I can't make the trip to any other one. So I rely on this McDonald's for coffee and every now and then ,a burger. It doesn't seem to matter what I order or how simple the order maybe, they always find a way to mess up! I don't understand how!???? If I ask for a vanilla latte they forget to add the vanilla syrup, and the coffee ends up tasting like cigarette ashes! If I want lettuce, tomato,and onion added to a mcchiken I always end up just getting one of those things on my damm sandwich! They asked me to drive up for a simple order when there was no one behind me. The order was brought to me and the order was wrong. So I had to park, get off and walk in to have it fixed.
