Overall this is the closest Arby's in the South Bay Beach Cities since the location in Redondo Beach on PCH Pacific Coast Highway towards The Riviera closed down, so this location is a good 15-20 mins into Torrance towards harbor city more inland. Sometimes you crave Arby's and if you have their APP they have special deals and offers. Sometimes the menu list everyday retail price seems high and you need the APP for lower prices or better priced special offers It's become nostalgic of sort because of a lack of convenient locations. read more

I ordered the Italian Sub sandwich via Uber Eats after seeing all the ads and hype. The sandwich was smaller than I thought, and maybe they have actors with small hands for these ads. If Arby's is competing against Subway, they are far off from a comparable portion and quality, for the same price. It has been many years since I visited an Arby's. Since that time, the menu has changed significantly. In years past, they offered roast beef sandwiches with different options. Now, they have a menu that includes roast beef sandwiches, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, brisket sandwiches, gyro sandwiches, turkey sandwiches, chicken tenders, and chicken wraps. On this recent visit, I had the Double Beef 'N Cheddar sandwich. The meat had very little taste. I added some Arby Sauce, but it didn't help. As an aside, I can tell the Arby Sauce has changed from decades ago; it's moved towards being almost a ketchup, with very little of the tangy spiciness that the sauce once had. Overall, very average. The Curly Fries were better, crispy, with a nice potato flavor. The restaurant was very clean, and the people working there were polite and attentive. read more

I've never thought of Arby's as a go-to fast food option, until a friend of mine had me try one of their Market Fresh Sandwiches and I was in love! I'm a sucker for a good turkey sandwich and it had me at first bite. I only go to Arby's for the Roast Turkey Ranch and Bacon Sandwich. It comes with thickly sliced roasted turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, parmesan peppercorn ranch on thick slices of honey wheat bread. This sandwich literally tastes like a homemade sandwich, but with a little more flair. It's definitely one of my favorites when I'm in the mood for a sandwich. I don't remember the first time I ate at an Arby's but I know my last and that was my most recent visit. Every time I drive past this location, I always ask how it stays in business when so many other eateries that I deem better close down. They were selling fish sandwiches for lent and I am always down to try a fish sandwich. They had a 2 for $6 deal and it was a good opportunity to try it. The crispy fish sandwich is bland. There is tartar sauce in it and it didn't add any flavor. The fish didn't taste like anything neither did the buns. It was a complete waste of money and calories. Aside from the fish sandwich, the mozzarella sticks were stale and the onions rings tasted typical of a fast food joint. Edgar was our cashier via drive thru and ordering from him was frustrating. We had to repeat ourselves numerous times and when asking for ranch for two people, we were given just one packet. Of all things an Arby's television commercial prompted me to jaunt over to the closest drive through for an Arby's roast beef sammich. Have to admit it's been years, maybe a decade plus since I've had Arby's and it was always the one in Ventura on Telephone Road right before we would participate in a haunted Halloween walk somewhere in area. No idea how that tradition started, but it was an excuse to be together with family while noshing on some decent food. So I asked my guy to head over and pick up a couple RB sammiches and some extra Horsey sauce. He opted for the Reuben and said it was okay for the price. I enjoyed my roast beef sammich after I slathered the horsey sauce on both sides of the bun. Same as I remember - somehow it seemed bigger to me, but then again it was a little late so maybe I was tired. In any case, it seems Arby's drive through is popular on Saturday nights as there were several cars waiting to be served but this is true: the taste was just like I remembered, hot and fresh and darn good. I decided to order from my app and it was 6:36pm when I got my confirmation email with a promised time of 6:41pm that my order will be ready. I did not get my order until about 7:20pm. Seriously? And add that they messed up my order. Good thing I checked before leaving the restaurant. I had an interesting experience at this location...I ordered a Rueben sandwich and took them up on a white cheddar mac & Cheese...I got home and started eating...I found a hair in the mac and cheese...I figured oh well it can happen I took another bite....another hair...third times a charm right?...more hair. I decided to call and complain....when I told the manager what happened she was apologetic....but then when I suggested that whoever made the mac and cheese wasn't wearing their hair net...she replied that they have requested hair nets over and over and the owner refuses to supply them. This Arby's is in the same strip mall type of area as El Pollo Loco, Yoshinoya, Muncheese Burgers, to name a few. Be careful driving in these lots, it is very busy. The spaces are tight to park in. I like this Arby's location because it has a Drive Thru and usually the staff is friendly. The restaurant is clean and is kept orderly. There is plenty of space for groups to dine-in here. The one thing I dislike about this location is that they don't ever offer deals via texting. The other location on PCH in Redondo Beach offers promotions. I recently came because I received an email from Arby's (no specific location) for a free order of Jalapeño Hushpuppies with no purchase necessary. These are on the menu for a limited time. I have no idea how long the duration is. What I do know is that these are THE BOMB! So much so, in fact, that I had to go back within the week and get some more! I know that restaurants add and remove items from their menu to keep it fresh and all, but I really wished they kept the Onion Petals. Those were so yummy! Please bring them back! We shared a Reuben Sandwich for a change of pace and the Arby's Max Roast Beef Sandwich on our last visit (along with those Jalapeño Hushpuppies). I either wasn't in the mood for or didn't like the Reuben. I was kind of surprised that the bread wasn't toasted, I kind of thought Reubens were a toasted sandwich. And the Roast Beef was delicious as always! My husband wanted lettuce and tomato for the Roast Beef and there is a 19¢ charge for each added item. The one nice thing was that in the combo meal, we were able to switch out the fries for the Hushpuppies without an additional cost. If I am in this area and want Arby's, I will definitely be back! I ordered today for the first time through Seamless for you. You charged me for the extra cheddar sauce but you did not send it. The bag was glued closed with a big sticker, so I know it wasn't the driver. I really was looking forward to my extra cheddar sauce. It's the best thing about you. So good. I probably won't order again until I completely forget about this experience and order again from you by accident. Don't you have quality assurance? Arby's used to be my guilty pleasure. I would go to this one in particular usually once or twice a week because it has a drive-thru and is on my way home. If I'd ever gone inside before, instead of driving through, I might have seen the filth of the restaurant, the attitude of the staff, etc- and all of this could have been avoided. I brought a sandwich home one day but even from within the bag, I heard a strange sound. I took my food out and realized whatever this sound was came from inside the wrapping. So I opened up my sandwich and out flew a very well-fed fly. My dog had something new to chase around. And I nearly threw up. Got BACK in the car. Drove BACK to Arby's. Where not a single person would take responsibility for wrapping a live insect up in food. There were 3 customers and probably 30 or 40 flies inside that restaurant. It was hot and gross. But the staff insisted what I was saying was impossible. THEY acted offended. They asked if I wanted another sandwich. Stupidity for which one cannot make excuses. SMH. NO. I didn't want another sandwich. Ever! (They had ruined my beautiful, weird secret guilty pleasure) So I instead requested a refund. The nature of the situation meant I was definitely in an argument with the store manager. I looked over and saw one of her employees secretly filming me- like I was being some ridiculous Karen. I stopped and asked if she was planning to post it on IG later. So I could watch. Because maybe this incredibly gross problem was funny? Thats when I told the manager that filming customers when they are upset is inexcusable. But that I was actually glad her employee was doing it. They've changed the buns on the regular & double roast beef sandwiches. More bun, which makes the sandwich drier. We prefer the old, regular bun that was toasted. Perfect beef-to-bun ratio, (except meat wasn't as juicy this time either) Also, WHY did you discontinue the POTATO CAKES?? They were the 2nd...well now would be the best things on the menu. They're "everyday price of 2 for $6 bucks advertised on TV is not offered on any of the delivery apps.. Why? We're customers too!
