I was very upset but mostly concerned. We saw a long line so we decided to use the app and order carry out n wait for our order to come to our car. It was supposed to be a quick stop to get a McDouble and a large fry. Ten minutes go by, cars are going through the drive thru pretty quickly. So I decide to walk in and I see a line of people waiting with nobody in the front. I ask the gentleman in front of me how long he's been waiting and he said more than 20 min for a Sunday n large fry. I finally see a young girl come out with an order. She is walking around looking for the number, rather than calling the number out. There were several people trying to place an order but she ignored them. She proceeded to grab more orders and walk past everyone. I finally walk up to the counter to see only 2 people working the Drive thru with no Manager in site! I tried to grab the attention of anyone working there and to no avail, I was just ignored. 30 minutes later and no sign of my order. Everyone at this point was more than angry. This experience not only had me upset but very concerned! Where is the Manager? 2 Teens working the drive thru and nobody in site at the counter! I finally get my order. My food was cold and at this point, I just wanted to get home. This place needs help! If you can't handle the rush, close this store down. Went in at 12:45, dining room was empty, all tables were dirty, person who should have been working at that was walking around outside texting, food was terrible; burger was a mess and nuggets seemed like they'd been re fried. Coffee was terrible. No trays so dine in food wasted bags to package for takeout. No paper for receipts to print. I don't even have high expectations for McDonald's and it was still disappointing. Our order for 3 people was almost $40. WAY too much for the quality and quantity of the food. After this experience I won't be visiting any McDonald's establishment again, it just wasn't good. I live down the street and stop here occasionally after long days when I don't feel like cooking. I don't think they've ever gotten an order right. Something is always missing or made incorrectly. The fries are usually cold and the food taste like it's been sitting out, and there is always a long wait in the drive through. Went to the McDonald's and ate in. Went to the counter to claim a refill and utterly got denied. They're saying they don't do refills anymore. Having two drive thru lanes and two pickup windows definitely does not help make anything faster or more efficient. Ordered off the app and still getting through the drive thru lines took forever. Lady at pickup window told me to park in "#3" and they would bring our food out. First of all there is no number 3 anything, anywhere, so I parked in the number 2 spot reserved for drive thru and proceeded to wait. 10 minutes later one guy comes out with a bag of cold fries as part of our order, so I sent my daughter in with the receipt to check on the rest (totally defeating the purpose of the drive thru) At least another 10-15 minutes go by when finally someone comes out and asks me if we are still waiting on food. Literally never spent so much time at a McDonald's where I didn't eat inside. Besides the cold fries, the food was fine, a little salty, but who goes to McDonald's for bland food anyway?
