This is by far, if not one of the best, MC Donald's location out there! The kids that works here are always happy, friendly, very efficient, and customer-service oriented. I noticed several problems with this location. 1) Parking looks plentiful but for non-handicapped patrons is actually limited and far from the entrance. 2) Don't bother to eat in-store as the service will be dismal. 3) If eating in-store, you won't have access to a human cashier, clean tables, clean bathrooms, or a drink machine. 4) If using the drive-thru, you'll be forced to interact with a disgruntled employee. 5) Even after enduring all of the above, you're still eating McDonald's food which at this location is mediocre at best. 6) To add insult to injury, they don't offer drink refills anymore. I'd rather drive the extra couple miles down the road and visit the Winchester and Margarita location; they have a Play Place there too. read more

If thirsty, It's better at Chilis for free soda/refills or salsa/chip w/ the app including better options/service/food/no restroom wait. Else, in & out. There are NO serve soda machine and any drinks including water and the restroom requires waiting for a counter person to appear (if they ever appear). Grill orders came out as expected/fast/correct at 1:30p thr Friendly workers including manager. Great AC, so bring a jacket if eating in. Restroom requires counter to unlock. I pre-ordered my lunch on the McDonald's app and picked up my order at the counter inside on 03/15/23. The entire front end staff are all really friendly, attentive, detail oriented and efficient. Here's hoping that the staff here keep that level of great service on a continued basis. My app order was made as soon as I let the app know that I had arrived on scene: I waited approximately five minutes once inside. My order was correctly fulfilled and freshly made. The only minor negative would be that this location does have a self serve beverage center. However, as I sat inside the dining room, I was asked if I needed a soda refill to which I replied I would later....fast forward several minutes later....well, the gentleman with glasses just replaced my soda with a refill. read more

Weird order all around. Staff seems very bothered. I got my Big Mac with no thousand sauce, but straight Mayo. And lots of it. After placing and paying for my order through the app. I proceeded to the drive-thru, I said my code, had my order read back, and proceeded to the next window, to be asked to pay again. I had to go inside to clarify that I have paid through the app. Before resolving the issue, I waited an additional 15 minutes for service. Told them again I paid, then an additional 20 minutes for my food. While I understand mistakes happen, the overall response felt disorganized, indifferent, even a little careless. Light ice in my drink Low salt on my fries Tarter sauce on the side of my filet o fish (they piled on both my sandwich and on the side) Then I go back upfront to get a refill on my soda and see a sign that says they don't offer refills at this location They are more expensive than any other McDonald's soda prices so they should offer refills. Last straw was my fries were soggy lukewarm with loads of salt I should have looked at the reviews before eating here.
