It would be understandable if they had 800 cars in line but they had me and another car and the car in front of me ordered 1 which means they didn't plan their drop times. McDonald's is a definite go to once in a while! I love their ice cream cones and hot fudge sundaes. However, they no longer serve nuts with any sundaes. . Oh well, the upside is I may always ask for fries without salt! Filet O Fish with tartar on the side. I forgo the cheese, pasteurized no thanks. I am not elated with the self serve kiosks they have now as I cannot ask for fries without salt easily. You maybe able to, but the employees are always grinding and I don't think they want to tootle me in utilizing the kiosk. The stores are generally always clean and easy to use. Ray Kroc was an excellent business man and I am sure he is proud of his heritage he passed on. If you ever read Mr. Kroc's history, you'll probably chuckle because he sold his French fries for 10 cents at the time..... WOW...He never wanted to gouge his customers!! I know, I know.... its McDonalds! But... I gotta say something. First, if you are looking for a burger, save yourself the tastebud disappointment and drive the extra 30 seconds to Culvers. I have tried this specific location several times because, you know, convenience. Convenience is not a word in this locations vernacular. There is nothing pleasant to say about this location. The burger patties ALWAYS taste like 6 month old shoe leather. Wayne Gretzki could coach hockey using these things as pucks. Staff... they are always bothered by your presence and its noticeable as soon as you walk in or hit the drive through. Dont expect a warm smile or an upbeat greeting. This location seems to loathe business. The staff also seems to have a love affair with ketchup. Expect an enormous amount on every burger you order. I know we have ketchup lovers out there but I believe even the amount this location uses would turn even the most ardent supporter into a tomato hater. To say this place is a dumpster fire would be unfair to the dumpster! During my visit three people came back with improper orders, not including myself. A fourth asked at the counter asked if he needed to check his order because a lot of people were coming back with wrong orders. The woman at the counter insisted his order was correct. I encouraged the gentleman to check his order. He did and BINGO! WRONG ORDER! Five bad orders within 15-20 minutes time? INEXCUSABLE! I come here very infrequently because this is the norm for this restaurant. During my last visit a young lady brought a sandwich back to the counter and said something quietly to the person behind the counter. At that point the employee turned around and screamed, Yes screamed to the kitchen: "Could I have a Big Mac without hair this time!? And yes, the lobby was moderately full and everyone turned around. All the poor ratings are well deserved. Unbelievable how slow / screwed up this place is. I counted 12 people waiting to order / waiting for their order at 10:00AM. That's inside. Outside, about the same number of people in the drive thru lane. Maybe 6 people working (I use that word loosely). Probable half the people in the drive thru and inside left without ever getting to order. Took 16 min from start to finish to get a cheese danish and a coffee. read more

I was going to try the new BLT Double QPC they didn't have the smoky sauce so the lady at drive thru asked me if I would like mayo instead so, I agreed, this is where everything went wrong my burger was swimming in mayo, way too much for my liking and was a messy monstrosity of a burger if just fell apart and no tomatoes which it says it came with. I should had played it safe and went with chicken nuggets. Very disgusting a 5 yr. old could had constructed a better burger. They want 15/hr. and are so incompetent the service and quality are shit !!! I couldn't post a picture due to my hands being covered in mayo. I would recommend taco bell over this place. I used to love McDonald's I think anyone and everyone has at least once in their life, I went today to just get a simple Big Mac burger and that's it since it's been so long since I've had one, to start saying the staff was rude is a understatement they were so passive aggressive when I asked for no pickles and the cashier rolled her eyes at me then it took probably 15 mins for my burger when the store was not busy at all because everyone was on their phones, when I get my burger I go to eat it and find probably2-3 handfuls of lettuce there was so much when I opened the box lettuce fell out, as you can see I took more than all of the lettuce out and yet there's still more than the burger Pattie's and don't even get me started on the freezing cold American cheese, it's sad to see some of the old favorite fast food places turn into a ran down crummy people and crummy food location. read more

Terrible! Says they opened at 5 AM but I arrived at 5:09 as first in line and they wouldn't even take my order until 5:22. Then I waited 13 more minutes for my food, which was brought out to my car in a crumpled bag and tossed at me. To top it off, they didn't include my hash brown, but the door was locked, so I stood in the drive-through window and argued with them about whether or not I'd even ordered a hash brown. read more

When I was making my drink everything was just throw everywhere and was super dirty. Do not recommend. Went in today 11/5/2023. went through the drive thru. started off with the person taking my order messing up the kids cheeseburger happy meal twice by putting it as kids chicken 4 piece happy meal. got him to fix it and he said pull up to the first window. I pull up to it to see a person sitting down while working and he barely acknowledge me. took my payment and then I pull forward. wait a few minutes which was fine as they did seem somewhat busy in the drive thru. my youngest daughter had to pee and thank god she did because I pulled out of the drive thru to a parking spot and went to hand my son his food while my daughters went to the bathroom to find that he was missing his cheeseburger. first off how do you put a happy meal together and close it and forget that. there are only 3 items per happy meal. so I go inside and wait patiently for an employee to acknowledge me. once they did I showed her that the happy meal did not come with the cheeseburger. she turns around and asks the manager on duty (who i found out was named Rachel, she wouldnt give me yer full name) to give her a cheeseburger to fix the issue. she rudely states he wont get anything without a receipt. Now I am a little angry about the situation at this point. I understand wanting the receipt and I get people probably do this all the time but to exclaim that over an item that costs less than $1 to prepare is insane. I go outside and grab the receipt bring it in and she makes the cheeseburger didnt melt the cheese or anything. I get back in car and the fries to my meal are ice cold so at this point I am irate. I call up to the store while dropping off my older daughter and ask to speak to the manager rachel. She was the one who answered and I asked her for her last name as this visit was sub par to say the least she refused to give me her last name and hung up on me. she is unprofessional and rude. their smoothie machine has been down for multiple weeks and its very evident from this run in with the manager that it is 100% poorly ran and not maintained by the upper level. Not sure who their GM or district manager is but this behavior should be looked at. read more

By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I never feel the need to write a review but the service was TERRIBLE! We waited for our order for about 30 mins (mind you there was only 3 other people in there waiting for their orders). They got everyone's orders wrong and when I asked them to fix the order they took another 30 minutes. No one had hair nets, I only saw one employee with gloves, and one employee kept biting his nails and touching his hair WHILE WORKING ON THE FOOD. We saw our order sitting there for about 5-10 mins before we told the employees, we actually tried telling them when it first came out but they kept ignoring us. No one got an apology for their wrong orders and even the manager was laughing at what the customers complaints were. read more

An Cashier has a communication issue. I asked for a certain Number of Big Macs and a certain number of Fries. I asked for THREE Big Macs and Two orders of Fries. And he responds asking if I wanted Two Big Macs and Two Fries. I repeated my original order of Three Big Macs and Two Fries and I physically used my fingers indicating how many Big Macs, THREE, and how many Fries, TWO. And Again The Cashier still asking if I wanted Two of each. At this point I left this location Frustrated that This Cashier failed to listen to The Customer. This is the most exciting people watching I've ever participated in. Sitting here eating and an off duty employee is taking orders while loudly cussing , burping, and acting like an idiot. He also cooked food after touching the trash. Order was wrong, but no use in complaining. Told the girl they needed to change the Dr. Pepper syrup. They don't know what's wrong with it and that's all she wrote. Go to get tea...empty. The lady manager seems to be the only decent human being here although she has no control over her staff or the building. i've been to this Mcdonald's 4 times in the past week. Each time they have not only been out of Dr. Pepper, they've suggested i visit the Hardee's down the road if i wasn't satisfied. the manager David then offered to sell me the syrup they use for the Dr. Pepper, but it would have been 7.69.. every other Mcdonald's i've been to has only charged .40 cents for pumps of Dr. Pepper. absolutely infuriating read more
