We waited in line for 25 minutes for a 6 piece kids meal for my daughter. Got to the pick up window and the rudest damn person ever practically threw a white milk into the truck and did not even stretch her arm out to pass me the meal. Can tell you right now, will not be going back it has really gone down hill since the remodel. read more

This McDonald's it awful!! I have come to this McDonald's many times. The employees are rude, including the manager David. The food is usually cold, and always mess when you open it. I ask for 2 extra pumps of liquid sugar in my ice coffee. The coffee cost 2.69. They were going to charge me 4.00 more for 2 extra pumps of sugar making it 7.69 for the drink then when I complained the manager changed it to 1$ more. I told them to forget the extra sugar. I usually pay .40 for any extra and that has been at many McDonald's. So why the difference. I will go somewhere else next time! read more

If you want to know why Chick-FIL-A is kicking McDonald's butt... this place is the reason. No customer service AT ALL! They won't take your order at the counter. You have to use their kiosk. They will however make it you wait in line at the counter PAY for the food you just spent 10 minutes ordering on their kiosk. And they STILL forgot the sauce for my chicken! I won't be back. Do not eat at this McD! I picked up a late night dinner of chicken nuggets and 3-4 hours later I was puking my guts out. Got food poisoning from this location. Didn't have anything else to eat so I know it was the chicken nuggets. Got all achy, chills, nausea...the whole gamut. read more

So my kids finished all my breakfast items this A.M. so I went to McDonald's for my breakfast. The reason I choose McDonald's is because I am addicted to their Dt. Dr. Pepper. Seriously, I will drive out of my way for it. Don't judge me, I have 6 kids, I take my tiny guilty pleasures seriously. Anyway, we place our order and when we get to the front of the line for our food we are told that the pop machine has no carbonation and they do not know when it was going to be fixed. Why did they not tell me that BEFORE I placed my order? They offered me a different drink but I already had coffee from home in my car. We asked if the drink dispenser in the dining room as also out of order as we were told yes. (I think they were lying and had no idea.) So we took MORE coffee as the drink replacement and left. The food tastes like McDonald's food should. The lines move a tad slow at this store but since this is my first time here I can't say if that is always the case. read more

I absolutely will NOT return to this location. Items not made correctly, cold items, missing condiments, rude staff and the list goes on. Oh but that's only from three visits in three months. In these few visits I never complained about the speed of service. I would rather wait thinking I will receive quality and accurate food. That hasn't happened yet. I went through Drive Thru to quickly order 2 sandwiches. I handed the lady a 20 and she gave me change for a 10. I told the lady what happened at the second window and she insisted I had to come inside to fix this. I told the manager what happened and they said they had to check the drawers to make sure I was telling the truth. I waited for an hour for 1 manager to tell me that the drawers were too far off to tell and another manager to tell me that the drawers were perfectly even. I was ripped off and had to wait just to be lied to by the managers. Worst experience with fast food. Ever read more

I went in there this morning just to get an Egg McMuffin. it ended up costing me $12.86 for that sandwich. I went to the drive-thru and the cashier gave me back change for a 10 when I gave her a 20. I have tried to get ahold of the owner but I can't figure out who that is. I was told the franchisee had changed. read more

I used to go to this Mc Donald's location regularly on my way to work. I changed jobs this year and haven't been in a while. I was excited on a day off to go back and enjoy a tea from the dollar menu. However, I was notified that prices had changed and it was now going to be double the original price. I was completely disappointed but ordered anyway. I got the tea and it was terrible. It tasted as if the tea had sat overnight and was not freshly brewed. It tasted metallic-y. I am frustrated that prices have gone up and quality has dissipated. I will not be back. read more

This is the worst golden arches I've been to. Sweet tea is very potent. Tastes like an expired Tea bag is in my cup. The fries have never been hot and fresh from this location. The service is slow. Maybe the local store managers should swap around the rude 16 year old employees for better customer satisfaction. read more

I can't even give this location one star. Im only doing it because it makes you choose one. I was appalled by my service and the violated health regulations. I rarely go to this location, but every single time I do my order is always messed up. The manager doesn't know health codes or how to talk to her employees. My order was messed up twice and not one time did she apologize for the inconvenience. All she did was yell at her crew instead of talking to them. Not only that, but I had taken my burger out of the store, but before I left for the second time I checked my burger and still had single patty instead of double. I went back inside and she took the burger I just walked out of the store with and gave it back to the kitchen for them to add another patty. IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA THAT IS AGAINST HEALTH CODE AND REGULATIONS!!!!!!!!! I really wish corporate would do something about this location. Someone should really investigate this store and how its ran. Just read the reviews this location has received. One was from a guy that got serious food poisoning from them. Gee, I wonder why. I really feel I need to let our health department know. I was a GM at a fast food restaurant myself. For 3 years. In order to do that you have to take a serv safe test. So I know all the health codes and violations. Now I wonder if any of the staff at McDonald's knows food regulations. Are they even required to take a test? i think the food is always good. however when ever i asked for the special $1 dollar soda was totally different it was like pulling teeth to get one. if you don't want to sell the sodas mabe you should put up a sign saying you are not active with this program. i just go to taco bell. however i miss the fish. read more
