Oh lordie!!! what's happening in this world!? Before I Begin, I would like to say i've been off and on at this place year to year so i've been here on its best and now I can definitely its worst as well! Upon arrival, I usually look at the line to determine whether or not I would drop by since there's a few point stops i could make around Yucaipa. 1 Car in line!? 5 cars in the lot right outside... seems absolutely slow and my meal would soon be in my belly! Sheesh, Was I wrong to believe this..... I ordered 4 McChickens for 6 bucks as that's the deal they have going atm along with a sweet iced tea. I then pulled up to window 1...paid for food. Window 2... sat for a couple minutes as normal, got our iced tea! yay! they then asked us to .... "pull around front" this is where things got confusing. I've had to pull around front of restaurants before and i'm not exactly a noob to it, but little did i realize that those 5 cars in the parking lot were also "waiting for their food". The inside of Mcdonalds - kids play in the pin and 1 adult eatin a burger... so, it's pretty dead inside. We joined the 5 other cars out front. All cars found eyes gazing at one another for 15 more minutes until one of the employees came out with a bag of food asking each and every car what they had. Heck, To be honest, I didn't even need to order! i could have just said yeah thats mine! And NO ONE would have even attempted questioning it. Anyways... minutes ticked by and the employee came in and out, time and time again... 6 cars went through the drive-through and right on home as we sit in the car on 4 mcchickens. What is up with pulling around front EVERY time i order from here?! its EMBARRISING FOR MCDONALDS, ITS EMPLOYEES AND THE PEOPLE WHO PAY MONEY TO EAT THERE. Restaraunts in general need to stop with the "pull around front" thing. its just embarrising in general when no one knows what car ordered what and stop car to car having to ask... even when the car didn't order anything!? terribly sorry to say the least and I feel bad for the employees having to do that. Management needs a fixin IMO The end. P.S. the food was mcdonalds and it tasted just like mcdonalds. read more

I can't believe how horrible the staff was. Myself, plus others, stood there and waited for someone to help. A young boy was more worried about texting and snapchatting than helping the customers. First of all, super long line for the drive through & it took forever (isn't there like a 90 second rule per order?????????????????????????????????). Ordered my food. SOMEHOW, some freaken HOW, these fries taste like complete crap. Idk what you all did wrong, but McDonalds fries DO NOT taste like this. They were hot, yeah, but taste like crap. Oh wow, this place is probably the worst place I have ever ordered from, but sometimes we need a quick place for the kids on our way out. This place has the WORST customer service I have ever seen, and they have forgotten food before! This last drive through took 40 minutes. I am not exaggerating. Wow......I have never seen sooooo many 1-star reviews for any fast food place. After my lunchtime visit today, I can understand why: 1. Incredibly long line for the drive thru that was in the WRONG lane blocking all traffic on the regular street. WHY is there no traffic monitor out there to direct the proper flow at lunch time?? An accident is inevitable. Also, with all the cars in the wrong lane, the parking spots are all blocked. Does management not care or even bother to notice? 2. Long wait for food and a lot of Chaos behind the counter. 3. Out of salads by 12:15. WHAT? How does that happen? Who is controlling the inventory? 4. Dried out buttermilk crispy chicken with nasty, wilted lettuce and not enough sauce. 5. What happened to the usual long, yummy fries? Now all I have been getting lately are little stubby 1- to 2-inch ones that are lukewarm at best, 6. NO Warning sign display for guy wet mopping entire area at lunch. Why? Two weeks ago on a Tuesday I place an order in the drive-through for proximally $25. I get home. I live almost 15 minutes away in Oak Glen. And they forget my syrup. This week on a Tuesday I place the same order in the drive-through this time I asked them not to forget my syrup. I get home start eating breakfast as I'm eating my deluxe breakfast I take a bite of the hotcakes and I have an 8 inch piece of hair. My wife is eating her egg white delight and bites into a 4 inch piece of hair. This place really sucks approximate year and a half ago I had a few problems in the drive-through with not getting my correct order. I didn't eat at this McDonald's for ovary year I guess it's time to go back to not eating here. This has to be one of the worst McDonald's around. I wonder how hard it is to get an order correct after peak times...when you're the only one in the drive thru and they still ask you to pull around and wait. You wait...get your order. 2 of 3 the Drinks were wrong...3 orders of French fries stale...go back in to ask that they correct the order and it's attitude city. After tonight this McDonald's has lost my business for good. My family an I pull up to the intercom to notice the menu was blacked out along with the intercom screen. Not being sure if it was working I asked if anyone was there. No response. I asked again and I hear a women's voice over the intercom ask " how can I help you." Since the menu was missing I tried to explain what I wanted and before I can finish she cut me off and said in a very rapid manner "That's a #6. What size, what sauce, what drink?" This is no way to interact with your customers. I understand the poor reviews. This is a true reflection of poor management. Managers should demand more from their employees. If the fast food industry employees expect to get a superior wage they need to be superior employees. Minimum effort get minimum wage. read more

This use to be my favorite McDonalds but the last two times I have been there I ordered a small fries and a Quarter pounder w/ cheese . Both times the burger meat has been so dry I can't swallow it. I thought these were suppose to be made fresh. It was cold and a ton of catsup on it. I use to get these all the time at this store and they were great...hot.. juicy!! Both times I have been there it has been between 4:30-5:00. Not busy. This burger patty had obviously been sitting for awhile and was cold. Line was a bit long but the food was ready pretty quickly after getting up to the front. Nothing spectacular though. Typical McDonald's food. This rating is based off of the McDonald's being a McDonald's. If I was rating this against every other restaurant in existence it'd be a 1.5 star as the food at McDonald's isn't great by any proper comparison and the overall experiences at McDonald's aren't known to be the most spectacular ones out there. However, that being said, this location was on par with what you'd expect, as stated earlier :) I can't say anything about if the restaurant is clean as I only did drive through. I, also, didn't order their fries so I don't know if they keep them fresh or stale (which is another important thing for fast food joints). This McDonald's is hit or miss. I'm writing a review today because of how short-staffed they were. Not an excuse, it's an issue! I ordered a 4 piece happy meal for my son and two breakfast sandwiches. I waited in the play area with my son and zoned out a little bit. When I zoned back in I looked at the time and the time on the receipt. It had been 16 minutes and still no food! I went back out and saw them put my food on a tray so I went back to the play area. Five more minutes pass and still they didn't bring the food. I went out and told them my order was sitting there for at least minutes and all the cashier did was hand me the tray with no apology or anything. And they forgot my son's juice. Later my son wanted to trade in his duplicate toy because we saw they had different ones. The cashier said, "that's all we have" but another employee was nice enough to exchange it for my son. This location gets one star for the considerate employee otherwise I would give zero stars. But she deserves 5 stars. Even my son, who is only 6 knows good customer service. Was sceptical about coming here after I read the comments on here... But so glad I decided to check this place out for myself! We live n Beaumont and wanted to try a new mcdonalds. Way worth the trip! Friendly staff , clean playground and it also has three computers. Requested all my food fresh and got exactly that! Nothing was messed up. All of my order was correct.
