    2021 F350 lariat ultimate diesel

just bought a 2021 f350 from these guys and I am beyond ecstatic. From the day I called about this truck, to taking a test drive, to the day I went and bought the truck. The people at fcfarland ford were great to work with! I would like to point out the guy who made it all happen. Steve was the sale man who sold me this beauty, he was one of the first sales man that I didn't feel lied to or deceived. he connected on a personal level and really made the Interaction seem less pressured and more well thought Out. Over all definitely would buy a vehicle though them again!

Purchase of a 2023 Bronco Sport!

Went in to MacFarland Ford to look at a full sized Bronco bs my current Bronco Sport and walked out with a 2023 a few hours later. Could not have been happy with my sales person Cassie and the support team of Bruce and Rob behind her. They were all kind, good to talk to as I made my decision and helpful as I signed all the papers. Did I go in thinking I was going to walk out with a new vehicle? No so, you obviously think I must have been pressured...also, no. Cassie allowed me to take my time, ask a millions questions (a lot of stupid ones) and weigh in on what I actually wanted to do. Overall, I am extremely happy with how everything went! I had to run out as it was the end of the day but, I return on Friday to go over all the buttons, features and soft top so I don't end up breaking something. THANK TOU MACFARLAND FORD and thank you, Cassie. P.S I did sign up for the service and maintenance program which just goes to show my confidence in returning for business.

My 2005 350z was totally trashed inside an outside of it. Two months they had this car. Exhaust was welded crooked Very poor workmanship. Body work was like no one cared of my personal property. Two different rear lights my louvers slammed in my hatchback "like they absolutely didnt care". If you love your car this is not the place to fix your car from a accident. "Feels like I got hit again"... .. "Malicious intent to a Motor Vehical." Very poor Quality. Does not look like a $5.000. Repair like they claimed. I'm sharing my feelings of this avent. So you do not trust "Mc Farlan Ford" in Exeter N.H. Espeacially if you own a Speciallity vehicle.

I purchased a Tesla Model S from Ira Pre-Owned just over a month ago, and unfortunately, my…read moreexperience has been extremely disappointing. Within weeks of owning the vehicle, I was forced to pay $1,410.24 out-of-pocket for repairs--this included replacing the 12V auxiliary battery, fixing suspension issues that caused noticeable clicking noises during driving, and replacing both the cabin and HEPA filters. These are not minor wear-and-tear items and, in my view, should have been identified during a proper pre-sale inspection. Tesla's diagnostic report noted that the 12V battery was near the end of its life, something detectable through standard offboard diagnostics. The suspension issue--caused by dry half shafts--resulted in a $760 repair. This was a very obvious mechanical problem, and it's deeply concerning that it wasn't caught before sale, especially since Ira Pre-Owned claimed the suspension and shocks met NH state inspection standards. While I understand that I purchased the vehicle "as-is," I expected a reasonable level of diligence, especially from a dealership that confidently resold my clean, certified BMW trade-in. To their credit, the dealership acknowledged the filter concerns and provided a discount for those. ( $100 dollars that I never got) But the larger, more critical mechanical issues were overlooked--and I'm now left footing the bill. I've reached out privately with the full Tesla invoice and am hoping the dealership will take another look at the situation. I believe a fair resolution is still possible, but as of now, I would caution others to be extremely thorough when buying from Ira Pre-Owned.

So I'm a little new to the Porsche community and as silly as it sounds, was kinda skeptical how my…read moreexperience would go with getting my car serviced at a Porsche dealership, especially since my Boxster is older and a little on the weathered side. Well from the phone call scheduling my appointment, to picking my car up from the dealership the next day, it was an ABSOLUTE pleasure doing business with the team over there. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Got my car done when I wanted it done. Got live updates and options as my car was being looked at, and they even detailed the car to an extent that I have never seen it cleaned before. Very quick and easy pick up process. Some of those things might seem simple and not notable, but in my experiences with dealerships I think it's far and few. All around very enjoyable experience. I'll definitely be back for future service and parts.

***INTERNET BUYERS BEWARE***After a lengthy nationwide search for the perfect CPO Cayenne, in the…read morecolor and configuration I wanted, I was thrilled to find one at Porsche Stratham! Enough so that I paid full asking price plus shipping across the country. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when the vehicle arrived. The rear taillight was filled with condensation, and there were deep scratches on the driver's side rocker panel that extended to the bare metal. Neither of these significant defects had been disclosed before the sale. The sales team's response was equally disappointing. I was told the condensation in the taillight was normal and would dissipate and was offered a bottle of touch-up paint for the scratches. Both responses proved to be unacceptable. The taillight had to be replaced under the CPO warranty at a cost of $1,720 (failed seal), and the damaged rocker panel required a professional repaint costing $1,154. To make matters worse, I made four attempts to contact Sales Manager Anthony Wallace to discuss these issues, yet I never received the courtesy of a return call. I expected so much more from a Porsche dealership, especially when purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Obvious defects should be disclosed before the sale, and customers deserve responsive service when legitimate concerns arise. Based upon my experience, I cannot recommend Porsche Stratham.
