My car was return with incomplete work and assembly parts on the floor of my car. Soap stain on the window were left from an incomplete carwash. I was given a loaner with the engine lit, and dirt on the floors... I posted this review on google and got a reply to contact them. I contacted them a week ago, no response... The service department does not stand by their work. My car went in for an oil change and a recall. While it was in there they told me my tires were worn down and should be changed. So I had them order new tires and put them on. When I picked up the car after the service every one of my wheels had scratches on the edges and they rough to the touch. It looked like they had taken some tool to force the tire over the wheel and in doing so, damaged them. I brought this to the service departments attention and they took photos and said to bring it back next week when they had the wheel repair company in so they could take care of it. So I dropped it off the day before for it to get looked at and fixed. They called me a few days later and said it was all set. I went to pick it up and nothing had changed, the wheels had not been repaired, they hadn't even attempted it. Chuck from service came out to look and said that they couldn't be fixed and that the damage must have already been there before the car was brought to them. He even said "scratches on the edges are normal when we change tires" and that they didn't have a high end sports car tire machine, even though they sell high end sports and luxury cars... They will not fix the damage and they won't pay for someone else to fix it. If I had known they wouldn't stand by their work and that they would tell me scratches are normal, I would never have had them do the work. read more

I recently leased an Audi A4 from Audi of Stratham, NH. The process was comfortable, the pricing and trade-in allowance seemed generous ... And it was all done in a professional manner without the hustle and game-playing I've come to expect. I'm one of those geeky purchasers who wants to know the numbers, run them on my own lease calculator and (to my pleasure) it was all straight-forward. Caution when buying a new Audi from Audi Stratham regarding your tires. I was not familiar with Khumo tires and if they try and put those on your car, they are junk. Its disappointing to have a brand new car with 13K miles and tires that are pretty much warn out. They wont make it past 15K Miles even know my wife who drives the car babies it. Audi Stratham was not willing to do anything about it. Audi used to be known for higher quality so its surprising they put junk tires on the car in the first place. read more

I typically don't take the time to make these reviews however, I want customers to be aware of the quality they may receive from this dealership. I worked with the dealer for 2 years and most of my experience was so so until this happened (refer to photograph). In regards to repairs the dealer did do the warranty work however it only came after months of inquiry. I was told they would call me once they had the parts in from recall but was never called. Then I called in and was told there is a waiting list for the recalled part. After waiting months again for a call that parts were in I call in again to have the work done and also have my cars rumbling looked into. I inform the service department i believe my wheels were out of balance. They suggested the alignment be fixed to which I replied the alignment is fine. Take the car in and they assess that the front breaks need to be replaced (which was correct) and they still do an alignment. The alignment actually made my cars alignment out of balance and the car still rumbled. More importantly this scratch appears on my car. I called in immediately once I got home (as its fairly awkward to show a dealership you don't trust them but eyeballing your car prior to leaving) to which I was told to bring it in. They looked at it and said they might not be able to see that damage if it was on the car prior to me bringing it in but would review their 360 cameras. I waited a few days for a response and called in for a status update. I was told that they needed the managers permission to review the camera footage waited a few more days and called in and left a message. No responses for months now. This problem is the worst of many smaller issues that a customer of a "luxury" car brand shouldn't have to experience especially when paying the labor rates they charge. I don't need some email from a "manager" saying we're very sorry because if they were sorry for scratching my car they would have fixed it. Or at the very least responded to my initial inquiry and said "we are sorry about your car but you left the lot and any damage from that point could have come from you". I just want people looking to buy or service Audis to get the service they deserve. read more

First sales person was dominant personality (so am I) which did not work well but 2nd salesperson, Rich, was great. Purchased used A6 with low miles, not certified. Took the vehicle to be inspected and was disappointed to find out the rear brakes would need to be replaced in 3-6 months. I called the dealership and I am awaiting a response. Overall experience has been good thus far. I am hoping for a positive outcome based on this being a high end car dealer. Dealer was very apologetic and replaced rear brakes at no cost. Service center was super friendly. I will bring both my Audi's here again in the future. read more

Had my R8 head gaskets replaced and oil changed. Service was outstanding and they provided a free loaner car.

I had my car serviced recently under warranty and was amazed that they did not check the additional service areas that were purchased to determine all items were covered under warranty. If I did not challenge the over 2K charge estimated to repair a tire and remind them of another N/C service they would not have covered all. I also don't like the idea that you cannot directly connect to service but must leave a messsage and wait for them to call. Service was performed well once the areas were clarified were under warranty. read more

The purchase experience and my saleswoman were great but the trouble started after the car was delivered to Atlanta (where I live). I had overpaid by $1000 but when I got my check it was only for $841. Someone at the dealership made a unilateral decision (and without telling me) that I needed to pay $159 for something I was not responsible for. I did eventually get my money but it took time, multiple communications, etc. Very poor business ethics. The car had a 4 inch tear in the rear deck that they had not seen because the car was not checked carefully (which they admitted to) but Audi decided to pay for it to be repaired $200 rather than replaced even though they never saw it for themselves. It was repaired by looks crummy` (like a scar on a person who has a laceration) but they specifically stated they would only pay for it to be repaired but not replaced ($675). I would suggest that you only purchase your car from them if you can do so in person so as to make sure everything is handled correctly before the car is delivered. read more

Went in for routine maintenance. When I picked the car up it had a film on it as if someone washed it with dirty water. Not going to complain about a free, albeit bad, carwash. Once I got it washed properly I noticed tons of scratches in the clear coat (picture in the photos section). Makes sense if someone was using a dirty rag and water. Service guy was nice enough saying he'd have it detailed at no charge. Told them I don't want a detail, I want the scratches they put on it removed. They kind of assured me that they'd get them out. When they text messaged me to tell me it was ready I asked of they got the scratches out. They urged me to keep in mind that the car was 4 years old and told me it looked great but dodged the direct question which raised my suspicions. Picked it up today and scratches are improved after buffing but they're still there. Now I'll have to pay $1k to get the clear coat properly fixed. Very disappointing, I did a lot of research on this car and the family and I really enjoy it. These guys may have turned me off to Audi and Porsche for that matter because they use the same cleaning facility. Imagine if this was your $100k+ Carrera?! Sucks all around. I could see this happening at a bargain or discount maintenance shop but not at the dealership where you pay $200 for an oil change and new spark plugs. read more

Where to even start with this excuse of an Audi dealership. This review has been a long time coming. I have owned Audis now for 10 years. Started going to dealership many years ago and have had many terrible service experiences, mainly with poor customer service and them not covering obvious warranty problems. I decided to try to my luck elsewhere at Audi of Peabody where I was treated much better and never had 1 issue. After 5 years of great service at Peabody I made a terrible decision to try Stratham again after the remodel. I figured there might have been a change in management and service employees, but I was mistaken. Brought my car in for another warranty issue on a 1 year old car. The car was there for 4 days and I had not received any updates. I finally called and they let me know that they forgot to call me back and that they are not going to replace the part under warranty because "Audi corporate denied the claim" with no reason why. Picked my car up brought it right to Audi of Peabody, they ordered and replaced the part in 48 hrs flat no questions asked. I also gave Stratham the chance to sell me a new car, but they made no effort in trying to get me the car that I wanted. Instead they try and force you to buy a car they have on the lot. Stay clear of this dealership as they are not there to service you. Highly recommend Audi of Peabody or Audi of Natick for top notch service. read more

WARNING: Dont ever bring your vehicle here. Mines under a 5 yr warrentee, the slave cylinder went twice in a year. It was covered last time. This time they refuse to replace it and tore my transmission apart after specifically telling them too call me prior to any unwarranted work and not to touch the clutch. They then sent me a 5900$ quote and pictures of my fly wheel/ transmission. When i asked them why my transmission was out of my car they said I authorized it (after specifically mentioning not to touch the clutch). I told them i did no such thing and that i would get the clutch done somewhere else, ETHAN told me i owe him for the 8 hr tear down and became irritated amd unprofessional -(16 hrs to replace a clutch...are you serious?!? Ill have it done with a friend in 6) and unless im coming to get it in pieces, it would be another 8 hrs to put it back together @ 147$ an hr. Im currently persueing legal action and have been in touch with my attorney. There is no proof of authorization what so ever they told me and if there was it would prove me right. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this place. Theyll obviously scam anyone out of your warrentee coverage.l to get out of paying. read more

do not buy a car from these people. we bought a brand new q3 and brought for an inspection when it was 8 months old and were charges $500 for a 10k service. it only had 6000 miles on it. they are awful. every car i've bought has free inspections and oul changes at the very least within the first year. the stratham dealership will gauge you. we are trading it for a volvo. and we will never buy another audi nor will we do any business with audi in stratham nh again. they don't deserve any stars read more

If this wasn't a dealer backed by Audi USA I would have cancelled my purchase after a couple of days. The incompetence at this dealership is unfathomable. I've had 5 vehicles from VAG (Volkswagen/Audi/Porsche), this is by far the worst. The finance manager quotes a rate, but the paperwork states another. There's absolutely no follow up to any questions asked to the finance manager. I was told by the sales person that It's a "no pressure" sale, but the sales person drives 3 hours each way to get the paperwork signed by the end of the month. I'm blatantly lied to about the status of my license plates (tags), since I live out of state. I was forced to drive around for almost five days with an unregistered car and expired tags. These were just some of the issues. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. If you have to use this dealership because of location, just make sure you are documenting and watching everything. 5/23/17 - Reponse to Richard C's post: In response, first off, it's Eric with a "c". I won't go into much detail on here, but: 1) Wrong interest rate means higher cost for money, not matter what the monthly payment is. 2) Delay in registration - I understand out of state registrations. We have an appointment this afternoon at 1:30 to bring in a used A4 for inspection and factory recalls fixes . We are considering purchasing this A4 through a private sale .After reading these very poor reviews about Audi Stratham , it gives us both great pause for obvious reasons .When words such as incompetence, arrogance, lazy , rude and nasty attitudes are repeatedly used throughout most of these reviews, common sense tells us to stay away .This would / could be , the future dealership/ service center we may be utilizing for future repairs/ service of this A4 . Believe these people are scam artists and we warn customers to be leery of the sales dept. My daughter went to purchase a CPO A4 They told her to go to lunch promising they would hold the car ( which she was pre-approved for) because they thought they could get her a lease on a new one When she returned 1/2 hr later they had sold the CPO car saying the other Salesperson didn't know. The experience so far at this dealership has been less than satisfying. The service rep did not seem to care whether or not I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. It could very well be that I was interested in the A3 TDI and not one of the A7's nonetheless, the purchase experience was awful. Adding insult to injury the delivery took just over two weeks (I test drove the car and put a deposit down on the same vehicle that same day) so why the delay? It seems that the staff that worked on my vehicle either is very new or just do not care (they transposed VIN numbers so the vehicle could not be registered). In addition, a number of couriers were sent to get additional signatures (in one case nearly a 4 hour round trip) because the finance manager neglected to get some documents signed during the purchase and sale. The purchase of a very nice vehicle has been marred with this dealership's complete lack of professionalism - I am seriously considering not servicing the vehicle at their establishment . read more

Don't go to this dealership if you are looking for an Audi! I was considering on buying an SQ5. The sales associate by the name of Chris Drew helped me out. This associate has the worst sales etiquette. He basically lied to my face about getting financed, he tried to take credit for a pre approval from my own bank that I went to the trouble getting. He then tried to guilt me into being obligated into doing business with him saying that he and the finance manager went through the whole trouble on getting me approved. He then said over the phone that he was in the process of getting me into a Q3, trying to obligate me into doing business with him. This place should be closed down if this is the kind of people they have working there. An this was my first experience with Audi in general and this is what I receive. I bought a used car from here and 6 months later when I got a flat tire and went to change it, the spare had a bubble in it. It couldn't used, and had to be replaced. This is supposed to be inspected before the car was sold. I called them about it and claimed that it was indeed inspected and when fine. They claimed it wasn't their fault and I had to pay for a new tire. Their custom service was terrible and I will never give them my business again. read more

I was called again by the asst manager and asked me to visit hem. Went there and the guy who wash all the cars there has taken a look and said those doesn't look like the scratches caused by carwash but, he'll buff the car. Spent three hours and I would say 75% of those scratches are not visible if you take a direct look. So, after waiting for that long on a weekday I felt it was okay and didn't ask for more. However when I came to pick it up, even though I had been told that it was going to be washed, it was not cleaned at all. When I've gotten previous services done, I've had my car washed. Super friendly and professional staff here. I turned in a leased 911 here. Every single person I spoke with was as nice and helpful as could be. The general manager checked with me to make sure I wasn't impatient after having to wait a couple of minutes. They made sure I knew how to get an excise tax credit for my Massachusetts plates. Finally when they noticed I was calling a taxi they offered me a ride home. A very nice young service technician named Devon drove me the 10 minutes to my house. It seems to me if they are this professional, courteous, and friendly when someone's turning in a leased vehicle that these are people I want to do business with. In May 2014 I visited this dealership inquiring about the purchase of a new RS5. I was told that it would need to be ordered. I thanked the sales associate and told him I would be in touch. I visited the only other dealer in the state and was told the same thing and I told them I would be in touch. When it came time to deciding on a dealership, I asked each sales associate why I should purchase from them. Audi of Stratham replied with a will worded and documented answer as to why I should purchase from them. The other dealer sent me an order sheet as a reply. I ordered the vehicle and waited patiently. My vehicle arrived two weeks early. I picked it up the following day. The closing process was very easy and efficient. The sales manager was extremely professional as was the sales associate. The sales associate delivered a wealth of information regarding the numerous features of the vehicle and patiently answered all of my questions. Today, I went to Audi of Stratham (30 miles from home) to look at a new RS 5, and $86K car. First, when I arrived, (having never been there before), it was unclear where customers should park. I drove around the building and a couple of employees said "Oh, park in front of the showroom". I went back out front and there are no clearly marked spots so I parked in front of a row of Jeeps. I went inside, and told the rep who greeted me that I was there to look at, and try, the RS5. He said "Oh that's impossible. It's the end of the month, and unless you have something in the works already we can't help you today. You'll need to make an appointment as we are short staffed." I then asked if he had any other RS5s or S5s on the lot that I could inspect. As he was trying to recall (rather than checking his inventory inline), another salesman came up and said "Is that your car out front? I need to move the Jeep that you are blocking." I decided then and there that if they were this uninterested in my business- esp. for the most expensive car in their showroom- that I'd be on my way. And never, ever return. read more

I took my Q5 in for a safety recall. I asked that they check my tire pressure and top off all fluids. While driving home all my tire pressure warning lights came on. Rather than drive back I stopped in at Firestone in Plaistow, NH. They told me all my tires were filled to 27lbs. What??? They arr supposed to be at 33. It cost me $20.00 to have it corrected. When I got home I called Stratham and told them about this. The service advisor Chris apologized and said the mechanic must have "misread" the requirements. He never offered me to reimburse for my cost. I am a long time Audi customer. Our cars have been bought at Herb Chambers Audi of Burlington. I will be taking my car back there for service even though it is a longer drive. read more

Tried buying a car here twice. First time i ended up buying through another dealership given their trade in was much higher and they put me in a nicer car for less money. Second time they priced me out, only to have my payments increased once they realized my car was in their shop with a serious issue. Sales rep said the first rep made a 'mistake'. Not sure if this is an acccurate statement or a sales pitch but other dealerships I have spoken to say this one doesnt do as much volume compared to other dealers so they need to make up for it in margin.
