It's a small bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and washer/dryer, and we assumed it was just a grouting or caulking fix. Timothy came over within hours after I contacted him for a free inspection. He did a series of tests with me that revealed that the entire shower had been built wrong and had been silently leaking water into our walls and ceiling for years. If we'd hired someone who just slapped on new grout and called it a day, we'd still have water destroying our home from the inside out. Their systematic approach caught what a previous contractor missed when we had them out for the same issue two years ago. They rebuilt the shower completely and repaired the damaged ceiling below. The whole project took about two week, and honestly, every single day of that process was impressive. Their communication was outstanding--they stopped to ask questions at exactly the right moments, walked us through every decision, and never once made us feel out of the loop. And they listened to the issues we had with the shower and make awesome design suggestions like a ceiling mounted shower head for our tall daughters and making more storage in the walls that were there. They worked clean, treated our home with genuine respect, and made smart calls throughout the entire project. And then there's the finished product. Wow.
