It's not even 2 PM and he has finished three different plumbing jobs for me, even though one of them was major and involved cutting into tile (which many plumbers won't even attempt). My water is back up and running and I have a new shower valve, a new faucet, and a new anode rod on my hot water heater. All in less than six hours work. Ray's confidence and expertise with any job no matter how big or small is a true testament to his skill as a professional. And even though he gave me a head's up to move stuff out of the bathroom because the job could be messy, he still left an extremely clean work area in my opinion despite having to cut into the wall and tile.
