The biggest thing that really impressed me was last year we had just walked in the door on a Sunday to find that our furnace was out. I was not going to even call until the next morning as I figured there's no way we're gonna get them out on a Sunday. It wasn't even a thought in my mind but then my husband said you should call and at least get on the list so that when they come into the shop on Monday morning, at least they'll see that we called and hopefully we might be one of the first of their stops. It was going to be extremely cold the next few days so we were really hoping that the repair could be done as soon as possible. So I called and I left a message never expecting to hear from them until sometime Monday. Much to my surprise I got a call back. I'd say within 15-20 minutes. I told the girl our furnace was out and she said she could have someone at our house within two hours after they were finished with the other call they were ready taking care of. I almost fell off my chair!!! I could not believe first of all to even get a call back on a Sunday let alone have someone able to come to our house within two hours. They were at our house within two hours as stated and were able to diagnose the issue and had a part on their truck which they said they could repair it right then and there. We were absolutely so grateful to them and knew even more so that we had picked the right company to do business with without a doubt. So within three hours of the time we walked in the door, our furnace was up and running, and we were taken care of with no worries with the subzero windchill factors that were forecasted for the next few days. I realize there may not always be a time when they will happen to have parts on the truck and can address every single issue a customer may have but to know that they are there and they actually really care about their customers and their comfort and safety gives me the level of comfort and satisfaction knowing we are in good hands with an exceptional company.
