This was our first time at McHugh's. We started with the nachos. They were fine. All the cheese was in the middle so it made for a messy experience having to scrap some off and put it on other bare chips. It was supposed to have chicken but there were only a few pieces to be found. Side of guac was not good. The reuben was average. Wasn't alot of meat in sandwich. Fries were just meh. I believe they were battered and then fried, the texture wasn't good. Club was average as well. Bread was very toasted, crumbs were coming off with each bite. It was very thick, hard to eat a full bite. Coleslaw was not great, it was to sweet. Place needs a cleaning. There were crumbs on the booth seat. Bathroom was not clean either. There was lots of staff standing around to that could have easily been cleaning. Service was friendly and parking is easy.

We love stopping in for food and drinks on weekend to catch a game! There's a ton of TVs, so you can see the game from pretty much wherever. Get there early if you want a seat at the bar, gets busy and it fills up quick! Our go to app is the short rib quesadilla & then we switch up everything else! GF menu is a little limited but there are options. They have great daily specials, but make sure you check it ahead of time if you don't want to get caught on bingo night!

Stopped here for a later supper on a Sunday night. Not very busy so we were able to sit in a quiet booth. We both ordered a cup of chicken wild rice soup. It's the creamy version and it had lots of chicken in it. It was good. We then split a black and blue salad. The salad came to us on separate plates. They gave each plate its own chicken wing. It was a perfect sized meal for a late dinner. Service was excellent. Good stop.

Vikings are playing, You are craving a burger so where do you stop??? Why not check out McHugh's. What a great atmosphere on game day. They offer a brunch menu and dinner menu to choose from. We opted for a look at both and stuck with our burger choices, however the table next to us having breakfast looked fantastic and they took some home. If you want to watch the game they offer tv's in all corners so you can catch those play's regardless of where you sit. The food was delicious and served with a smile. Clientele were fun and I noticed they do fish fry nights on Friday so I'm pretty sure we'll be going back. In my experience- it's a great fun stop.

I went to McHugh's for the first time on Saturday night and my boyfriend and I were seated right away. Our server was friendly and prompt, but I didn't catch her name. I ordered the Prime Dip (Philly Style) and my boyfriend got the Rachel, both were filling and delicious and we saved half for the leftovers. Fries were crispy and HOT!! I like the vibe of the restaurant/bar, and we will definitely be back to watch a Wild game!

This place is a riot! Whats not to like about food, drinks, and trivia night? We actually came in with a group of three for the night and decided to pass on trivia. This is beacuse there were three of us and about 5-10 of everyone else. We felt a bit outnumbered but will come back with more people to even out those odds soon. We ordered a philly cheesesteak and two orders of wings. I got a chance to try the philly cheesesteak and it was delicious! The bbq wings that I ordered had an intresting flavor to it. The servers here were friendly enough. Its hard to tell who was actually our server beacuse we had about 3-4 people comming to chrck on our table... Teamwork! We had alot of fun watching psople play trivia and well be back to play too. Perferably with a team!

Best burger and fries in Savage with fast curbside service. The wild rice soup and turkey sandwich combo was also perfect.

Love my bar. I am in the industry in a different city and people ask me if I know MCHughs. Of course. They know me as well.

There are many different options for seating, and we were glad our waitress was available to help us with the right table to meet our needs. The menu has many choices, including the salad bar as an option for many entrees. The bar menu is also very complete with interesting cocktails. The entire restaurant has a fine dining feel, quiet and upscale. I have traveled a lot, and have not seen a better looking inside venue for a classic place. The food? Many options, the appetizers which are available are various, we chose the onion rings - these are not to be missed. The batter is amazingly crunchy and the taste of these rings is awesome - I haven't seen better fried in a long time. I am thinking many might miss the appetizers since the salad bar is available, but don't miss these onion rings! I almost forgot the brown bread brought out as an appetizer as they prepare your entree - also very tasty. The entrees we selected arrived piping hot, we chose a cut of prime rib, and this looked like it was from a New York steak house. Extremely appealing with au jus available, although the meat was fork tender without it. My Monte Cristo was amazing, I have not had one in quite a while, and the crispy breading on this dish was outstanding! Even my fries were hot and crispy! This was certainly an outstanding dinner, and immensely enjoyed! We were too full for dessert, so we ordered a slice of their famous chocolate cake for dessert, and found frosting and tiny cups of additional toppings in our to-go bag. We will certainly be back to this fine dining spot!
